    No soup, lemonade and told I couldn't order the chicken wrap unless I purchased the entire meal. New untrained employees. Chick Fil A is going in the opposite direction. You are on the same level as McDonald's now... Update: 03/02/22, same level of service. Customers complaining in the lobby about late mobile orders. This location needs help.

    Chick fil A on union is fantabulous! Lol they are so fast and they provide service with care. I love this location so much. I generally go there at least once a week just for the people I meet there ❤️ You won’t be disappointed! P.S. Forever a customer

    I love chick Fil A, when it comes to eating fast food. I’m not the only one. If you visit any chic fil A during the lunch hours, you will be amazed to see the lines in drive through, and how efficiently they are managing it. Ever since the onset of Covid, they went mostly drive through ( now the dining hall is open too, I guess) and their management regarding handling huge car lines reached to the next level. This location is just another usual chic fill a with all its goodness. I ordered a south west salad in drive through, and that was perfect for me for lunch.

    6/8/2022 4:55pm Since calling and filing a formal complaint has gotten me nowhere. I'll just leave my review here. Now I've grown accustomed to dropping 30 to 50 dollars per order once or twice a week, but not accustomed to receiving hard old food. I complained about the fries being old and hard before by calling. This time I'm done. If quality has gone down, why are the prices still going up? Pictures are attached.

    I’m not sure what’s been happening at this location lately, but my order is always wrong. The first time I came I ordered a large lemonade and sweet tea mixed and it was all sweet tea. The second time I asked for a sausage burrito without hash browns and they gave me a chicken burrito with a label that said sausage burrito. I’m not sure if it’s just carelessness or they just aren’t paying attention or they just don’t care at all but I know I visit way too often to consistently have the same problem from a place that’s supposed to be high quality. Please pay more attention to what you’re doing guys, the lines are already long we shouldn’t have to get back in line to get what we pay for.

    I have NEVER had a bad experience with Chick-fil-a until today. I did a curbside order this morning and ordered a chicken biscuit but I switched out the biscuit for an English muffin and added egg whites and cheese. I get my order, pull off and make it to my destination. I open my sandwich only to find everything on it EXCEPT THE CHICKEN. 😳 I call the restaurant to make them aware and got voicemail. Although I left a message for the manager, I doubt seriously I'll get a return call. 😒

    This location is by far the WORST in the city. It’s too many KIDS working thus the food lacks and the service sucks. Curbside workers walk up to your car, no greeting and basically THROW your food in the window and walk off. More often than not the fries are always stale and if they are fresh then they are too salty. Corporate needs to come in and shake this place up as it gives the brand a bad name.

    Edit 7/22/23 How has the Chick-fil-A universe let this foolery go on so long?! It's getting worse. How can you consistently mess up simple orders? Y'all got like 4 basic options SMH. I've started driving to the Summer or Poplar location to avoid this location. Whoever owns this location needs to address these repeated issues before this location goes under. You can't stand on the brand name alone for too long. edit 11/15/22 I'm in shock really. Every time I go to this location, something isn't quite right. Missing sauces. Cold fries. Customization (that cost) not done. This ain't right. This ain't the Chick-fil-A I love. :( Still my go to location but the quality of the experience has seemed to slightly decrease. It's been shocking really, because Chick-fil-A typically does not stand for subpar experiences. On 3 different occasions my fries have been cold or stale tasting. I even had a tender served that was either cut off or bit off.

    Abbie is horrible.. I asked her for a order about 5 mins before I had to ask again…instead of her coming back to give me the information about the order…. And had the nerve to say I may be at the wrong location..clearly I used a GPS to get here.. I wouldn’t be at the location if I wasn’t directed here.. and then there were 2 African American women fixing drinks at the front corner… as I’m saying excuse me, over and over they look at me like they were lost.. I usually don’t leave 1 stars.. but today is that day.. if your staff can’t multitask and answer questions they need to find another job. And the smart comments will get them snapped on.

    There was a gnat bug in my sandwich!! What’s worse is I didn’t see it until halfway through! I am sick to my stomach. I looked down to reposition the sandwich and there it is in between the lettuce and tomato! At least the manager was willing to replace the meal but something needs to be addressed in the prep area to ensure food safety o guidelines are practiced regularly! I don’t see how that gnat bug was missed as it was pretty big. 🤮🤢 It just better to eat at home.

    We've tried to give this location a few chances, but for some reason, they never include the sauces we ask for when we doordash here. The fries always come half filled, so we have to order multiple larges to get the equivalent of one medium fry at other locations. Other small inconveniences like never getting straws, no napkins, and missing silverware. Every. Time. We. Order. Very disappointing. Won't be ordering here unless it's in person because I guess that's the only way to get any sort of quality control.

    I have never had a Chick-fil-A employee be rude to me until visiting here. Ordered 2 combos and a kids meal. The kids meal had no activity/toy and the combos had no fries with them. I was really just wanting fries ha. It's unfortunate that I live across from this location because they've screwed up 3 of my last 5 orders. One of my favorite places to eat but I think I'm done with them

    They operate like a freshly oiled machine, every single employee doing their best to direct traffic through and take orders as fast and efficiently as possible. They were all extremely professional and cordial. My only complaint was that despite their best efforts we left missing some parts of our order and got one or two things wrong. It was such a crazy busy location there was no way we could’ve gone back through, but it was nothing so major we couldn’t deal with it.

    My family and I are dedicated CFA lovers. However, after my visit on today I don’t think I will ever eat here again. I called multiple times to speak with someone (no answer). I visit CFA while traveling and locally. I don’t live close to any locations so when we visit it’s a treat to the entire family. I am truly broken that they dropped the ball and food inspection.

    I love Chick-fil-A but I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes each way to avoid this location. It has the worst flow of traffic I’ve ever seen. Make sure you pull into the first entrance to this location and not the second or you’ll have to drive around the entire block to circle back around to the first one. Also if you do curbside pickup in the numbered spots the drive through will block you in when you try to leave. I love the food but will always avoid this location for this reason.

    Their waffle fries r always lit!!! I would recommend placing a pickup order as it's easy fast and you can check it before it leaves the lot. The ingredients are fresh at least every time I went and there isn't usually a wait on pickups at least not long as the drive-thru

    I’m a motorcoach operator and I brought a whole team of basketball players from six hours away to eat here! They wouldn’t let the team order inside. The team had to stand outside in thirty two degree weather to order and wait for food which was very slow! I’ve never had this problem with a Chick-fil-A before usually they will open the inside for us to order and leave. This location also did not do anything for the driver again I’ve never experienced this problem before. The Manager on duty acted like he didn’t care or really want our business if it was up to me I wouldn’t have allowed the team to spend their money here. I’ll never bring another bus of folks here again.

    They closed the dining area, and routed all orders through the drive thru. Without warning they closed without taking the orders of the people waiting for 30 minutes, in the drive thru. Could have spent that 30 minutes getting food somewhere else. I will never return to this particular location, and urge others not to waste their time there either.

    This location has awesome service. The employees laugh with you as you’re waiting in the long line (that moves relatively quickly). Truly a pleasurable experience. Food was hot and fresh, fries were crispy. They were skimpy on the sauce. Didn’t give enough for 3 combo meals. I usually don’t have to ask for extra.

    Service was slow and mediocre. Frosted coffee tasted as if it were made with spoiled ice cream (I know the ingredients as I am a former Chick-fil-A worker myself). Drive-thru worker was very unenthusiastic, seemed as if she hated her job. My sauce request is either a hit or miss. This location is the closest to my job; however, I don’t think I will be returning anytime in the near future. I may have to stop by the Chick-fil-A closest to my home instead. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. I’m so very disappointed.

    This chick fil a on Union ave needs to get back to the way it was. My salad didn't have a whole filet. Workers out of uniform. Necessary condiments and cutlery missing and that's not just one visit to this location. Everything I patronize this location there is an issue.

    10 to 15 wait in the drive through. Could not figure out why. Ordered the chicken sandwiches, FRESH!! The buns, the chicken, the lettuce, and tomatoes tasted as though they just got picked out of the garden. Worth every minute we waited in the drive through.

    I ordered a spicy southwest salad and after eating it I caught a stomach bug from the meat being bad meat I have been throwing up and running to the bathroom every since and I called the place to speak to a manager and they did not care at all. I have never been so disgusted with a place in my life. Never eating from here again. They do not care about their customers at all and it shows !!!!

    DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE! You will watch the drive-thru go by as you waste your time! Employees never take food out timely, and once again I have waited a 20+ minute wait on now on cold food that was sitting on the counter when I walked in.     Hello. I want to voice the fact that I am very, very upset. I placed an order and NEVER GOT MY FOOD. Yesterday (10-25-23) I placed an online order at the Union Avenue location in Memphis, TN. I parked in space 24 in order to receive my curbside order. After waiting a longer-than-usual amount of time, I saw my delivery being brought out by a young lady. Having ordered an ice cream cone, fries and a soft drink, it was easy to assume that it was my order being carried out. On lunch break from my job, I was pleased to finally see her as I was in a time crunch and needed to get back to the office. I watched the young lady come to the middle of the parking lot, do two awkward circles in the parking lot and then walk back inside of the building as if I wasn't there. She looked for my white car, I'm sure, but she only looked in the pickup spaces closest to the door she had exited. Pickup parking spaces labeled in the 20's are farther away in the parking lot. She never even attempted to walk further. Was she lost? Had she never delivered further than a few feet from the carry-out door? Either way, I NEVER GOT MY FOOD! I went inside of the extremely crowded building and was ignored as I didn't want to stand in the long line, so I stood less than three feet away from the cashier hoping to quickly obtain my order. Many people would have caused a scene at this point. The cashier made obvious eye contact with me several times and never said a word. To make it worse, she was ringing up the very same young lady that had caused all the inconvenience in the first place. I had used 1000 rewards points on this order... for nothing. The points were deducted, but the food was never obtained. The only reasons I eat here are because of the usually timely service and the fact that the reward system is fair.

    When you have customers order through the drive-through and y’all have people not outside and we’re having to talk through the box you need to be double checking everyone’s order do you need to be repeating what they ask you for there’s no reason somebody should be running late to work because I wait 30 minutes for order that could’ve took five. It’s unacceptable and then when you give them their food, it’s not even hot it’s cold just don’t service them just stay close after Thanksgiving.

    My experience on this visit was a 4 out of 5 starts. There was an issue with my chicken sandwich. However, I reached out to them via app. Their response was very quick!! I was rewarded with a replacement. I will be revisiting them in the near future.

    It's crazy that such a small piece of chicken on a sandwich would warrant a $10 meal price. A family of 4 is looking at 40-50 depending on taxes. Maybe it's to pay for the 100s of people working there at once. The fries are usually cold by the time they get to the table. Service is fantastic because there are so many people behind the counter and standing in the drive thru line taking your order before you get to the speaker.

    Very long line almost every day, even on a Tuesday. Most of the staffs were kind and friendly, but not all demonstrated that way. Due to the water issue in Memphis, no coffee and only can drinks were served, which was not the same. Foods were considered average, so I am not sure what all the hype was about.

    This location is the worst!! I ordered a chicken biscuit with lemonade. The chicken was soggy and the biscuit wasn't fresh. The tater tots were greasy with a weird taste, as if they were cooked in old peanut oil. I will get a refund and drive all the way to the location in Southaven! Better quality food and people. The employees at this location act as if they don't care. Needs new management as the food quality at this location always seem off.

    Really nice store interesting place in which it sit I learned that it use to be an old church but it’s that they did with the place that makes it all worth while. My food was very fresh. So I’d recommend eating here to myself when I return to Memphis area.

    I have been seeing the mac and cheese in their comercials for over a month and I had to try it! It was delicious! Had a great flavor even before I added the pepper. The extra gooey top pieces omgosh! If you love cheese you have to try this! I should have gotten the large! I had already started to dig in when I took this picture! And of course the staff was friendly as ever!

    This is a very nice location. The employees are polite, and it has outdoor eating areas as well as an impressive drive through setup as well. This place is worth a visit if you are looking for good food and a good atmosphere. Chic-fil-a seldom lets us down, and this location lives up to the brand expectations for fine service and foods. The only downside isn't their fault - they get very busy because of their fine service, but trust me - they do their very best to offer their services to the best of their ability despite having such a massive number of patrons! I can honestly say you can expect a good meal and great treatment from the staff if you choose to go to this location. Enjoy!
