I love tribecca Aesthetics, I get my PRP and micro dermabrasion from Uva, a very sweet aesthetician who really knows her stuff! my skin is absolutely glowing after our treatments. Dr. Shapiro did my dysport injections and he is a the best , i’m a chicken when it comes to needles and he’s very quick and painless. definitely going back!!!

Dr. Shapiro and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He truly takes the time to explain every detail and helps me to understand what’s going on with my hormones and why. I’ve already begun to sleep better and look forward to continuing this journey. The staff is excellent as well and always make me feel special.

Since my last visit, I completely stopped going to this spa. They have been getting greedy and trying to force me to have the treatment which I strongly refused. The receptionist Melissa pretended not to understand what I explained and already charged the amount they wanted to charge to my credit card without giving me any chance to discuss it with the doctor. She said, “It was just miscommunication”. I was very uncomfortable and started feeling suspicious of their way of doing business. Watch out!

I have been going to Dr. Shapiro for approximately 6 years, he is very attention to detail, he dedicates quality time with his patients. Needless to say the outcome of his work is A plus. The office is so bright, beautiful and welcoming. All his staff is so professional and they make you feel at ease. Karla does an outstanding job with coordinating and following up after visits. They have fully implemented a very effective customer service process at Tribeca. This is my go to place for fillers. I am a very happy client, and I would not trust any other Dr. with my face as I do with Dr. Shapiro.

Everybody in office are very pleasant and welcoming. The front desk people offer you drinks. UVA my esthetician is fabulous and very nice. She listens to you something rarely you can’t find today. UVA also make me feel very comfortable and that is what is the most important. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with their beauty needs.
