Unhospitable and no follow through. I originally booked with a sister hotel and then the pandemic hit. They kept my payment as credit toward a future stay. I should have asked for a refund. When I contacted them to schedule my stay I made sure to include that 5 guests would be occupying the room to avoid any space issues. Didn't work. The room was for three and when I asked for more bedding so I could sleep on the floor because they didn't have any more rooms I was questioned and given attitude by housekeeping, like I was putting him out. Front desk staff in the evening and at night were nice and at least tried to be helpful. When the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking (room 207 btw) maintenance came and addressed it by telling the person above us to turn off their water. When I addressed these issues with the front desk in the morning there was no apology and no effort to make it right. I was told maintenance would look at the leak but that never happened either. I was told by the woman at the front desk to message the person I booked the room. I did and she responded, but only to tell me she didn't have an email saying there would be 5 guests. I forwarded her the email, and nothing. No response. The reviews about the rooms looking nothing like the photos and about bugs in the rooms are correct. In room 207 there was hardly anywhere to sit and there were ants coming in through the window. I made sure to leave a review in their internal system asking them to make it right, but nothing. Now I'm leaving one here so others can be warned.

Had an excellent stay during my trip! Great location and super friendly staff. Mariana was the one who helped me check in for my stay and was great!!! She was super helpful making the experience a breeze. Her service along with the comfortability of the rooms make it a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit for a vacation or even for business. 10/10.

Great space and location. Thought I was renting just a room but had kitchenette fully stocked view of the canal and a ding room with a table for 4 and separate bedroom it was like a 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was very comfortable. It had a huge beautiful walk in shower they even provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I wish that I could have stayed longer and definitely would stay again. I can't say enough about the staff they were exceptional! The place was clean and cute and had laundry facilities but I didn't get the time to check them out.

Pillows were great but everything else could use some improvement. Mattress didn't have much support. The couch arm rests are comically small. The coffee table had multiple grease stains. You can see the imprints left behind by take out containers from other guests. The kitchen was also dirty. One of the bath towels had yellow crusts on it. There was only one elevator for all guests which made leaving in the morning chaotic. Great staff though.

This is a cute hotel. The best thing about it is that the beach is only 3 blocks away. Walking to the beach every day was so nice. The hotel will provide beach towels. One downfall is the hotel has no carpet in the rooms, all flooring, and we heard every step the kids above our room made. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no room service and only coffee in the morning. But there is a refrigerator in the room to keep food. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is right across from the convention center, and there are restaurants you can walk to.

My brother and I had a really great experience with this hotel. The workers were nice. The front desk seems to have someone there 24/7 so that's a good thing in terms of security. The room was big and definitely spacious.

All I can say is WOW! I came here for my birthday with a large group and everything was phenomenal. First off getting into the hotel was smooth, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to get a connected room which was GREAT! The room was nice and clean!! Sylvia’s customer service was amazing and we will be back

Staying at Hotel Belleza is an absolute treat! Not only does it provide excellent value for money, but you can also ensure high end cleanliness and comfort on your trip. I've had the pleasure of staying there twice- both visits are delightful experiences!

Was there before the Christmas 2022 for one night. The entire hotel was filled with some weird smell that resembles some cheap fragrance or bleach. My son has allergies and we were almost turning away immediately ... Should have done that. The front desk assigned us to a first floor corner room, and it was not until late at the night when we were in the beds that we found all the turning traffic lights will light the whole room up through the windows. The blinds will not help block the lights. I am a fast sleeper but not this time. I have to move the sofa bed's position so that the light will not directly come at my face. Also the sound isolation is horrible, it was awkward to listen to the love making sounds from the neighbor next door through the wall with my tween/teen, twice. And the best part is when I got up the next morning and complained to the front desk. The lady was like "oh, sorry to hear that and you can go now". That was it. She was expecting the complaint, and this really means nothing to her, not even some pretended sincere sorry reactions. I am sure this is not the first time they received this type of complaints, and they did not even try to warn you when you check in. Worst hotel experience ever, even worth than a motel. Update on 12/28: For the response from the hotel, I will go to some fragrance store to check out the scent of Santal. However, I am not buying that "Most guests are delighted by the scent". None of the 4 people in my group appreciates this smell, my first reaction is this hotel has some sanitization issue and is using a bad chosen detergent to do the cleaning. And is it really a good idea to add a strong smell all over the hotel to please "most of the guests", what about the other minority part of the guests? For the curtains thank you but I think I know how to use both the blackout layer and the sheer. The problem is the curtain can not cover all the air gaps so the light will still come through.

Absolutely AMAZING place and location. The check in was FLAWLESS, customer service was EXCELLENT (Victoria, Ashley and Mariann were so friendly and helpful!), room was clean and exactly as advertised, DAILY room service (wish usually we have to beg for at other hotels), FREE use of the washer and dryer, held our luggage prior to check in since we arrived early. All correspondence was smooth, accurate and quick. Had not one issue (which is rare nowadays) I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone and will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you for all your hospitality!

Here are my reasons for 5 stars. 1. Excellent front desk customer service!! Very welcoming and accommodating. 2. Rooms are roomy, comfortable and clean. 3. Beds are so comfortable 4. 7 min walk to the beach and they will accommodate you with beach towels. 5. Very nice business center with large conference table. Overall great hotel.

We loved our hotel!!!! The staff is absolutely great starting from the room service ladies always willing to help. Serafin was our first contact with the hotel and made us feel like we’re home. What a guy. Professional and personable always ready to make our stay better pointing out the best spots on the city restaurants bars and all. The belleza hotel also is very well located the room were clean and the beds very comfortable! Great place for a fair price which is pretty rare in South beach Miami

Pricing Location Staff all 5 stars for South Beach. Why? I have a Dog. This is a dog friendly hotel. No drama check in. Safe area. Remember, it's not a 5 star hotel. It's a 3 Star hotel with my 5 star rating due to low price, very clean, and polite staff.

Rooms I gave a 4 because the building seems old and I feel they should do a remodel. Even if it's 1 floor at a time. Service from everyone was great. Really nice! Location was awesome for me for our convention was across the street.

This hotel is a straight up scam and it doesn’t look like anything pictured on the website. We had several maintenance issues which never got fixed and when asked for a refund it wasn’t an option. Our toilet was clogged the entire stay, and water leaked from our ceiling ruining some of our clothes. When we called to fix these issues the maintenance guy came up and put plastic garbage bags inside the ceiling to hold the water I’m assuming, but obviously that didnt work and all the water consumed in the bag spilled over on some of our clothes once again ruining our clothes and luggage. Not to mention, the TV did not turn off so we had to sleep with it on the entire duration of our stay. There was no refund, or anything given. In fact, the guy at the front desk was completely rude to us and we also had pictures to provide proof of everything. Do yourself a favor and find a nicer hotel to stay at because I promise these private owned hotels are not worth it. They will take your money and not offer anything in return when it comes to major maintenance issues that me and my group experienced. If I could rate zero starts I would.

I love this hotel, cleaning every single day,even change towel every day, thanks to the cleaning team! Safe place, I was not afraid to leave my things in the room, I really relaxed. She is the best staff ❤️ Victoria made my stay better, especially when I asked her several times to extend my stay))) I would love to come back to this hotel someday!

I want to thank all the staff members for their warm hospitality, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My kids were thrilled with the cozy atmosphere as well. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we look forward to returning.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Our 1st room wasn't that great but the extended stay we requested was in a suite and it was everything. It would be great to have a television in the bedroom otherwise it was perfect overall. The stairs have hidden pic opportunities, the staff is amazing but speaks very little English. They also have things to buy if you forget a toothbrush or sunglasses or if you need a bottle or some fruit or anything they sell it at the front desk. Great place will stay here again.

I'm going to put it plain and simple, this hotel is on point!! Don't let the outdoor photos give you the impression that this is an old run down hotel. The lobby is small but it is very pleasantly scented as well as each floor. The rooms are very modern with crisp atmosphere. The staff is extremely attentive and wonderfully outgoing attitudes! I want to give props to Victoria, Mariana, Joaquin, Tony, Marco, and the rest of the team! From the moment I walked in, I noticed the beautifully decorated lobby and the check in area were so clean and fresh. The room was immaculate and had all things I could ask for. Carlos' genuine care and professionalism made my stay memorable.

The hotel is beautiful as well as the room. The bed is amazingly comfortable - I sunk into as soon as a laid down. The bathroom was huge! - Far more than what I expected . I can tell it was for handicap and I felt bad at first because I felt I didn’t need this much room but the front desk assured me that majority of the rooms were fully equipped and looked the same . The beach is pretty much walking distance - we took a stroll around the area at night , it’s quiet , convenient - close to airport , restaurants , and the beach. Near front desk, you can find snacks and essentials if you left any thing behind - they got you! . It was a lovely stay 😁

Nice hotel. Stayed for a week with children. Had full kitchen so some days i cooked. Walkable area, very simple to get to the beach. Yes, it gets noisy on weekends, but it's south beach and expected. Room service and beach towels provided. On the way to the airport after we checked out got a call from hotel that we left a wallet in the room. ( it had cash in it) So we went back and got it. That was very nice of them. I would recommend staying there.

Great place to stay on longer time. Location is great. Team is perfect. My favorites are Jimenez (not sure jamę) and Lora. Rooms were always clean. I will recommend this hotel to everyone, who are going to Miami Beach.

Hotel Belleza is an Boutique Hotel is AWESOME! I am so TOTALLY impressed and felt safe - home away from home..Workable Wi-Fi..had to remote in for work. It's so quaint and we had a one bedroom apartment..I loved it. Everything separate- kitchen-living room-bathroom.. CLEAN CLEAN not a bug or dusk in sight! The laundry room is free of charge. They serve coffee in the morning.. Near Everything in walking distance the Beach- Collins Ave and Yes...Lincoln Road with fab restaurants and top of line retail stores. WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ MIA airport is 20- 30 min away...oh, Be Careful as Shady folks pretending to be Uber will try to swindle you into their car and charge you UberX...51.00 from MIA..It only costs ~27.00..regular Uber. I know because it happened to us and I told the woman she only gets 30.00 ..and will call the Policia Other than that-- Hotel Belleza will be my go to and I will request the same room everytime... .. Pleased Indeed !!!

I really liked my stay here. They actually had a coffee pot that I could brew coffee in verses a single cuper with coffee I don't like. I appreciated that. I wasn't thrilled about the sofas not the most comfortable but not the worst either. The beds were SUPER comfy. I felt like I fell into a cloud. I was well rested.

Carlos checked us in at the desk and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Good value and is not like the boring chain hotels at all. Too bad they were fully booked, we'd have stayed longer.

Nico and Victoria were very attentive to our group of 4. We got recommendations for places and requested a room change without any hesitation. Would recommend for Location to south beach and great service.

Fast check in and great service by Gonzalo, Victoria and Ashley. The room was great and it’s a 5 min walk from South Beach. The room was clean and we even got a room upgrade. Thank you for everything! Definitely recommend and will come back again.

About 10-15 min walk to the beach. Right at the free trolley stop which is nice. Really appreciate the 24/7 front desk. Rooms are decent but the halls smell very damp. Appreciate that they have laundry as well.

Me and my wife stayed over the weekend and the receptionist sol was very personable and helpful on locating our rooms and giving us tips about the nearby restaurants and hang out locations. The rooms were nice and clean I enjoyed sleeping in the comfortable beds and overall enjoyed my time at this hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends in their future vacations down here.

Flew in for a bachelor trip from Toronto. This hotel was a clean and affordable place to stay. It was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Great staff and service from top to bottom. Huge thanks to Ashley at front desk. Ashley was nice and super helpful during our stay. Thank you Ashley for looking after us and recommending some of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at!

Loved the service from Ashley Diaz and other front desk staff. they made sure we were comfortable and were kind enough to handle all of our requests, Would definitely recommend this place for a stay. It was very clean and house keeping was done every afternoon so we came back to a clean and nicer place at the end of the day!! thank you to the staff for making our trip smoother :)

The lies you responding to my review I have video recording of the whole approach from start to finish like I said respectfully your safety for your customer isnt top priority I was not drunk and your staff was fully aware that I was sober and alone . They did nothing in regards of making me feel safe . Ladies do not travel alone biggest lesson ( even though I was not alone I just had my own room ) which was my mistake of even doing . I have no need to lie on nobody about my experience I’ve stayed at plenty hotels and visit Miami plenty times and this was the worst hotel experience

Room was perfect for our family of 4. Clean. 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will be staying here again.

The Hotel was very Nice and clean. all of the employees were super nice and very helpful. Any time we needed towels ,trash bags etc we were given what we needed no questions asked. I do have a couple of suggestions. The bathrooms and showers were nice the only issue was the floors were so slick from the water that would get on them we almost fell a few times. , Maybe some bath mats would help with that. The only real complaint I have is the parking. That was horrible. No where to park have to walk three blocks to park your car and pay to park. $175 for five days. I feel like parking should be free if you are already paying to stay at the hotel. If have to park at the parking garage some golf carts with drivers would be nice. especially for people who have disabilities and can't walk three block to and from the parking garage four and five times though out the day. All And All could not have asked for a better stay from the hotel and staff.
