We came here for our honeymoon and were so happy with our choice. The staff are so helpful and proactive. The restaurant is great. It has a lovely pool and terrace on the roof with decent drinks and bar snacks. The room: we got a suite. It was dark and quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room is a little dark with no main lights but worth it for the amenities, space, design and impeccable cleaning. I can't speak for the standard rooms, but we personally had such a lovely experience

I stayed in the hostel for just two nights. What a terrible setup. Inside the dormitory style rooms there's absolutely no ventilation at all besides two windows. So if the room is packed full of people you're gonna melt. On top of that since the bugs are ravenous you'll get eaten alive. The outlets are terrible as well. My charger kept falling out. On a positive note the showers have hot water and you get an extremely basic breakfast. I'd recommend that they put mesh screens over the windows and install a couple ceiling fans to have some form of airflow. I would not recommend.

I loved the location and beautiful historical design in city center Mexico. One night only however the kindly staff received us with couple shots of Tequila. My girl from Philippines was amazed of this warm welcome. Amenities in the room like full mini bar plus jacuzzi , perfect match. Breakfast included

The most wonderful rooms in all of Mexico City. The ceiling was close to 6 meters high in my non-suite room. Room service was great, the pool was out of this world for how central it was. The only problem you might have as a couple is that the bathroom in sort of "inside" of the bedroom but unless you plan on having a bizarre loud embarrassing attack it will be just fine. Better than fine. Great; maybe perfect.

Review for the rooftop terrace: Decent views and good drinks but terrible service. I would not go here again, there are much better places nearby

Horrible service. The waiters can't do their math, they overcharge you, it took us 15 minutes to charge us. First time I didn't pay any tip in Mexico. The views are nice, but if you want to get terrible service you should go ahead.

We went to the roof terrace for cocktails at 4pm - the drinks were good and the service excellent but the drinks were 15USD each! We were also the only ones there.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are super friendly. Room was delightful. Room is pretty quiet with all of the windows closed, but the restaurant in the lower courtyard is pretty noisy until late, and early morning.

Beautiful, clean hotel centrally located just a block from Zocalo. Gorgeous rooms with exposed brick and high ceilings with a balcony overlooking the street. The service was unbelievable- my wife and I were there for our honeymoon and the staff made sure we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Jesus! You are the best!

😠 Very dodgy. Warning: If you arrive after 7pm, your reservation is cancelled and your room is gone. This is not stated on booking websites. Even if you call and email the day before and the guy on the phone says 'It's fine that you will get here at 9pm, even 10!' as our bus was arriving at 8:30pm. Th...
