An excellent hotel for a moderately cheap trip. The rooms very acceptable and clean, and the treatment of all the staff was excellent. All the receptionists speak English correctly very comfortable bed, and good shower. The service is great, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect. Very quiet at night

There were horrible stains up the wall the floor hadn't been cleaned in weeks I spilt water on it and when I wiped it up it was deep brown in colour. The mattress had never been vacuumed either. Really dirty.

Arrived late at night around 11.45pm.. The carpark gate was closed.. No problem used the intercom on site and the guy let me in.. Felt secure knowing that the car was safe The guy on reception was very polite and helpful The room was spacious and very comfortable also very warm.. Cold late at night in February. So very welcoming.. Room consisted of.. Bed.. TV.. Bathroom.. Bath /shower nice to have a choice.. The bed was very comfortable and the shower the next morning was hot.. Breakfast was included in the price.. Nice continental choice.. Enjoyed and set myself up for the day.. Recommended...

Dirty room, dirty bedding, dirty towels. Wouldn't stay here again or any other Ibis if this is a common occurrence.

We had a one night stop over and it served it’s purpose. Rooms felt grubby and reception could really do with a make over and some lights. Felt very heavy and gloomy when walking in.

We enjoyed staying here for one night. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Room was expected, deducted 1 star because the the shower door didn't protect the water splash well and made the room floor wet with no bath towel provided. It's not a big deal for us but if you are not careful it can be slippery. The hotel should provide the bath towel at least. Room was clean, high pressure water. I liked that the shower room and toilet is sperated. Internet is fast. Overall good value for money

One of the low coast hotels in Metz located in a commercial area near fast food restaurants which close at 10:00 p.m. The hotel has a private car park which is never closed. The beds are comfortable and clean. However, housekeeping is poor. Unsupervised work. The smell of pipes that rises in the shower cubicle, you are obliged to ventilate a few seconds before taking the shower. The cumulus of dust are everywhere on the nooks and crannies.

Typical budget style, rooms are small but functional. Prefect for our overnight stop. Greatful reception is open 24hrs, as arrived much later than intended. Good pressure in the shower too. Bonus that I could charge my electric car too. (Tesla type 2 plug, but worked with Nissan Leaf)

Quiet hotel to stop for the night during a road trip. The room are small, but clean and with all the amenities. Good breakfast choice (nothing special). Dogs allowed in the room.

Great, convenient and super affordable option in Metz. It’s literally surrounded by 3 supermarkets, one of them is huge (Cora). The rooms are small, but comfortable. The prices are unbeatable. Team is cordial and some speak great English. It’s not close to the center of Metz nor the train station, so if that’s your intention search other options.

If you don't have any option go for it... Very grumpy reception with poor English witch is a bit shame in hotel industry

Overall price reflects expectations and quality. It is distant from the downtown thus one needs cab or car to get here and back

Very clean and tidy. Good size rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for food and a lovely walk into Metz doesn't take long. Used this hotel a few times now.

We always went to Ibis hotels, but this latest experience was horrible. We asked for the two rooms we were booking to be close by to each other and it was confirmed, the receptionist though did not know of this, the rooms also seemed to be cleaned only half-way. The shower was not cleaned and its drain did not flush. The Wi-fi did also not work at our time of stay, "Disconnected / IP configuration failure", and since we got to the hotel at night, I was guessing no one would come and fix it at this time.

It's Ibis budget. You get what you pay for. Ok cleanliness, good location, ok friendly staff.

Basic Ibis budget hotel. Couple beds. Small room. Small Tv. Small blood stains on the pillow sheet.

Beds not too comfortable. The breakfast was good but why so much throwaway, single use plastic? So sad to see in 2022
