Very
poor
experience
with
this
hotel.
They
don't
advertise
this
when
you
book
a
room,
but
they
charge
about
$35
per
night
to
park
in
their
garage.
In
downtown
Minneapolis,
that's
the
only
legitimate
parking
option.
When
we
arrived
and
parked
in
the
garage,
we
tried
to
enter
the
door
to
the
hotel
from
the
garage.
It
was
locked
with
key
card
access.
We
called
the
front
desk,
and
they
said
they
would
send
someone
down
to
open
the
door.
We
waited
about
20
minutes,
and
we
gave
up.
We
decided
to
walk
up
through
the
parking
garage
to
the
front
street
access
to
the
lobby.
When
I
tried
to
leave
the
parking
garage
from
my
car
later
on,
it
wouldn't
let
me
pay,
and
there
was
a
sign
that
said
to
pay
in
the
lobby.
I
had
to
leave
my
car
parked
at
the
exit
and
walk
around
to
the
front
and
pay
in
the
lobby.
I
came
back
and
I
was
holding
up
the
line
for
other
people.
Lastly,
the
room
was
fine,
but
it
was
very
hot
in
the
room.
Trying
to
adjust
the
thermostat
wasn't
helpful
either.
We
opened
the
window,
but
it
was
hard
to
sleep
with
the
sound
of
downtown
Minneapolis
traffic.
These
are
all
ridiculous
problems
that
the
hotel
could
fix
if
they
made
it
a
priority.
The
price
per
night
is
low
at
the
moment,
but
I
would
say
it
still
isn't
worth
it;
especially
with
parking
costing
$35
per
night.
