    Workers here act as if they get paid to NOT sell sneakers, I don’t care if resellers want to buy all pairs….the point of a Nike retail store is to sell products on hand to generate store profits NOT to remove products from the sales floor when you feel as if the people who are buyer the pairs are reselling. Nike needs to speak to management at this location asap!

    This Nike store is really cool. They have a very large shoe/clothes selection and really great displays for all of their products. If you are thinking about whether or not you should go here... "Just do it." -Take Care and Live Well - 🤙

    Poor Poor shopping experience they are working with the resellers and having them purchase the shoes ahead of real customers. Orville and another gentleman I did not get his name because he removed his name tag but they had all the resellers buy the shoes. I observed one gentleman alone have more then 1 pair of shoes when it is one pair person. I never experienced this before when Thomas was there but I Orville is clearly working with the resellers.

    Nice store in a great location. Definitely worth hitting up if you are shopping on Lincoln Rd. They had a wide variety of shirts, shorts, sweats, hoodies, shoes, etc. I was surprised that they do not carry any jerseys in the store.

    Worst manger ever The shop located in the center , the sales associates are really nice and friendly but the manager ! I went there and after 2 mins I decided to buy a pair of shoes. It’s also on sale ! When I wanna pay they told me that it’s a wrong price. Then the manager came to me said. He can’t accept his mistake. He will not give the wrong price. He was rude and arrogant. He left without finishing explaining me anything. I wrote an mail to Nike but no one cares !!!! Amazing experience!

    Pablo the manager has cero customer service, could be more open to handle frustrated customers. I advance to train him better. I will stop buying Nike shoes.

    No trip to the famous Lincoln Road shopping district in South Beach would be complete without a trip to the super cool Nike Miami store, on entering we already had a good idea of the trainers (sneakers) that we were looking to purchase. We went over to a kiosk next to the checkout where a group of young Nike employees were standing engrossed in conversation. When we made the fateful mistake to ask one of them for assistance it was as if we had shut down there Instagram account and taken away their PS5 all in one ruthless swipe. The service received from the young female customer service assistant was nothing less than shocking, immediately instigating a complaint to the manager Jordan. Fortunately, we went upstairs to see the men’s selection of products and in extreme contrast was met by the super laid back and professional Thomas who is to Nike, South Beach what Messi is to Inter Miami a sales legend. Nothing was too much effort for Thomas who proceeded to get several pairs of trainers for my partners tiny feet and do the conversion from US female and male sizes to UK sizes all whilst remaining polite, engaging, professional and super cool. Whatever Thomas is on this guy needs a pay rise absolutely first-class service and a real ambassador to Nike Worldwide brand totally Intune with its customer base and having great product knowledge, thank you for your great service, Thomas and we look forward to visiting you and your store when we are next in South Beach.

    I had a horrible experience at this store. I walked into the store and was invisible to the unconcerned and unmoved chatty staff for over 5 minutes. A certain manager came over and asked if I had been served. I responded "no" and that I was leaving the store as I was invisible to the chatty staff. The manager assigned a new staff/attendant (quite inexperienced) to me. Well, the lady assigned to me was pretty rude, entitled, uninformed and had zero client service skills. An item that I wanted was unavailable but was due to the store in the coming week. Upon the manager's request, I left my contact details. However, the manager did not bother to contact me and I never had back from the store. I will never return to this store. Rude, entitled, callous and condescending staff, zero and poor client experience and worse, lack of follow up with loyal clients.

    Store is supposed to open at 11am and it hasn’t even opened. Terrible management can’t even open a store on time. It’s part of the lazy culture out here. Really bad for mike business.

    A boutique rather than a shop. You can find several items offered just in this shop. Pity for the low level of organisation. Service is really chaotic, I guess staff need more training on how to serve customers.

    Would NOT go to this Nike store!! Tried to get some regular Air Force Ones and once they brought them out they looked totally defected, glue everywhere, stitching ripping, and already looked worn and creased. I asked them to bring out a different pair due to this and they brought some out looking the exact same. I then asked why does their air forces look like this, the manager admitted that this shipment of forces came defected.. and tried to give me 10% off.. why are you guys even selling defected shoes?! They should be thrown away.. thank God I checked, but I feel bad for the customers who aren’t checking! Just a heads up!

    This store has one of the worse sales reps. I went to purchase my first pair of NIke shoes and they told me Jordan’s are not real Nikes, my taste in shoes is stupid and they don’t have my size anyway. (Didn’t tell them my size) Do not go here. Never had this problem at a Vans Store.

    Flying drones everywhere, every day requires a really good pair of shoes, that’s why stopped here at this location, and I was surprised with the size of the store and all the employees are very friendly and helpful, I told them my story and I was guided through the store until I found something that fit perfectly and that was to my liking, definitely a beautiful experience I will be coming back to see you guys and get more shoes from you!

    I was at the Nike Miami Beach store monday evening (9/11/23), I went to the fitting room to try on some clothes and the female attendant there was extremely rude, I asked her for a different size but she was too busy looking at herself in the mirror and didn’t even bother to look at me and she said very rudely “everything is on the floor”. I have shopped here for years and I never had such a terrible experience as this one! I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service. On my way out I asked another sales associate what was her name and I was told “Gabriela”. I intentionally left all my items behind which could have been a $500 purchase because she killed my entire shopping experience! If you continue to hire people like this, expect your store to lose dedicated shoppers.

    What a fantastic display of the failure of capitalism. Perverting the intention of Lincoln Road, this monstrous flagship store sells garish "clothing" at nightmarish prices, and regularly hosts a group of attention-seeking "joggers" clogging up the pedestrian space.

    Don’t waste your time going to this Nike store. I have never experienced such bad costumer service. I wanted to purchase a new pair of shoes and both employees not only ignored me, but were also very rude towards me. Very disappointed!

    How disappointed and disgusted we were today to witness a horrible display of customer service by an “Athlete” (Nike’s term for an associate) named Chris at this location. We were behind the interaction that escalated with him threatening to call the cops in a loud and attention drawing demeanor clearly to embarrass the customer, all of which could have been defused and handled more professionally. Shame on Nike for not coaching their teams members better at this location. We understand that Nike cannot control all of their “athletes” actions, but we would think at such a high visible location, they would put their best forward.

    I ordered a pair of Nike shoes online and had to return them due to the fit. I’m not sure if it came from this store As I ordered online. I am a member so I should’ve received a full refund instead I got a partial refund and now I’ve had multiple phone calls and getting a run around. Every time I call it’s a different story. How absolutely ridiculous for such a big company to be so disorganized. Definitely never ordering from them again.

    Chris is a horrible associate to be running this store. His customer service skills are trash. Not only will I never shop at this location again but he’s completely turned me off from Nike. All he can do is complain about how he’s short staffed and not responsible for what happens in the store. Great management in one of your busiest locations. This an atrocious representation of Nike and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know never to shop here. Hopefully the Aventura location opens up with a more competent staff.
