    This is the worst Kia service department in South Florida. Thatā€™s saying a lot because in general Kia service departments in Miami & Broward are sub par, all of which I have visited. Prior to owning a Kia I had a Toyota for 8 years and I never had more than 1 or 2 problems at the service department in all of that time. The same cannot be said here. 1. Donā€™t bother making an appointment for an oil change. Your appointment time will be ignored because itā€™s first come first serve, although the website allows appointment making for this service. You will wait 3 hours for an oil change. 2. When your car needs a part, it will never be in stock. They will have to order it. Even if this is a well known defect or problem with Kia cars. Weeks will go by and they wonā€™t call you when it arrives or give you any updates. Then when you call them to check in - you will hear they sold your part to someone else without notice to you and then you have to wait another 2-3 weeks. This happened to me 3 times within an 18 month period. The problems here are endless. The workers are friendly and nice but seemingly incompetent, unorganized and/or lack any care or work ethic. Buying a car is only the first step in ownership. You spend more time with a service department over the life of a car than at the sales side of the dealership. The quality of the service department is most important in my opinion. My next car certainly wonā€™t be a Kia (donā€™t even get me started on the engine issues!). Run from hereā€¦

    Took the car in for service at 7am today, Explained to the team advisor that the vehicle keeps throwing check BSD System and at the same time removes ABS/other functions. At 11am I was sent home and told nothing wrong with the vehicle. 12pm drove back as the issue returned and had to sit almost till 3pm for the issue to be fixed. It is very disappointing that you visit the location with an issue and show them pictures and get sent home. Within the hour issue persist and can possibly disable functions on your vehicle which can cause you an accident. They had no issue sending you home because they don't see a problem but within minutes without authorization call you to try to bait you into trading in your vehicle. Last time we visit this establishment for purchase or service. Honesty is key and customer shouldn't be turned away because you don't trust them or believe them. The cars computer should have shown the issue.

    Horrible service and they are liars which is no good. Took my car there on Friday and was told my engine has a recall. I dropped it off and like 2 hours later a gentleman named Tomas called me and said it was done. I was first shocked at how fast it was done. I now pick up my vehicle all the lights (check engine) were off and literally on my way driving home like 10 minutes from leaving the dealer, the check engine light (Check active airflow system) came on a long with the oil pressure system. I then turn around and go back to the dealership and this gentleman named Tomas just lied to me. He said they took the whole engine apart and fixed it, which I know was a lie because if they did then the light wouldn't have came back on. I should have known he was lying by the way when he said it was fixed I asked him "So the check engine light (active airflow system is fixed? and so is the engine pressure light problem fixed also?" He looked at me like he didn't know what I'm talking about he proceeded to lie and said yes. He then adds insult to injury by saying that I have to pay for the engine oil pressure that was a customer issue although it wasn't my fault and in the beginning he said they would fix it. Now he's saying it isn't covered in the recall. Then he was saying that if I wanted it fixed I should bring it in on Monday and miss another day of work due to him and his teams lies and incompetence. Definitely going to report these folks to the corporate office, they also were making very unprofessional jokes while I was in the office insulting transgenders and other people. I should have known they were unprofessional by openly just saying what they did thinking it was funny. Which it wasn't. I'm going to call the corporate office and report this whole team and this location for their lies and unprofessional behavior. This was very unacceptable and to charge me for something that you said you fixed but clearly didn't was very misleading. Stay away from these liars and shady businessmen at all costs! Now my car recall issue still isn't fixed and I missed a day of work for nothing.

    Drove all the way from Cape Coral because they were the only dealer that had the car I wanted. I couldn't be any happier with my salesman Chris Garcia and Finance Manager Michael.     Just purchased a van from Juan Carlos Acevedo and we can not say enough great things about Mr. Acevedo. Extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us out. Also Jimmy RodrĆ­guez helped us out with the financing. Mr. RodrĆ­guez is incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through everything step by step.     This dealership is one of the view dealers that takes customer experience to the next level. Starting with our sales associate Mayra, that went above and beyond to assist us through the whole purchase of our New 2023 Kia K5. She was so diligent, and caring to what we wanted. Sales/finance manager did everything possible to get us approve and leave driving classy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone with South Florida!

    If you need a car this is definitely the place to go, Isfrain got me approved same day NO MATTER my score. I loved how welcoming they were, this did not treat me like just another customer they made she I left happy. Did not get this treatment at Toyota or Autonation they wouldnā€™t even sell me a car so for sure you have to come see Isfrain Iā€™m 100% they will take care of you.

    Had the best experience today at Kia Miami Lakes! Iā€™d had a rough and disappointing day at another Kia dealership and was going to this one feeling hopeless! After a few minutes of talking to Mayra and explaining my disappointment earlier in the day she made me feel welcomed and hopeful! I felt she was honest with me and was going to try her best to help me. I must say I was very pleased with her service and also with Adrianā€™s service.     We had an amazing experience at Miami lakes Kia. Shawn was the BEST salesman Iā€™ve ever dealt with. Heā€™s polite and very informative. He asked us what we were looking for and went to work. We kept in contact every day with vehicles that he was showing us until we found the right one. Then we went in to do the paperwork. Our finance guy was Mike. Another great person. It took less than 2 hours to do all the paperwork even though they were slammed with customers. Mike got us the best rate and we were on our way.     AVOID THIS DEALER!!! 0 Stars would be better. They lure you in with an advertised price, but then they load thousands more in extra fees and non-existent add-ons. The showroom is dirty and outdated, and the personnel, especially managers, are rude and pushy. Don't even try to use the restrooms. Even in a prison camp, they are way cleaner.     Great dealership! I was in and out very fast. Shawn made the process very smooth and enjoyable, from getting to test drive my new car to getting the paperwork and car for me to take home prepared as fast as possible. The signing process was handled by Mike, who was extremely friendly and nice. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited for paperwork to get printed. He also helped in understanding the monthly payments, the vehicles coverages through the dealership, and the newest features on my new kia soul. Overall great experience.

    This is by far the best dealership I've ever been to for many different reasons. Their customer service is the best I've ever received! Tim Li was especially helpful and friendly throughout the entire buying process. I am extremely pleased not only with the communication he gave me over the phone and sending me pictures through text, but also the extremely inviting personality he and all the other reps had! We went on a test drive for over 45 minutes and it was by far the most enjoyable test drive I've ever taken.

You want to buy a car ...for $13 100.00 The dealer charge you final bill $19 635.92 ouhaaaaa The seller explain to me the installed package is not optional is normal $1 397.00 . Dealer fees $3 880.93 ..... Just the fees of this dealership represent $5 277.00 ouhaaaaaaaaaa for one car at $13 100 The plus when I come with appointment the pice of the car is changed . When I see what happens .... I tell him give me back my driver license ,I tell no give me the offer first . I want to call the 911..... I keep my driver license and take the picture of this offer .     I had the pleasure with working with Walter on 1/9/21. From entering the dealer my husband and i explained everything that we were looking for in a suv. He said ā€œi have the perfect car for youā€ and he showed me the kia sorento 2021. OMG i fell inlove with it automatically. Walter literally was able to provide me with all the requests we were looking for. He was super attentive and showed so much concern for our baby girl who was very impatient during the process. Him and the Sales Mgr Bijan was able to process paper work quickly and efficiently to get out with an amazing deal. Most importantly both were very honest with the process and payment options they had to offer. I would highly recommend family and friends to visit Walter at Kia of Miami Lakes.

    My experience at Miami Lakes Kia has been, in a word, atrocious. I should have followed my gut and driven farther to a different Kia dealership but I didn't. Since leasing a vehicle here in August, I have had nothing but issues (not with the car itself). I realized I was missing paperwork that I had signed on the day I got my new car and have called and emailed countless times, to which they never reply or call back. I wasn't sure when I needed to bring my car in for service, so I called again today and much to my expectations, never received a call back. This might sound like a stretch but leasing a Kia from this dealership has been one of my biggest regrets. One of the main reasons I'm writing this review is that hopefully someone there sees this and contacts me.

    Yoandrys Garces was our salesman. I was able to solidify our deal without even stepping foot in the dealer. All the numbers were arranged over the phone and when I arrived late at night, he was ready with all the paperwork. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything in detail.     Horrible, horrible experience since day one. This dealerships customer service is lacking majorly.It is so difficult to speak to anyone not to mention they do not call you back when you leave a message. I have been calling since Friday and left several messages, fast forward to today Tuesday I still have not heard from one person in the finance dept. I asked to speak with a manager, of course no managers were available. I need to cancel me GAP policy and it needs to be done through email, I do not live close and I am not able to drive down. UPDATE: I had to leave work early and drive an hour since no one called me back. I would look elsewhere for a KIA!!!
