I’m so happy I found this hotel. I got lucky, and when I contacted them about my booking, they sent a taxi to pick us up. We got to the hotel super early, and I was surprised they had such a convenient early check-in. The service was exceptional as well. I would recommend a friend to stay at the Akon Home Otel. The name is accurate cause it does feel like home. The hotel is new, and everything is super clean. The staff is exceptional. They are the most fantastic group of people I’ve met on my travels thus far. The location is fantastic, close to a supermarket, walking distance to the main restaurant and bar strip, and close to the city center. My room is very spacious with an open concept design with a lovely sea view overlooking the park.

Akon Otel is very nice place to rent an apartment when you are on a business or even tourist trip, i stayed for one month, the staff are very polite and welcoming, the manager Onur is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and sunny, they have normal and deluxe rooms with sea view which I recommend the most. I recommend this place to anyone who wants the best value for his money.

This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy Mersin I loved it I spent three months here the service is very good the market is near the sea it has all the facilities available in taxis

Amazing hotel in Mersin centre. I have stayed here for 3 nights: junior +standart. Staff is very helpful, especially Onur. Rooms are large +kitchen in each room. Price is very fine. Highly recommend

The place if very nice and clean, I felt like I'm at my home. The owners and the the team are very friendly, super nice and helpful and the are very welcoming. I would be happy to go to this place every time I visit Mersin. I really recommend this place.

We stayed at this hotel from the first day it re-opened. Onur, Mohammed and their staff made sure we were well looked after. I have to mention that when the earthquake struck, Onur, Mohammed and their team went totally out of their way to make sure their guests were safe and comfortable. Not only did they welcomed people displaced from the earthquake, even those who couldn't afford to stay at this hotel, but also prepared cooked meals for all the hotel clients, free of charge. Bravo to these guys!! We had the experience of witnessing Turkish kindness and hospitality at its very best! When we come back to Mersin, inshallah, we will definitely stay there. Beautiful place and beautiful people!
