An average hotel, doing the best they know how to. Rooms are average in standard with basic amenities but the staff and the services could be better. The security at the gate are least schooled (supposedly) and yet more friendlier than the other staff. Afterall its an okay place for a budget accommodation, located on the major road just by the city gate which makes it a lot more accessible and easy locate.

It's a very nice hotel in the best of location, it's safe and secure for travellers and you can easily navigate the town from there.

For a town like Minna, this is a pretty decent place to stay. Having electricity round the clock is a "luxury" for hotels in the the town. It's well located by the Minna City gate with good access to banks, leisure points, markets and restaurants. The premise is spacious with good car park affordance. From the security post to the room service, the customer support was spot on and friendly. The bedding frame is not the best for the price point but it's good for a comfortable sleep and play (if you have company). The sofas need a change for good, but if you're in town for business that keeps out of the hotel for the most of the day, then you won't be bothered by it. The food is amazingly good. I had a not so nice experience with the air conditioner (it just stopped working when I really needed it at night). Overall, it's a good place to stay when in town and would recommend it any time.

Room rates not commensurate with service. Can you imagine? We spent a larger part of the night without light. They told me that was the first time it happened. How am I sure?

It's just there. Went there to check out rooms but wasn't too impressed with what I saw. But I heard it's one of the main hotels there.....not for me tho.

Very cool hotel for relaxation and their meals are so delicious and perfectly okay. Their services are all very okay in general. Nice conference halls, parking space and good security, nice bar and constant electricity power. But there is no swimming pool and gym. But I don't need those facilities. For those who need those facilities, the choice is theirs!

This hotel is very close to the road in Minna. It is a very visible hotel when coming from Abuja to Minna. Receptionists are calm and polite and the hotel also has a conference room.

Had a rather fair stay initially. However, trust issues came up. We paid for more than a night, on the agreement that nights without lodging will be refunded. The hotel manager cunningly refunded part of it, making us ask over and over for what is due according to agreement. Terrible corporate attitude!

Location is okay but check in staff were not very professional. It took them more than 15 minutes to get us towels and the bathroom was in really bad shape. I was taking pictures in the morning outside and I got cautioned by security that I am not allowed to. Doesn't really make sense if you have nothing to hide as an organization

Room rates do not measure up with quality... lodged at 12midnight from a long trip,I asked for a cup of hot water to drink and boom,it's 200naira per cup... something that would have served as an incentive... Room was yuck🤢....bathroom old and dirty...12k wasted. Never am I lodging there again.... No way!

It was a good experience. However, the management is encouraged to incorporate internet access to their services.
