I
have
been
going
to
this
establishment
for
many
years
with
my
family
and
have
never
had
any
issues.
I
returned
to
this
location
for
the
first
time
since
the
pandemic
started,
and
after
the
experience
my
family
and
I
had,
I
will
never
be
returning.
We
ordered
a
Margherita
pizza
and
we
asked
our
waitress
to
please
not
have
the
pizza
burnt
and
requested
extra
basil
(something
we
have
asked
in
the
past
several
times
with
no
problems)
Unfortunately
I
did
not
take
a
picture,
but
the
pizza
was
burnt
to
the
point
where
it
was
black,
and
the
pieces
of
basil
were
so
minimal
they
may
as
well
have
not
given
me
any
at
all.
When
we
brought
this
up
to
our
waitress,
her
response
was
“this
is
how
the
kitchen
cooks
it,
I
didn’t
cook
it”
Obviously
we
understand
that
she
is
not
the
cook,
but
when
we
request
an
item
be
cooked
a
certain
way
we
assume
she
would
relay
that
information
to
the
kitchen
staff.
Additionally,
my
young
daughter
accidentally
spilled
her
water
cup.
After
finally
coming
over
to
help
us
clean
it
up,
they
did
not
offer
a
replacement
water
for
my
daughter,
as
well
as
not
providing
any
napkins
for
us.
And
the
cherry
on
the
top
was
the
prices
have
increased.
I
have
no
problem
with
restaurants
increasing
prices,
but
I
expect
the
service
to
be
just
as
good,
if
not
better,
than
the
past.
We
were
extremely
disappointed
in
paying
so
much
for
food
that
I
may
as
well
have
gone
to
the
freezer
section
of
Publix
and
bought
myself
a
frozen
pizza.
This
will
be
our
last
time
coming
to
this
establishment.
