This was absolutely the worse hotel I have ever stayed in! They do anything they can to keep your security deposit and charge you a arm and a leg for a 0 Star hotel!! The Queen size beds are actually twin xl, and the room size is super small, smaller than a college dorm room to be exact! This hotel is way over price and the staff are very rude! The rooms are never clean nor ready when it’s tome to clock in and there are no refunds because they know they don’t live up to standard and the pics are deceiving! The day of check out our entire bathroom sink collapsed from the wall and hit the floor, they blamed us, although there is no way we could’ve broke a sink, the maintenance man attempted to put it back together and that still didn’t work! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER EVER! Very dirty and nasty! If I could rate this hotel it would be a 0/5, instead I have to give it 1/5!

Be careful this hotel will find any excuse not to return your deposit! Like they did to me, I left early, and not they say I had a late check out! Not true!! Rooms are very bad and very dirty carpet!

Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, lots of ignorant entitled people in Miami. The staff is great and helpful if you’re respectful. Not the nicest rooms or most comfortable, but for the price and the location you can’t beat it! Walking distance to everything.

Even though I believe her is Jenny the receptionist is very sweet and was trying to keep it together the hotel experience was not the best. When I walked in the first room I bumped into a pair of panties in the shower so I made them switch my room. Now in the second room the AC was not working well so I got switched to another room. In this third room the AC was a little better but not is best! I honestly did not feel comfortable in there.

Absolutely do not stay here. The service is beyond embarrassing. There's dumb and dumber on the reception who took forever to find our reservation, there's no free parking, the hallway is very noisy and u can hear everything in the other rooms around. Take my word for it pay a little more and have an enjoyable restful stay. I wish I could stand outside the hotel and beg people not to go inside. This place is not even worthy of the 1 star!

Ill give it a 2 stars because it was the cheapest price i found around the area and because the people they have in the front were very nice and respectable persons. Other than that, thats it. Just a washed up, old, outdated Miami hotel. I think the homeless sleeping on the streets might sleep better than the bed they give you at these places.

This place is a nightmare for vacation. After paying about $200 a night you would imagine a OK place to say but no. There is so much noise in the hallway that you can hardly sleep. The "queen" bed is so small that you are in constant fear of falling down in sleep if you have two people. It make sweaky noise every time you move. It's not even a bed but a mattress put on a iron frame. The room is old and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980's. Million other things that I pick on. A person pays for a room to sleep and if that isn't possible in this hotel. Please please avoid this hotel

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The location of this place is great but the building seems to have not been renovated since ce the 1960s the queen size bed hardly sleeps two the room is extra small, the blankets look like from the 1980s the price is ridiculously high and they charge extra for parking. I rather spend extra 50 dollars somewhere for quality and where they don't charge 35 dollars a night just for parking.
