Yucatan-style taco house with 30 years of tradition. Very popular with locals and always crowded. The price is reasonable compared to other places, and the menu is extensive. Ask the staff for menu recommendations and try them out. one of my favorite.

Hmm. Very busy and took forever. Plus, we ordered castakan con huevo and our tortas were mostly egg. The first one had no pork belly, and the second one had about one or two pieces. We were excited to try this place but were extremely disappointed.

I want to go here every day forever. I had the castacan con queso torta. With the salsa, it was so perfect.

We had an exceptional breakfast over here! Wish we could eat mexican like this in the Netherlands. Hardly any tourist and mostly local people. Then you already know it must be great!

The best tacos in the city. If you want the tastiest taco, get the tacos Castakan for $22 pesos each! So yummy, you will not regret it and you will end up here every morning if you're not careful. The Yucatecos will tell you Sunday is for Cochinita Pibil but I personally favour the Tacos de Castakan con Queso and make sure you ask for limón.

Recommended by local friend, introduced as a best pork belly sandwich ever - and it was delicious 😃 liver taco, which I did not see before, also amazing. Comfort food, biggest hangover ever will be cured here in my opinion. On the top nice Che lime drink - definitely 5 stars.

One of the places that everyone needs to know and enjoy the taste of the pork belly. The no 1 plate is castacan with cheese, order the torta the bread and combination with the black bean. Your stomach will be thankful for this meal

The other Wayan’es have many more vegetarian options! This location is smaller and has a smaller menu for anything other than meat. Still incredible service and tacos! I really wish they wouldn’t use plastic bottles though. Every drink comes in a plastic bottle, which seems unnecessary when dining in. It’s right across from a kids park which was a big plus with a 4-year old!

The best tortas hands down they are very small but full of flavor I had 2 the typical cochinita pibil and castakan (shop pork belly) it was amazing week worth the drive from the centro.
