The Local House never disappoints. I’ve been coming here for years every time I visit Miami. The breakfast is always consistently good. I ordered the lobster Benedict. It came with home fries. I opted to have my egg scrambled instead Of poached. It was really delicious. The lobster was cooked perfectly. The home fries were seasoned just right. We also ordered a carafe of mimosa. That too was mixed well. Local House itself is a very cute spot inside and out. Clean and staff is very attentive and friendly. It’s located in the quieter part of the beach on 4th and Ocean. The food is always quality and I will continue to return. Highly suggest a visit here.

Six of us stayed here after a cruise last August and we absolutely loved it! Such a cool property and in a great location. Steps from the beach & nightlife but not affected noise. Rooms are a good size and there are handy beach chairs and also a parasol. Great idea and very useful. We really enjoyed the rooftop area and small pool which is great to cool off. Food in the restaurant is amazing especially breakfast or brunch. Will definitely stay here again if in Miami.

So good. Espresso martinis are amazing. The service is fabulous. I wish they had some more seating. But overall we had an amazing experience.

Grabbed some quick to-go food near our hotel and it was surprisingly delicious!! Wish we had gotten the chance to come back for a sit down meal but the crab cakes & croquettes made a great first impression. Loved the artwork, atmosphere and staff!

Food and coffee were excellent! Great place to have breakfast in South Beach and conveniently located. No trouble finding gluten free options here. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Hope to be back soon!

Delicious egg Benedict!. Got the Buttery Lobster which I would highly recommend. The muffins were soft and the eggs cook to perfection. Make sure you add the truffle hollandaise for that extra flavor. I also ordered the Beach Burger. Not amazing but did the job. Not greasy at all! An 18% gratuity is already included with all meals regardless of party size.

Great brunch spot! Blueberry pancakes are fire! Also the key lime French toast is wonderful. I loved the fresh orange juice. The place is small so waiting time can be a while! Make sure to make reservations. It’s worth the wait.

The key lime french toast was delicious! It felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast which I can't complain about. I've eaten a lot of french toast and normally I don't even like key lime but this was seriously good. The service was great, my side of sausages were delicious, no complaints! 🍞

Service is great. Drinks are strong. Breakfast was very good and tasty. But please, stay away from the $8 'fresh' pineapple juice. Its watered down, and tastes like they grinded the core as well. Not sweet at all.

I think it was my favorite place of our weekend getaway in Miamk Beach! Our waitress was the best. Drinks were so fancy and delicious, and so was the food. Oysters were monsters (in a good way)!! Cute setting too.

My husband and I are staying at the Balfour Hotel across the street and made a reservation here for brunch! It is an absolutely precious place and the food is TO DIE FOR! You will love it!!!! Get the crab cake Benedict and the key lime French toast! So yummy!

The brunch was super-good and just due to the quality of the food I would like to give a five stars review. But unfortunately the team has no coordination and they do not communicate with each other. I expect when I am told by one of the team that we can leave our suitcases at their guesthouse/lockers (...) even if we are not guests (we said that many times!) that the team is reliable enough that they tell their coworkers so this is gonna working out when we are coming to the place the next they to leave our luggage. They did not make any effirt to help us, they were super rude - even if we ate many times at their place during our stay - and we had to take our luggage to the beach. wow worst experience in this fantastic trip!

I came here for brunch with a friend, and this cafe is so cute! The brunch was yummy, we really enjoyed everything we ordered. The drinks were great too - if you like Bloody Mary's I definitely recommend trying one here.

Brunch here was awesome! Vibes were great and the food was delicious. Ordered the smoked salmon salad and split an order of fries, really tasty and really filling!

We make it a point to eat at different places, but this is one place we would gladly go back to. The food was absolutely delicious! Service was friendly! Inside is smaller, so recommend making a reservation. Outside seating is ample and allows you to take in the vibes. Try the Breakfast Pinsa. My leftovers were just as good the next morning 😋.

They served great dinner and brunch. The service was good. Clean and charming place. Inside seating and outside seating was clean and comfortable.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The atmosphere was lovely, and dining at 4pm provided a perfect opportunity to enjoy the cool ambiance. I especially enjoyed the delicious Sister Margarita, Tropical Garden, and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - they were all fantastic! While the Crab Cake Benedict was good, it didn't quite match up to the amazing drinks and appetizers. Definitely, I plan to go back to try their breakfast and other meals, as the menu offers a great selection of options. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its wonderful atmosphere and delicious menu options.

Perfect service, setting and food. I had the branzino (light, clean, tasty), the kiwi crush cocktail (perfectly balance—not too sweet), espresso and goat cheesecake (doesn’t really taste like goat cheese but absolutely delicious). I recommend 100%

They checked on me. The food came out in good time. I'm having a double shot espresso and some sparkling water at the moment. They have good seating inside nice views and they have nice seating outside. I highly recommend this place I'll be back again PS They have good music too!

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at The Local House. The staff was extremely friendly. We loved the rooftop pool area. Everything was exceptionally clean. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone heading to Miami Beach. We can’t wait to go back!!!!!

The mango margarita was on happy hour at 8.00 and was amazing... our bar tender was full of great conversation ...wish we would of stayed for dinner Definitely the right spot.... I may have Confused the mango with something else yummy.... With a spicy rim

Didn’t order anything fancy, we just came by for a quick bite right before leaving miami. We ordered the power bowl and the breakfast sampler. Outdoor seating is nice, just gets a little hot during peak time! Thanks for the awesome food and service.

Literally the BEST brunch in Miami! Lobster Benedict comes with some of the best lobster I’ve ever had, so buttery and soft, my group also enjoyed the ahi tacos and the chicken club sandwiches 10/10 for everything

Great restaurant in South Beach! The service was quick and the food was delicious. I shared the pancakes and huevos rancheros with my mom and they were the perfect blend of sweet and salty for an afternoon brunch (this place also serves brunch until 5pm- score!). I’ll be back!

Had the lobster Benny with the truffle bernaise sauce. It was very tasty and filling. Normally whenever you order a lobster dish you can’t find the lobster in it but this place was very generous. Coffee was good.
