    I called to complain and they asked me to either drive back which is 15 mins each way or if they could send coupons. I thought I would get a coupon for a free burger but no just the booklet of different deals. Not impressed. And they usually forget the happy meal nugget dip so I always have to check and ask for some.

    I am completely disappointed by the service I received yesterday. On our way home from the beach, I went to the McDonald's drive thru to get a sundae and penny cone for my toddler. I was refused a penny cone in the drive thru and was told I need to come into the store to get one. When I asked why, they said because that's the rules. So I guess last week didn't apply to the rules when I got a penny cone in the drive thru. I even offered to put my window down so they could see I had a toddler. What's the purpose of a drive thru if you're refused items from the menu? Terrible customer service.

    We always order online and pick up in the drive thru, never had any issues with the app or pick up process. I love this location. They have super friendly staff and the hours are great for people with wonky schedules. It is very rare that our order gets messed up and with 4 kids and 2 adults it can get hectic fast. Kudos to this mcdonalds

    Brought my son to the play place there, it was great, he had a blast. I like how the play area is closed off to the rest of the store, it was a quieter in there so there wasn't too much over stimulation for my other son (9 weeks old) and there's tables and highslchairs so everyone can also eat when not playing. Overall a good experience.

    i came here as i was in a rush and my kid was hungry. The very sweet Employee named Emilee came over to me and my kid asking if she potientally wanted a penny cone. I said absolutely and she was so sweet and welcoming with my daughter. she was helping customers who got misorders and handled them so well. 10/10 Emilee you deserve a raise! Thank you for the amazing service!

    They didn't give us any napkins, the cup was leaky and we burnt our hand on the hot coffee. Other than that it was okay. Would have been nice if they asked if we wanted any salt, pepper, vinegar or ketchup.

    This McDonald's has always been the standard in my mind of how a fast food place should operate. Staff is always polite and well trained, service is prompt, and you can count on each item being prepared to a great standard. I have never encountered a poorly built burger or over/undercooked fries... Heck I don't even think I've ever had a burnt coffee from this place! About the only fluctuation I've ever encountered is their fountain pop mix being a little off here or there, but that's expected at any fast food joint. When they do make a mistake, they own up to it and make things right. Their "parking tickets" for when they need a couple extra minutes to get your order to you give you a free fry or ice cream. If there's something wrong with your order they'll correct you and give you a voucher for a free big mac. Recently my app glitched out and wouldn't submit the coupon I wanted to redeem, and they offered an expired coupon that was better than my app one to make up for it... This is definitely one establishment where they still truly believe that the customer comes first. From the entry level staff, the supervisors and managers, to the owners, thank you for keeping Midland McDonald's on Highway 93 the single most reliable fast food chain I've ever seen!

    Ripped my girlfriend off for a toy she payed for an when asked about it said they didnt have toys left... an still charged her not to mention food was cold
