This hotel is simply fantastic. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. We never had to wait for anything. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was great. I love this hotel! Thanks to my friend who made me meet him! We spent some incredible days, the rooms have a beautiful balcony with a dream view! the bathroom is incredible and what can I say about the attention received, I felt too comfortable that I did not want to return! I recommend this hotel without hesitation! It is more beautiful than it looks in the photos.

Stayed here in May for my birthday and it was absolutely splendid. The bed was super comfy, the shower and tub amazing! We walked to the beach in the ealry am, we had brunch and dinner at orange blossom which was beyond delicious! We are totally coming back! The staff was extremely attentive and super sweet. Everything was very clean and very pretty. We also went to the roof top pool, incredible views!

This hotel is excellent! Amazing value! Great location near everything and overall a very nice hotel. The Room was immaculate and very spacious, bed was comfy and large. The bathroom was spotless and also spacious. Hotel staff was warm and helpful. Overall an excellent experience at a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed every minute in this hotel. great location, service and stay! Staff were amazing and helpful, even though we were only there for 2 days. rooms are clean and the facilites more than enough. The bathroom is outstanding! Highly recommend!

our room was amazing, spacious and clean. Wonderful pool area. Efficient and polite service. At such a low cost I was absolutely mind blown. I'll never book with another hotel, this place is my go hotel.

Disappointed with this so called 4 star hotel. It has potential but customer service and attention to detail are very poor. The junior suite we stayed in had broken lights outside, dirty patio furniture, broken microwave, and limited kitchen equipment. Contacted management a few hours after arriving and never heard back in the 4 nights we were there. The pool seats were poorly kept - ripped and stained cloth. Front desk staff were hit or miss. Some were very attentive others were aloof and didn’t seem to want to help. I’m sure there’ll be a standard response posted for management here but it’s a little too late. Customer service needs to be there during a customer’s stay.

Had an amazing weekend away. The Hotel was perfect. From check in where the staff were so friendly to the time we left. Room was so nice. Definitely will stay again and recommend to anyone going to Miami Beach. Excellent location. Walk to everything. Cheers, thank you!

There is enough space for everyone! The ideal setting for families or groups. The hotel staff is polite and responsive. We genuinely enjoyed our stay because it has everything we needed. Such a nice hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are roomy and tidy. I don't believe I'll ever stay in a conventional hotel room again.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant week at The Boulan. Trying to find a good hotel in Miami Beach was somewhat of a challenge; every hotel seemed to have an incredibly mixed set of reviews, with the negative reviews being on the alarming side. However, the Boulan had mostly excellent reviews, and they turned out to be very well deserved. Our room was lovely, the restaurant downstairs (Orange Blossom) had fantastic food and great service, and the location is superb. A special thanks to Emma at the front desk -- she went above and beyond with providing excellent service, being friendly and genuine, and helping us with extending our stay in the least complicated manner possible. When we stopped by a couple of weeks later to inquire about a future stay, she remembered us and was equally warm and helpful. Highly recommend The Boulan!

My stay at this hotel was the epitome of a perfect hotel experience. From impeccable service to luxurious amenities, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it a standout choice. Without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've had.

Stayed here for 3 nights. When we got here there were a couple of issues with the room. The TV remote did not work and the AC did not work. When we alerted the staff the AC was fixed quickly the remote we had to ask to get fixed twice. In regards to the room, there was no towel rack in the bathroom and the toilet paper dispenser was across the other side of the bathroom. The door to the rooms you could not close quietly no matter how hard you tried. Just generally felt as though the place needed an upgrade. That being said, the rooftop pool was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was great too.

Great location close to the beach. Fell in love with king size bed. Loved the patio. Rooftop pool was nice, but no bartender out. Room clean and was fully furnished with towels. Wonderful mirrors for photo ops! Orange Blossom is right behind the hotel so you don't have to leave out.

I had an amazing stay at Boulan South Beach in Miami Beach. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the stylish and modern decor of the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The location of Boulan South Beach couldn't be better. It's just a short walk from the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend them.

A great place to have a memorable holiday. We stayed in a penthouse and were delighted with their hospitality. The staff was helpful and available on call. Not to forget, the location is a major plus!

Stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate my birthday. On arrival we were welcomed by a lady, who did everything she could to make this an enjoyable stay for us. The amenities were great and the hotel was very clean and well kept. We were 10 and we all think that this hotel exceeded our expectations! I had a fantastic stay at Boulan South Beach! The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area, with stunning views of the ocean and the city. Highly recommended!

The room is cozy, warm, and without any inconvenience. The bathroom was perfect and very complete! Excellent toiletries! The pool area is clean and beautiful! Staff is really friendly, attentive and polite! In conclusion, this hotel is very heartwarming and thoughtful. I’m very satisfied.

So I read the recent reviews and got really nervous about the cleanliness etc. but thankfully everything was wonderful for us outside of a couple of broken things. The beds were broken on the bottom so they were sunken kind of and one of the curtain things didn’t work but outside of that the room we stayed in was gorgeous. We had the penthouse two bedroom with balcony. It was HUGE and had private access to the pool! The only issue was that there’s an advertisement on their website of a golf cart/transportation that will take you one mile around but when we tried to use it they said no, it only goes to the beach. The location was fabulous and service was friendly and professional.

First time at the this hotel and it was truly exceptional from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. The staff exhibited a level of customer service I've never experienced before.
