My visit was quick and easy, front desk ladies were very nice, polite and professional. I was only in the waiting room 5 or 6 minutes when the tech took me in the back for my 2D Echo. That was very relaxed and comfortable and the female tech who did my Echo was so easy to talk to, then I was all done. Perfect experience if you have to have medical tests done. Great staff, and Dr. George S. is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been treated by. Excellent manner, positivity just flows through the facility. This is the first forced doctor change I actually think I traded up. Thank you for a wonderful first experience and looking forward to many years of continued care.

I went into the Cardiologists office, not knowing what to expect. After having heart failure and going in and out of the hospital three times in a month, my outlook was bleak. But, Dr Carrie Lofton was a God send. She walked in, looked over some of my notes and, after asking me REAL questions, she came up with a plan of recovery which I could understand. She switched up my medication so that all my illnesses were included. I've never felt better. I was actually able to get to sleep at night, which was incredible. Thank God I for the cardiologist office at Intermountain on La Cañada

My visit was very nice. The staff were all very soothing and spoke in clear voices. Even when asked to repeat something they stayed calm. Privacy was respected at all times. The building was extremely clean and support staff was cleaning everywhere. I liked it very much.

I truly enjoyed meeting Dr Tawney and the care and time he spent with me. He told me things I had never been told before. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the man that did the test on me but also a special man. He explain everything to me. Every one I came in contact with was great.

Back office staff were wonderful. Professional neat well groomed knowable and very caring. I am referring to the male MA and The Resp. Therespist. The Dr. Was great too.. He took his time with me, and asked a clear concise history. This is the BEST experience I have had with health care since moving to Las Vegas.

Dr. George Scleparis, is an Excellent doctor but what I admire the most is that Dr. Scleparis is Down to Earth he listens and Communicates with his patient.

I go to the cardiac clinic on La Cañada. Dr. Heather Ballantyne’s nurse Janette scheduled me to go to Siena Hospital for blood test and to pre-register today on 9/5/22. When I got there the hospital was close I was getting preadmitted for a procedure on 9/7/22. I have been waiting for this procedure for two months ever since the Fourth of July. I have family members flying in so they can be there at the hospital with me. This is so messed up. I waited over three weeks for this procedure date. I really need to have it done on the seventh so my family members don’t waste their money on the plane tickets. I feel like this is total incompetence and very inconvenient. I think if you make a mistake like this you should be fired. I’m going to go tomorrow to get my blood test work done and hopefully they do not have to reschedule my procedure and waste my families money.

The care provided is fine, the accessibility is not. When you go in the front entrance most times there is no one around to inquire about borrowing or getting pushed in a wheelchair, although I stumbled upon someone once and received it. I was told that there was a back entrance around the building that was much closer to my doctor's office. It is a handicapped entrance but it is pointless because the button does not work to open the doors.

This is the closest to my apt that's the only reason why I come here. They make me wear a mask when they know I can't breathe. A doctor I was seeing left with no warning. Then I was assigned a new doctor. It's pointless to call because they leave you on hold. Or they don't call back. You literally have to go in for help. The new doctor I have is at least trying to work with me. And make suggestions. But the 3 before then wasn't trying to help at all. Because they don't care.

Dr. Ivey was amazing as usual. She was very insightful and encouraging. She spent time without giving the impression that she was in a hurry. She even provided insight regarding a health issue not related to my visit which was very helpful.

Doctors and staff here have been very helpful and courteous. They have thoroughly explained in detail every aspect of care they are currently giving my wife who was in really bad shape. She is recovering well under their care. I would and do highly recommend Intermountain Healthcare La Canada Cardiology Clinic. Many Thanks from My wife and myself

I went here for a stress test. Everybody from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors couldn’t have been nicer. I particularly point out Kaia and Codi who put me so much at ease and who were so very good at what they do. I was very nervous going in but they both made me feel at ease.

They are always so nice frm the ladies out front to the doctor. The doctor always spends a lot of time w me. He listened and then changed 2 of my medications. He talks to me about what is going on with my heart.

Everyone at this office that I have encountered has been great and makes you feel welcome. I absolutely love Dr. Scleparis! He's truly an awesome doctor

Well I went there to see the cardiologist of all things. After I went through there 20 minutes of asking for my ID and my insurance card and blah blah blah and took my copayment saw the doctor then when I came out to schedule a follow up the lady says she called me to tell me they don’t except my insurance! I never received a call saying that and like I say it was a 20 minute process up at the desk to get checked in why would you take my copayment if you don’t take my insurance? Should have hooked the electrodes up to me when she told me my visit wasn’t covered under my insurance that way we could find out if my heart was good!

Wait time was a 4 but they were busy and they take time with patients to answer all our questions. Everything else was a 5 ..the staff are amazing,very kind and helpful, Dr.s take time to answer questions and are very kind and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with this trip to see Dr. Tawney. His assistant, Martin was so nice and helpful, he performed breathing tests and did my vitals with a great attitude, like he was with a friend, made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tawney posed questions and answers that also made me feel comfortable. This trip was a success.

Dr. Scleparis was the most fantastic Physician I ever had. I really enjoyed the visit and will come bavck. Dr. Scleeparis was very attentive to me and spend more time than most Dr's do. God bless him.

Excellent cardiologist, went over all my recent test results in detail. Office employees were kind and efficient. Nurse was a cut above the norm. Gave me copies of all my recent tests. Would highly reccomend this office and staff to everyone.

Dr. Sclaparis is a great doctor. He heard our situation and acted to correct my wife's heart condition. We acquired the new meds and are waiting for results. Of course the new meds have been used for only one day so the results won't be visible yet.

My experience with my doctor was great. She made suggestions about my medication and asked questions about my health. Made feel as if I was in the office face-to-face with her. GREAT JOB.
