Nice juicy and tasty cheeseburger which I had with reg Cajun fries and grilled cheese sandwich... yum...what a lovely meal. Would visit again Hygiene levels need to be a lot better though...I know it was busy when i visited but the floor was a mess in the kitchen with food and rubbish everywhere ... Got the largest regular portion of fries I've ever had in my whole life! felt guilty throwing it away...Advice is get small

This Five Guys location is extremely convenient right on the heart of South Beach and it stays open until 4 AM Clean and friendly staff always willing to help me and make sure my order is made as requested Juicy, full of flavor reason why I keep coming back. Little bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a refreshing drink is all you need after clubbing trust me you can’t go wrong with this.

Probably the best burger I’ve ever tried. You can taste the 100% beef patty. They are super generous with fries, and damn, those are fries. Super crispy skin-on finger licking fries. Free refill beverages. The “mini” burgers are not small, they are the same size than regulars but with 1 patty only (regulars have 2). My mouth is watering just from writing this, so stop reading and go get a bacon cheeseburger

Very bad experience on this location and tbh it’s systematic. I live close by and it’s always takes so long to do anything..Walk in is awful..ppl are waiting for 30 min in the line and no cashier on his position (see img below). Delivery takes so long as well and I’m pretty sure ppl think it’s coz of delivery partner but that’s not true. I ve seen it myself how chill and not organized their work is. Pick up the most crazy experience tbh. In the app or website they tell you that order will be ready in 15 but when you arrive you should wait another 15 min🤦🏻‍♂️.Why is it so hard to tell actual cooking time..that customer can arrive and pick it up within 1 min if order is paid. Overall..this branch is trash and it makes five guys look bad

Five guys as usual. However bad smell as if they do not clean the place or change the oil from the fries. Went for a little cheeseburger , fries , hot dog after a few drinks. Nothing special.

Amazing cleanliness! Service with a smile and they help wash you if you spill food on yourself. The employees were so helpful. The french fries were so fresh and the burger was spectacular this is the best five guys I've ever been to I'll be back soon everyday

POORLY TRAINED STAFF - Amazing burgers and fries. Had a double bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries 👌🏼 which were phenomenal. My only issue was the staff seemingly not understanding I wanted to get a side of mayo 😆 upon request, the black guy with glasses who called my order (#53 11/18) gave me a less than half full side of mayo (comical, I know) while the short blonde haired hispanic lady who’s in charge of the grill kept her confrontational nonverbal demeanor and the nastiest looks you could imagine while telling the guy to dismiss my request. Rude and out of place. It was as if politely asking for a side of a condiment for the food I just paid for was an operational affront to the company. When confronted about this basic request the hispanic lady hid in some corner and refused to engage, the guy who gave me my order acted as if he couldn’t comply saying “we usually don’t do that” (mayo at a burger place? Really!?) and it was a lady in the preparation line who finally handed me a side of mayo so I could enjoy my food. These staff members clearly have no notion of what food and beverage customer service entails, display major training flaws at the managerial level and have no standard of professionalism to uphold. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

As I always say you take Five guys fries and shake shack burger and the perfect combo has born. Besides this note I give 3 stars because $25 (tip included) for a burger, regular fries and large soda I think is way too much. It is still a fast-food chain restaurant. So then we should pay what? 30 for a “gourmet” burger??

Definitely no fast food. It takes a long time to have my food ready. The quality was good as usual for Five Guys. You can dine inside or outdoors.

My fries were horrible. I couldn't eat them. My grilled inions and grilled peppers were not grilled more than 10 seconds in my opinion. I have been in other 5 guys before. This is the first time I go to one and walk out disapointed.

Got here at 10:30 , cashier was pleasant , workers refused to make bacon and grilled onions, this is a burger joint isn’t it? There was a line behind me so it’s sad to see how many people will be disappointed, Brittany was asked to make more fries and she refused, sad that everyone wants a pay heck but nobody wants to work, you close at 11 the service should seize at 11, I’ll be contacting there corporate center. Not to mention I was in the store two days prior and an employee peed all over the women’s toilet and told my aunt to use the men’s side, as a popular named franchise you’ve got to do better when dealing with travelers, If looking for a late burger go to redhead burger in ocean drive.

The food was up to the standards that I have experienced at other locations; but nothing about this location would make me want to return. It still has the plexiglass that was installed for Covid that I think may still be there because the neighborhood was not very welcoming. This location is one block from Collins and two blocks from Ocean and I expected a pleasant meal but I was afraid I would lose my wallet both inside and out.

Last time I went to this store in 2015 and they still making a great Job.

I am a big enthusiast or burgers and this is is my first time at Five Guys ever. I ordered a regular Hamburger (the real one). Got a small fries and a regular drink. First, let's say a small burger isn't smaller in size. It only misses a burger patty. I was disappointed in that. It should say on the menu what the differences is. CAUTION : It is really weird that you have to order every ingredient, such as ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, tomates, etc... by yourself ! Otherwise you just end up with two buns and meat. The taste of the burger itself was okay, but by far nothing mind-blowing, nor extraordinary. I ain't a big fan of fries, but have to say, they actually were really good tasting (the best of all burger franchise)! Though, way too salty for my opinion. The drink, as quite common in USA, is free refill and they have a large choice of the most known soft drinks available in USA. The interior is really minimal and basic. Table too high in proportion to the height of the sitting surface of the chairs. But I appreciated the fact you can sit outside. Last, I didn't appreciate the stuff at all. A stuff-member clearly saw me ordering, though as I asked about the restrooms, she behaved like I randomly walked in to sneak into the restrooms and asked for the receipt. Weird ! I didn't like her behavior. Nor the one of the cook, as he called for the number of my order, I walked out from the restroom to the co in counter and showed up. He eyeballed me, in disbelief this really is my order. One more thing : though the prices displayed are without TAX, so you end up with a different price than you could actually sum up in your head leading to confusion. Dunno if this is any common or legal?! Conclusion : Since it really ain't anything special or beyond the competitors Menu (nor prizes), plus it's way more expensive in comparison, I would rather save the money and invest it in any other local food or so. The all-topping bacon cheeseburger is delicious. And everything except the shake lady is nice. I didn't get a shake for more than 15 minutes after ordering, so I called the staff. Afterwards, she made me look annoyed. Don't expect to say thank you or sorry. She doesn't know how to do it.

The burgers were not very tasty. I didn't really understand what kind of meat it was. Absolutely tasteless. The atmosphere is like in American cafes, everything is fast. Perhaps this is in the culture, but it was strange to me when the burger was crushed to us).

Cashier was friendly and quick to take our order. Wait what is vanilla shake with Reese’s peanut butter cups and banana shake with Reese’s peanut butter cups. Whip cream on top also. Super delicious! Would definitely go there again.

Is the Best burger that I proved, tasty omg is awesome. But in chicago was more fast, in miami for 13 dolars give me a just a burger and in chicago for a 12 give me a french fríes. Also y so good for real.

Dyniqua’s attitude and energy was amazing. Very happy and helpful to her crew and customers. Bathroom looked clean and smelled great. Food was amazing. Everyone else in the back making food was also doing amazing !

Honesty my favorite burger place. Every time I eat a burger else where I feel buyers remorse. Sometime I call the order for pick up and a save like 12 minute wait time. Their staff is super nice. when you engage the station where they They prep the fries and when your courteous and supper nice they hook it up with a little extra fries.

The best burger & fries that I’ve ever had. We went there 2x. The ice machine got broken in the first night when we’ve been there - and they didn’t fix it and said the other night “yeah we forgot to call the guy to fix it” 🙊 Also: you have to wait a lot to place your order and then to get your food. The prices are insane.. 50 dollars for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 sodas.. Again: good quality of burger though :-)

Went for (French frys) yesterday. They were a bit pricy, $8. But they were really good. Cool place to sit and hang out. They used to jam really good music. I don't know what happened but we brought our own. If your low income like us. You find a five guys cup go inside and fill it up. Great selection of fountain drinks. I filled up my personal cup. Then got another. Check em out. Tell them kitty sent you.

One star. I waited and waited... I had to ask three times if they had finished my order- nothing. I ask this lady for my order she looks down at a bag and quickly gives it to me... The crew didn't even realize they finished mine and had it sitting with incomplete bags! Then I get home and they didn't put any A1 steak sauce (the patties were also wayyy to thin) legit same thickness as Mickeyd's- What an unprofessional mess!!! Do not waste your money at this mediocre place.

I ordered a burger and fries on ubereats from here . The uber app was having its own issues and i asked them for a favor . I spoke with the manager … She was extremely nice and sweet and did exactly what i requested 🥹🥹😊😊😊😊 thank you. My food came out soooo freaking good !! Best sandwich ever 🤤🤤 thanks babes , it was bomb ;). They are sweet !
