The hotel is fine. It is about a 2 star hotel and located in a serene environment. It provides basic accommodation. The rooms are fair in size and fully air conditioned and the architecture is beautiful. However, This hotel is grossly overrated; in a few rooms, the air condition doesn't work, doors to most of the rooms are bad even the penultimate rooms, the receptionist doesn't even know what a smoothy is. Water barely runs and forget about hot water, it doesn't work.

Beautiful place. Came for a birthday weekend and it was worth it. The main party was by the pool and the children had lots of fun. The music from the party did not disturb the other guests staying at the hotel.

Good standard for a city like Minna. Located in the serene GRA where the government house is. Sometimes, power is interrupted but it's restored in a reasonable time. Food is nothing fancy but good enough to survive. Overall, it's decent.

A simple lodge with amazing worker attitude. The room service orders come at the exact elapse of the waiting time. Customer service is beautiful and room is elegant and simple with orthopaedic bed options.

Got a referral about the hotel and it was good enough for Minna. The rooms are big and spacious even though the beds are a bit lower. There is cable TV with about 8 choice channels to watch from. The food is good and arrived just on time. The local swallow soup can be better though as the egusi wasn't thick enough for me. The breakfast (potato chips and fried egg) came in on time and was good too. There is hot water and the shower in my room needs to be tweaked as it didn't gush water fast enough. I was impressed with the complimentary tea and biscuits I met in my room as a lot of affordable and cheap hotels no longer offer that. There is an electric kettle if you need hot water as well. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were courteous and were ready and willing to help.

A small but well maintained and neat hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is fairly new and is well located in a quiet area not far from the government house in Minna. It is budget friendly within it's class and has a secure environment though parking space is small.

This is not your very big hotel but it is functionally excellent. Most things you expect are here. Good, hot and well prepared meals, neat environment, prompt service. The hotel itself has a high standard and cleanliness is maintained. Everything works here.

It has a friendly environment. It has a pool and beer parlour. The only issue I have relating to the swimming pool is whether you swim or not, you will still have to pay the swimming fee of N2,200

It's a standard hotel,the best I've seen in terms I facilities and structure. It has a swimming pool,a gym and a barbecue inside it. It's a top notch,after which I consider SAFTEC HOTELS.

The hotel is good for the location, easily accessible with large parking space. Facilities such as gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and a grill spot are also available. The rooms are moderate in size but well laid out and quite comfortable.

Rooms are OK but overpriced. Woke up with mosquito bite marks 🙄 foods from the restaurant ain't bad....in taste. For Minna Standard, place is OK though they can do better.
