Why this rating? the massage itself was 5 stars, the experience 1, so 3 is a fair rating in my opinion. The Spa services were ok and the staff was really nice. I gave them such a mid rating due to the confusion they created with my appointment, the misinformation, and the appearance of the facility and hotel. I got a couples massage package as a gift. On a Tuesday, I set up my appointment for the coming Saturday at 11am. They tell me I have to pay gratuities and taxes in advanced, I found this ridiculous but we'll play with their rules. They sent me the link I I paid $86 worth of taxes and gratuity. They send me a confirmation text and email where it explains that if I need to cancel, it has to be done with more than 24 hours of the appointment time. The Friday before the appointment, at 9:20PM I get a text and email saying my appointment was changed to 1PM, and they added a text message saying that cancellation was not possible because it was within 24 hours, this was of course done without my consent or prior warning. I tried calling but no one answered at that time. The morning of the appointment I was already thinking I needed to raise hell because I can't do that appointment at 1PM and they would have to give a refund. Again, no one is answering the phone. I texted back to the number from the messages I received and they at least answered and said they will fix the appointment to be back at 11am. Oh and they said the hotel offers valet parking for $5. So we showed up and the hotel it is located at, the Sherry Frontenac,. First, they do not offer valet parking and after explaining the situation to the hotel staff they gave me a parking pass to a lot that is 2 blocks away. The hotel is old and needs some TLC. It was decorated somewhat nicely, but walls had humidity damage and were patched up very poorly. The hotel is old and not very well kept in my opinion. The spa area is by the pool and again it looks like a rig it was set up by an amateur handyman. The girls at the spa were very nice and accommodating. Had trouble speaking English so we communicated in Spanish. The massage itself was good but I would not come back here from the experience I had just for setting up the appointment.

I received the antiaging massage and facial bought in Groupon. A nice spa day with champagne I thought...well...it was everything but nice. The room where I received the treatments was very poor, nothing even far from a Spa. The antiaging massage was done on my back and 3/4 of my legs and the front part only the harms. Then is the moment of the facial also antiaging. Who know what the girl did?! I have no idea, I asked her what she was putting on my face and the only thing she said was "no english, spanish, sorry" then she show me the phone where she translated "everything is fine"...really??!!! So i have no idea of what she did and what she used. The only thing a saw were cheap product, like S.Yves cream and very bad service with no explanation of the procedure. Never again

Fantastic fantastic experience! I was visiting my friend in Miami and we decided to book a couples massage at Beach Beauty Health Spa. We got a deal on Groupon and I called to book an appointment time and the whole booking process was very nice (sometimes I hear bad stories about using Groupon to book) and the woman I was in contact with was extremely polite! Finally got in town to go to our massages and we ended up being on time but finding parking was a mess (I suggest going early to make sure you have a spot) because the spa is a “third party” and the valet wasn’t offered for non hotel guests (no problem, not holding it against the spa at all). I called to let them know we were parking and they assured me it was no problem and when we got there about 7 minutes late for our schedule time but I did not feel any sort of annoyance or like we were an inconvenience in any way which just helped the relaxing atmosphere. The massages were excellent for both me (have had prior massages) and my friend (first timer) so thank you to Gabriela and Laura! The lotion/oil they used was very nice and they had super relaxing lighting and music. After we were done we did 30 minutes in the sauna as well with just us two and the whole thing was amazing and well worth it. Highly suggest if you’re looking for a relaxing experience either solo, with a friend, or with a significant other. Thanks for having us!

Love this gym, best for a short trip to Miami. Not crowded, quiet, full of necessary equipment, Squat Rack, Smith Machine, StairMaster. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Free towels.

The staff were amazing and delightful. Patient and you can tell that they enjoy their work. They were very firm and delicate with the massage and facial. They all get 5 stars for sure! The sauna room was nice - nice chairs & locker access. But the sauna itself was small - was a little difficult to enjoy as a couple. FYI, infrared red sauna is NOTHING like a standard sauna - it's like a hot room that doesn't get stuffy. A few suggestions : offer robes of different sizes - they were to small for me all around and could barely cover up my wife's "hush puppies." Have a counter or check-in area inside the hotel or right by your section. Full disclosure - our visit was in December so we couldn't enjoy the pool or beach - which were beautiful. The hotel is currently undergoing construction for renovations; hopefully the hotel itself will be on par with the quality and service if the spa staff and service!!! If they were a stand-alone business they'd get 5 stars for sure!!!

we spent a weekend in South Beach. We wanted a few spa treatments and we found what we wanted there and it was affordable. don’t be afraid of the looks the treatments were good!!!!!

My wife and I spent our five-year anniversary in Miami Beach, and were looking for a spa experience. She found Beach Beauty on Groupon and we called to learn more. Almairis was extremely polite and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed, and we booked right then over the phone. When we arrived, we were given the forms to fill out and then taken to the area where we would receive our treatments: massage, facials, spa, and red light therapy. The facial was very nicely done and had great results, and as for the massage... BEST. RELAXING. MASSAGE. EVER!!!! If you like Swedish massages, I highly recommend the team at Beach Beauty!! My wife enjoyed the red light therapy (I passed on that because of time, we had a movie to go to) and we both really liked the sauna experience. Plus, we received complimentary mimosas and got to relax by the pool and enjoy just some quiet time together. All in all, my wife and I were VERY impressed with Beach Beauty and their team, and would definitely go again. Thank you guys!! (NOTE: We totally forgot to take photos of us because we were so relaxed, and didn't think about it until the end, LOL!)

We had a great, relaxing experience. After our massage, we walked down the street to get lunch and came Back to the spa for all day beach access. I definitely would recommend. ❤️

I wanted to give my husband a spa day for his birthday. I am so glad that after reading some reviews I decided to spend a wonderful day at this hotel. The girls received us with a great attitude, Fiorella and Eliana did an amazing and dedicated job.

Today is my birthday and I celebrated it with 10 of my friends at The Beach Beauty Health Spa! We had an AMAZING time! We had a delicious massage, a facial, champagne and red light therapy. Personally, I also had a body scrub and a hair wash, conditioning treatment and a blow dry. Every single service was fantastic. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and super nice. Communication with the owner and manager was simple and quick. Our services were all coordinated perfectly and they set up an area next to the pool just for us. We were able to use the pool and even the beach behind the hotel. This 2as truly the best birthday ever! Thank you Maite, Diany and the rest of the girls for making my day so special!

Loved every second! Alex was so helpful from the booking to the very end and even when I hit a minor hiccup with my gift cards I had they accommodated to me so well!! The massage and facial were wonderful and the experience with the staff was the best customer service! I felt so pampered:)

Great variety of machines, especially abdominal equipment. Great group classes available at convenient times. I particularly like Zumba, yoga, and spinning. Neat and clean, the dumbells are always in order on the rack. Sufficient cardio equipment, including stairmaster, a bike with arm cables, and a treadmill that inclines 30 degrees. The staff is friendly and nice. The members are serious about their workouts and respect the gym. The price for membership is more expensive than chain gyms, but not ridiculous and well worth the price.

If you're looking for a gym for serious weightlifting and cardio and this is it.. if you're looking for gym to socialize take spin classes,and chitchat this Is not the gym for you.. I've been coming to this gym for the past two years and I would officially say it is an gym for working out. The gym has free weight dumbbells from 5lb.-60lb (at least), It also has many specialized Nautilus machines as well, They may be a little older but all are fully functional. As mentioned this isn't a boutique hipster spot, this is a real deal workout gym!! The great thing is that it is not filled with muscleheads, the clientele is highly diverse. The staff is helpful if any attention is required there's also free towels and a cooled the water fountain.. it's clean as well, what more can you ask for, for proper work out. Highly recommend. Super good…

Even though is a small place and a little old, (they are having some renovations) the service is amazing, booking the appt, the welcoming and the entire service, was fantastic. Alejandra was super helpful, attentive and friendly; Johnny, my massage therapist was awesome, making sure I was feeling comfortable all the time. Kim did my first facial and I have to say I loved it, my skin looks so renovated that I want to do it at least every month. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back!!!

If I can use one word to describe my experience, it would be phenomenal! Yolimar provided excellent customer service and I was highly satifised. Yolimar asked questions throughout the whole service to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was fine and to my liking. I would highly recommend!
