No customer service! They would serve and sell far more items if they took the time to address their customers. This place is a joke the staff don’t care standing around talking with each other and ignoring the customer.

I only had 4 precious hours of shopping , and unfortunately I spent one hour in line at Zara’s. The others in line and I had lots of time to watch the cashiers. By the time it was my turn, I was annoyed. Very annoyed. And yet, here was my cashier making small talk with her coworker and moving at about 25% speed. I said to her how disgusting this was, and I pointed to the huge line behind me. What’s the problem, she said. I explained that I waited in that line for an hour, there are only 4 cashiers and half of them don’t think it’s a problem. “You are just chatting and moving slowly as if there aren’t 25 people behind me.” She just laughed and said it wasn’t disgusting, it was normal. I asked her her name, she refused. If this is normal at Zara’s, I’m out!! Either get more staff or limit people in the store. Long waits and rudeness at the end of it. Mean shopping experience.

I bought my wife a Blue dress at Zara on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach last Monday 03/28, yesterday the 29th was her birthday, she quickly put on the dress, it fit her well, the tag bothered her, and herself instruction said to remove, so she did, we left the house, when we arrived at the birthday party she noticed that a part of the dress is unraveling, as I show in the photos, I returned to Zara today on the 03/30th to return the dress. When i tried to return the dress the manager Carlos who was the manager in charge at the time, was super rude to me and my wife, I tried to explain the situation to him, he saw that the product was damaged due to the low quality of the material, which unfortunately I have to say does not match what Zara usually sells, but I didn't want to go into that point, I just wanted to return the product , he didn't want to help me, I will certainly never go back to this store in Miami Beach, and I don't recommend it to anyone. I contacted support by phone, totally inefficient, the attendant said that the manager could have done something, but the policy does not accept returns without the tag, which I even understand if the product sold was in good condition, but in this case I bought it an already damaged product, she recommended me to look for another Zara, so that maybe a kinder manager would help me, I found it absurd. I buy a product that comes damaged, I try to return it and the company's policy allows a manager named Carlos to treat me like shi*t because he can, I don't accept, lack of respect for a customer they like so much and often shop at this store, and Zara is to blame, for not having a more flexible policy or alternatives that a manager or customer service can offer. I don't care about the product or the value of it, but if Zara doesn't take any action to change that, I will definitely never buy from any Zara again. Product name is SATIN EFFECT WRAP DRESS.

Awesome sales, fast cashier staffs. Long line as usual. Always find something here.

Great selection, fair prices, long dressing room lines particularly on weekends. Very much dislike pass the line option that allows customers to reserve a spot at the of the dressing room line with immediate entry. Very poor customer service and treatment. Please drop this practice

I have been in Zaras All over the World this has to be the Worst Zara Experience in my Entire World,,,Spent 200 $ worth of kids Clothes over Shoes jacket Skirts and Shirt ,the Smooshed all my clothes in one bag soo heavy couldn't Carry in one Bsg. When O asked for an Extra Bag to divide my belongings because their paper bag breakes, they Refused to give me an Extra Bag unless I paid for it ,Is this Cuba are We living Comunism ,,,How am I gonna Spend Money at ur Store and be Treated this Way ,,,What is Happening to Zara ,Have you lost your Mind and then after I left the bag broke Walked in to for Ever 21 ,,,without even buying any from there they Gave me a bi plastic bag from their Store ,no questions Asked ,where I carried the Zara Merchandise ,,,,,it's Sad that other Stotes Supply a bag for ur Merch when u don't,,,,

Warning ⚠️: Beware return anything here. They will refuse it. I came here to return a pair shoes which I wore like 2 times. It became so uncomfortable in 2 days. They refused to return as there were minor marks on sole which you obviously get even with trying on at store. And was even there when I took it. The manager was rude and adamant not to return that shoe. Never shop here again!!! Avoid this place.

I’m an avid Zara shopper. Love all their stuff. Unfortunately the customer service isn’t as good as it should be. Zara’s managers Julianna and Carlos do the most to not help. It’s easier to throw around the customer service number and not deal with it. I came in for a simple exchange and was questioned about everything and treated badly. They spoke amongst each other and acted like I wasn’t there. I was told to speak with Carlos since he’s the superior and he went to the manager who sent me to him and she said no, even though she sent me to him, so he said no. I love all Zara stores. This one however not too happy. Customer service needs to be a priority.

I visited the South Beach location and the customer service was horrible. I am very big on customer service and it truly determines where I spend my money. I saw a person working the floor so I approached her to ask a question, when she turned around and looked at me she frowned and said in a very nasty manner “you have to wait”. I am immediately offended because I am trying to figure out what her issue was. I continue to shop. I pick up four heavy blazers to purchase, so I go to the cashier to ask if I could hold the clothes up there while I continue to shop because they were very heavy. The cashier answers in a very nasty voice “No! you can’t keep it up here!” At this point I no longer want to spend my money at this location. I put back 4 blazers costing over $400 and purchased online. I did make a purchase and was waited on by a young black male and I thanked him for being professional and pleasant because his coworkers were very nasty. Customer service was HORRIBLE and I will NEVER visit that location again.

Great location! Always a big variety of clothing, employees help to get stuff online if it’s sold out in store, lines move quickly and smooth! Returns are easy if you keep your receipt even for simple exchange, never had an issue since I have my app and all receipts can be saved on it. Definitely recommend

I love my new sweaters, not too heavy. The one with 45.90 tag was half price. I mean almost everything was on sale😍😄

I was trying a little sweater on top of the dress I was using, just like everbody else was doing on top of their clothes. The line for the fitting room was long and so was the line for cashier. The lady that places the clothes back to the shelves screamed for me that I couldn't do that, I had to go to the fitting room. I didn't think she was talking to me so she screamed again. It was extremely rude, everybody around was looking and didn't understand anything. Why do I have to go to the fitting room to try something on top of my dress? I never heard that before. Ever. I loved what I was trying on but didn't buy, didn't look the other things and won't come back.

This store got best style for the Miami heat weather. Recommended. Right on the shopping center walking road near South beach.

Very good store. Very Nice men clothes and kids Boys. Very clean and organized.

Lots of interesting clothing styles mostly geared toward youthful clientele. Don't bother if you are big and tall. Checkout lines were long but a good place to get out of the heat when on Lincoln road mall

One of my favorite places to shop for men’s clothes and the haul never disappoints. Compared to designer stores the prices are just right for good quality clothes and variety. Staff is most courteous and helpful and every once in a while you walk in on a sale for your favorite items. This location is my favorite one because you can also grab a bite to eat on Lincoln Road.

Location is prime, selection is awesome but they are short-staffed and the cashiers are not so friendly, for being a kind of flagship in Lincoln Rd they should hire more cashiers and work on their customer service!

I do shop at zara for years but I have never encountered such a terrible service as I received from Alex at south Beach miami location. As I was in the line waiting to pay my merchandises, I saw there a perfume on the shelf next to the line and there was a tester but no actual perfume itself to purchase. I approached zara's agent asking him to show me if this perfume exist since you have a tester right there, he replied to in a very unprofessional way that the store is closed and he can't help me while there was only one smple question I was asking and there was a simple answer but he completely refused to answer and while I was still at the store. I asked for him for the his name he replied to me with Alex and he added that I should remember it. Unbelievable from him to be treated this way just because I asked a simple 🙄 question. He should learn some customer service manners, if he does not like the his job that's a big issue to deal with customers with that kind of attitude.

1 cashier only is humiliating for the customers for real. This place is not expensive and its clothes is all made in Bangladesh for pennies that can afford to hire staff.

This Zara is quite good. Escalator to mens wasnt working but they have an elevator ! Good variety of clothes, all Zara branded. Very refreshing shop thanks to their AC. Seems there are some queues at the cashier, but still fast moving. Some nice clothes.

One of the biggest Zara stores I been to & rightfully so since it's near Miami's South Beach. Mens & Kids section are on second floor while Womens are right on the first floor when you walk in. Mcdonald's is to the left of this Zara. Like all stores and including Zara it can be a hit or miss when shopping because it all comes down to finding that top you like and if the price is right. I saw a few shirts I liked that were $70 at regular price and even at $39.99 ON SALE I couldn't see myself dropping that for a t shirt even if the quality is pretty nice which Zara tends to do. But staff & operation in this store seemed pretty good at getting people in and out. Cool store worth browsing even if you don't buy anything. Girl in front of me dropped $215 before I bought one top for my girl.
