    Clean, spacious and well equipped gym. I never thought that I would enjoy weightlifting till I started to workout here with Celine and Matt, they are the best! I highly recommend it.

    I strongly recommend excercising there! I had a big struggle with losing the last kilograms after giving birth. I am super busy with my little daughter and my business. Sometimes I sit all day at back to back calls. Excercising with Matt and Celine is amazing. 1. I don't even feel when the 1 hour is over. 2. It's every time different and interesting 3. I saw results already after the 2d excercise 4. I am super bad in sports and I have bad posture but Matt corrects me and prevents me from injuring myself. 5. It's nice to have coffee/ tea with the others after excercise. all in all- amazing place and people. I wish I knew about them earlier :) Now I can fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes again!

    Got into personal trainings with Mat about half a year ago. I would easily say that this is the best PT experience I ever had. Very cautious to my health issues, great focus on technique and amazing community to be in. As a result in six month gained 13kg of muscle mass with some incredible performance results. Thank you guys!

    I was never a big fan of exercising, it is hard to find motivation to get up in the cold weather and go to the gym. But after I received some good recommendations about Convoy, I decided to “give it a chance” to crossfit, and guess what??? I got that motivation and fun that I needed to go to the gym even if it is cold or raining, or both!!! It is so good to belong to a group, everyone is so kind and helpful! Crossfit is about pushing yourself to get healthy and fit, that is perfect for your body and mind! As a plus, after the workout we have nice drinks and discussion about the challenges and the fun parts of the training. I love it! Supper recommend!

    Great place to improve on any kind of physical exercise. In this gym you can find everything from group lessons (like CrossFit or strength club) to individual lessons based on personal programs. Met and Celine are great personal coaches, but also motivators and facilitators. And of course - community, this is where you can nice people that share the same goal with you. Overall, excellent place!

    By far the best gym on the block! Matt and Celine are a true power couple running this beautiful and professional gym, located at a great spot with modern equipment. Starting to train here truly changed my physique and energy levels in no-time! Matt is a great trainer who really helped me get stronger and even with a back injury he managed to get me fit and stronger than ever. All I have is love for the great atmosphere in this gym! Beautiful people and delicious coffee/proteinshakes.

    Highly recommendable gym. After a hiatus of 20yrs since my last workout, I started working with Matt to get my health and strength back on track. I really enjoy the direct and no-nonsense approach, and the custom workout schedule he provides and adjusts where needed. You can easily see the owners Matt & Celine are passionate about what they do and offer, and the overall vibe in the gym is great. Definitely looking forward to train more!

    I have been training all my life, but at the age of 51 I wanted to learn to lift (VERY) heavy. That seems to be the key to getting through the (peri)menopause fit: training less, but still super heavy. Celine taught me how to do this in 3 months. I thought I was already strong, but I've made more progress than I could imagine! And continue on this path. I think Celine is the best PT I have ever met. She is involved and clearly has a lot of knowledge. She calculates exactly which program suits you and challenges you to the limit. I can do a lot more than I thought! Truly a great investment in myself.

    I'm working out with Matt for nearly a year now, and it literally changed my life. I wasn't consistent with my workout or my goals. Matt helped me to focus even in the busiest of times, and the more I saw my progress the more I got motivated. Now I push myself in each workout and still feel great afterwards. I definitely recommend working out with Matt and the Convoy 020 for people struggling with consistency, and want to change their habits. I really can't thank him enough.

    Before joining convoy I was really out of shape, I lacked motivation to have a consistent routine. I decided to try PT with Matt and it was a total change, now I'm doing 100kg benchpress for 8 repetitions and I feel motivated to train every week.

    I always enjoy my workouts at Convoy! Since about 1.5 year i’m doing personal training with Celine & Matthijs and they have positively helped to push my strength and technique to another level i never thought i could achieve. So i’m happy to be training here for many more years 💪🏼

    I am a big fan of Convoy 020. Great atmosphere, very friendly team, all the needed equipment, professional coaches and a fun community of trainees. Have been training with Mathijs for the last year with visible results. Definitely will continue to achieve new records. Well done guys and Thanks for always being there for me. PS: I love the strawberry protein shake that you always serve to your trainees

    What I most love about CONVOY is how much Celine and Mathijs really care about the progress of each member. Convoy is so different from the other gyms. They create an international atmosphere, a cozy place where everybody is welcome. It doesn't matter if you are super fit or if you are taking your first steps working out, they will help you improve from whatever level you are. When I started at the Convoy, I was so hopeless about coming back to exercise again. I was coming from a period of body pain after pregnancy and I had little strength. In a short time, I made a big progress. It was life changing.

    I started doing personal training at Convoy a few months ago and it has been really great! They take a very personalized approach to training which allowed me to focus on my goals and make a lot of progress much faster than I expected. Matt and Celine have created a very welcoming and supportive environment which together with the superb facilities easily make this one of my best training experiences! Highly recommend.

    I love the small group training. Matt and Celine take care that you perform the exercises correctly. You can do the workout at your own level, wether you are a beginner or very advanced. You start to notice progress already in a couple of weeks. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

    I joined Convoy 6 months ago with the goal of losing 30kg in 1 year. Progress so far: -20kg lost! (with moderate caloric deficit diet, nothing crazy, and some cheat meals here and there). In the meantime, as a bonus, i got a lot stronger too! The secret is "just show up", like Matt always says. At Convoy the atmosphere is great, lots of energy and positive attitude giving me that weekly boost. Looking forward to see what happens in next 6 months of just showing up.

    I've been a member of this gym for more than a half year. This cozy establishment may be small in size, but it boasts a big heart and an even bigger commitment to helping its members achieve their fitness goals. One of the standout features of this gym is its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Matt, Celine and Valentine are always ready with a smile and a word of encouragement, making every workout session a pleasant experience. The gym's location is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated in an area that's easily accessible, less than 5 min walk from tram station. But what truly sets this gym apart is the remarkable progress I've made since joining. I can see the noticeable improvement in my strength, stamina, and overall well-being since becoming a member here. In conclusion, I can't recommend this gym enough, and I look forward to many more rewarding workouts in the future.

    Bull's-eye. A gym that feels personal and like a living room. Here it is possible to stay focused on your goals. Results after a short time. Never been a fan of gym/gym in the past. Now that has changed. I am now looking forward to the challenging training sessions.

    Training at Convoy has been one of the best decisions since I moved to IJburg. In addition to the very good sporting results you can achieve here, there are also very nice people to train with and very committed and motivating coaches, who really push you to go for your personal goals. By training here I feel good both physically and mentally, so I highly recommend it!

    Been going here for group sessions for more than a year and it has been absolutely amazing. Matt and Celine are such understanding trainers, knowing when to challenge you and when to let you take your time and listen to your body in equal amounts. Have taken some PT sessions as well, and I have only great things to say! The community is super welcoming too, everyone is always encouraging and celebrates your wins. I'd highly recommend as the best gym on Ijburg, hands down!

    I’m not the most sportive person or a big fan of gym, so I have always had struggles with being consistent with exercising. After moving to IJburg I ended up joining Convoy and I’m enjoying working out ever since! Matt and Celine are very attentive and supportive trainers - they always look after you and make sure you grow and improve in every class. You can feel that they put their hearts into it and absolutely adore what they do. They have created a special gym with an amazing atmosphere, highly recommend to everyone!
