Don't go here. My friend and I were really looking forward to going here for lunch. We were running 5 minutes late and tried to call but no one picked up. You also have to go all the way around the huge hotel to the back to get in, which they don't tell you. The hostesses were rude, and sat us in an undesirable location when literally no one was there. There's a reason no one was there. The vibe was so off we got up and left without ordering. The waiter was sweet and I felt bad leaving. No one acknowledged us when we left so clearly they don't care. Nikki Beach has a better vibe and is worth it. You're better off spending your money at a million other places.

I liked the drinks and the food but the service has to improve. The napkins were very stained and the barcode for the menu it wasnt working. We asked for a menu on paper but the didn't any other option. I understand they are Eco friendly place but they should have a plan B when the barcode doesn't work. The first waiter talk to us while she has looking at her phone and it was very rude. Then, other waiter take our table I don't know why. Anyone told us nothing about it but his service was a lot better.

Amazing secret hideaway at the 1. Expensive but worth it. Vegan menu options and most amazing atmosphere. Service is fantastic.

Had lunch here on a Friday with a girlfriend and we were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was great but that is to be expected with 1 hotel. It had very Tulum vibe great music but was really nice was that it is very open and all outdoors. With the pandemic this felt very safe lots of distance between seating. Now the food was absolutely delicious we had the chilled lobster with drawn butter, the mezz platter, grilled tiger prawns, ceviche and fried soft shell crab. All were perfectly cooked and full of flavor! Our server Bianca was very sweet and knowledgeable about the food. We were surprised with how fairly new the restaurant is with smooth the service was. The manager even stopped by to welcome us even though the place was pretty busy. Definitely our new weekend spot!

Beach Club at the 1 Hotel is a VIBE. My fiancé and I had Nick as our server for dinner. Nick was by far one of the best servers we had on our weeks trip. He was friendly, professional and knew the 1 Hotel, Beach Club along with other spots to check out on Miami Beach and in the city. Incredibly informative. Beach Club is excellent. Highly recommend, but these 5 stars are for Nick.

Love the atmosphere. Reminds me of Gilligan’s Island. :) Lunch was delicious. I appreciated the wonderful vegan options. Delicious margaritas. Service is good and friendly. Matthew is terrific. FYI, it is pricey. Great music.

I was a guest at 1 South Beach Club in Miami FL on March 10, 2023. I was very excited to experience the beach club I've heard so much about. As a small business owner with a resort wear brand I've been looking for venues to host a potential fashion show in Miami Swim Week 2023. I experienced one last year at the One South Beach Club and loved it. However, in my most recent experience I was over charged on my bill. I recall documenting my business expense with a client for a total of $138.52. My credit card was charged $200. I have reached out to the hotel front desk, customer service, the restaurant directly and NO ONE I mean literally NO ONE has been able to rectify my bill. Unfortunately, I am no longer in Miami, FL. This experience has tainted my idea of what this company offers. I don't understand why anyone would add an addition $60 to my bill without my authorization. I am beyond frustrated and will more than likely not recommend this hotel group or conduct business in the near future.

Sunday Brunch is really disappointing. The quality of food was poor, the prices high. The atmosphere is nice and waiters were very friendly therefore the 2 stars but if this review would only consider food it would probably only be a 1 Star review. We ate a very disappointing toast (Beni Toast) for $27. A soft piece of ordinary toast with avocado mush and overly runny eggs on top. The side greens were lightly dressed and uninspired. The Shakshuka for $28 was okay but nothing more than that. Overall a very underwhelming and disappointing experience.

Food: 3/5. The crudo felt fresh, and had great taste. The $35 price tag does not correspond to the portion, even when adjusted for the ambiance. Service: 1/5. Bartenders behaved nonchalant; showed no empathy, nor charisma. Bland service. The crudo took more than 25 minutes to arrive, even though it is a raw plate; which is nonsensical. The manager justified Gustavo, the male bartender, following two of our female friends to the bathroom to demand a lower volume of voice in our conversations. Ambiance: 3/5. Nice looking place during the day, with a nature-tropical-islander focused decoration. Warning: the place becomes so dark after sunset that you can’t even see what you are drinking or eating. When accounting for the strict volume (silence) code, it felt like sensory deprivation. Music was louder in the street leading to the restaurant than at the bar. We left a bag over there because it was so dark that it was impossible to notice it. We tried calling the place, no answer. Conclusion: meh. 2 stars. Advise: get charismatic bartenders to up the service rating and please, let people be, it is a bar and no one appeared bothered by a couple of Latinos having a good time for more than 3 hours while consuming plenty.

I've walked past in the past (I'm a resident of Miami Beach) and had a friend in town staying at a hotel nearby and wanted to get together for a drink. I had seen the sandwich board advertising a golden hour menu that's open to the public and decided to try it out with him. Well, I was shocked about several things. Firstly, that the golden hour was also in effect on the weekend. Nice! I booked the table, and when I got there was treated exceptionally well by a manager and our waiter. Both were very attentive and caring. The venue was beautiful (I've seen the area transform over the years). The vibe was chill, the DJ was good. Actually, the DJ was great too. The music was good, but not too loud where you couldn't have a conversation. We ordered several drinks, which were strong, yet well balanced. A busser kept our water glasses filled on a hot, and humid Miami afternoon. We also ordered the tacos and sliders. They arrived quickly and were delicious. Might still be a "bit pricey", but for the location and atmosphere, willing to over look it. Had a very good time, and will be back with more friends in the near future.

Great food, relaxing music, efficient and smiley staff. It seems though that mid august is very quiet and the DJ only came on at 4PM.

If you are at the beach and there is no other place to eat at, that would be the only reason to eat there. Even though the decor is kinda cool, the place is overpriced yet the food menu is very limited. Not yummy either. They take reservations, yet close at 8. Not worth the drive.

It's a very nice place, the service, the quality, the attention, it's amazing. If you come to Ölüdeniz, don't leave without stopping by. I was very pleased.

😠 I almost never write bad reviews. But visiting this place, I feel cheated. I ordered pasta Bolognese - OH my God, it's terrible!!
