Booking
was
easy
and
affordable.
Cleanliness
was
good.
However,
when
an
incident
occurred
where
another
guest
had
mistaken
my
room
for
theirs,
the
overnight
front
desk
tried
opening
our
room
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
We
told
her
we
don’t
know
that
man
and
that
this
is
our
room,
and
then
she
left.
However,
the
next
morning
we
went
down
for
breakfast
and
the
hotel
manager
and
front
desk
supervisor
was
trying
to
gather
details
on
what
happened.
The
front
desk
supervisor,
Casey,
was
extremely
rude
and
unprofessional.
She
refused
to
believe
our
narrative
and
not
once
mentioned
trying
to
talk
to
the
man
that
was
trying
to
get
in
our
hotel
room.
Stated
that
my
guest
that
I
checked
in
with
didn’t
do
proper
check
in
procedure
as
an
additional
guest.
Which
is
understandable
and
we
were
willing
to
do
a
proper
guest
check
in
procedure,
however,
we
were
not
once
informed
that
my
additional
guest
had
to
check
in
as
well.
Not
once
did
she
apologize
that
their
staff
incorrectly
checked
us
in
or
tried
to
offer
better
ways
that
they
could
improve
for
the
future.
Casey
was
extremely
unprofessional
and
for
that
reason,
will
never
stay
there
again.
