    I visit a lot of hotels globally. This was the worst experience in quality, vfm, reception, and after a complaint, the response. I stayed a single night and was eaten by bed bugs or other. I sent photos and asked if I had the bites prior or had I been elsewhere. Simply no - I was bitten all over my body, arms, legs, and hands, etc. The hotel response was that they didn't find anything, so there no further activity. If you experience the same highlight! Breakfast was equally appalling. Room 220, avoid! No air conditioning, split single beds, and awful sheets and covers. Finally. The shower is pitiful as well as sited next to the main road!

    I stayed for a couple of nights here while on a business trip and the location is a four stars for sure! Although the busy road in front, the rooms are cleverly positioned to provide guests with the much needed quietness for the rest. The restaurant is chic, the staff very friendly and the cooks really know their job. Being a guest here was a real pleasure!

    Decent 4 star hotel. Did not go to the restaurant. Breakfast was good although the selection is a bit standard. Room was good with nice bathroom. Bed was too soft, but then again a lot of hotel beds are. Visited for work. Would go again for work, not for personal visit. Too bad there are no charging points for electric cars...

    Not great at all. No aircon in room so struggled to sleep in the rock solid bed. The bed itself was huge, though uncomfortable and with pretty tiny pillows. Numerous flies and bugs buzzing around keeping me awake. as said, no air con, couldn't open door either as would've just let more bugs in. Shower was lovely and bathroom was very tidy, though it looked like a shower curtain may have been missing as there was a rail, but no curtain so the shower room was drenched as soon as the shower was turned on. Woke up with itching and numerous red marks on my body which look and feel like bites. Only came up after sleeping in the bed at this hotel which tells me that there were also bed bugs in there, which is quite frankly disgusting. Was only staying briefly for work so by the time i've woke with bites all over my body after a 2 hour sleep due to lack of quality of the place, was already flying back home so zero opportunity to even change room, though from speaking to colleagues who also stayed at the same time and have previously, It doesn't sound like it would have made much difference. The bar staff were great though and people seemed really friendly. Just a shame the room was unclean, unkept and pretty disgusting. Two stars are purely down to the fact that at least the hotel employs good, helpful people.

    The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful if you are trying to get information on traveling around the area. The rooms are comfortable with nice big beds. I will be back here again really a great hotel.

    Don't expect a 4-stars experience... Breakfast coud be better. Noise isolation between rooms is very bad. Wifi is the slowest I had in a hotel...

    Bad location for us needed to be nearer some shops. Nice hotel basic food terrible tea and coffee take your own, and they dont have milk in room's only at breakfast, then it's cream, on the plus side bar and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Afraid to say we shan't be returning..

    This is typically the kind of hotel where I would never have gone in normal time (depersonalized, false quality, very bad taste, ...) if I had not been offered a stay of 2 nights. I had to cancel it because, while there were still 4 rooms available on the Booking website, the managers told me that they were full... (I specify of course a room at the same rate as my voucher... ) I insisted a little, the hotel staff often accept arrangements but there, no... In the European law, this kind of practice has a name: refusal of characterized sale and that is strongly punished but it's my vacations, I'm not going to make a lawsuit, right? Always avoid this kind of hotel-business, I tell you, a rule not to be ignored...

    Stayed here through Leger holidays start of December 2022, rates itself as a 4 star hotel which is debateable, doesn't even offer a porter service , breakfast was continental, didn't use the restaurant because it's extremely pricey & closed on Sundays, what kind of a 4 star hotel has a closed restaurant any day of the week? , room was cold & no tea making facilities only a coffee maker with no instructions on how to use it, television turns itself on during random times of the night, no extra pillows or blankets offered , location of the hotel is barren no local shops or even a fuel station / garage

    AVOID ROOM 220!!! Me and my 2 sisters stayed at this hotel for 2 days the second day we left our whole body kept itching us I keep itching non stop. I said to myself it must be bed bugs I then went on hotel review and I just saw another guest complaining about the room being bitten by bed bugs. I will take this further and get this hotel investigated ASAP

    Stayed two nights here. During a trip to Arnhem. I was touring on my motorcycle, and because the weather was so foul, I booked here. After parking my BMW motorcycle I checked in and whilst waiting for my room to be ready I purchased a beer in the bar. From this moment on, my stay here was ruined by the open, unprofessional, unfriendly attitude of the manager. She was probably the restaurant manager. I felt that because I was initially dressed in my motorcycle clothing, she looked at me as if I was a piece of dirt on her shoe. This attitude continued throughout my stay. I felt uncomfortable. In two days I'd spent over 500 euros in this hotel. And treated like this was a very hard pill to swallow. Shame. The food in the restaurant is fantastic.
