Nice and cozy place with modern decorations and set up. Very nice and helpful staff, you could negotiate your way with them and they would assist you if you were reasonable. The breakfast buffet is nice, the spa and the Turkish bath is a real relaxing experience. My stay was a real good value for money, totally worth it. I think the trade off is the view from the rooms, nothing much to see outside the windows. For me it was a fair deal.

The location is good and close to city center and Forum shopping center , rooms are somehow clean and breakfast is not bad . The staff is very friendly especially Soner , he is very helpful and cooperative.

It was ok, nothing surprising or amazing. Clean and tidy, but it has a strong smoking smell, it was uncomfortable especially in the elevator and corridors. The room was small but comfy, yet the shower and toilette were separated by glass wall, that also is not confortable especially when friends are sharing a room. The breakfast was very good on the other hand.

Terrified with the experience. I reserved 8 nights and at the time of arrival welcoming was very cold. When I entered the room I was surprised that its a smoking room although my reservation was for non smoking one. They changed my room to another one and again I was surprised that washroom was not cleaned. Mirror was not wiped and shower area was all wet. I got fed up and asked them to cancel my reservation. They charged me one full night for the 10 mins terrifying staying experience. They didn’t even take accountability for their mistake...

The working staff are very nice and helpful, the location is near the sea and local central market of Mersin.

Cok temiz nezih bir yer! Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. The workers are amazing! They are very friendly and respectful. None of them has shown any thing bordering or uncomfortable. Do not miss this place people. Stop by for a coffee which I will be doing in my leisure time.
