Room rate does not include parking, which is an additional charge per night. Parking is valet only, and off-site, so when you need your vehicle, allow an extra 15-30 minutes for that to be retrieved. Continental breakfast is an additional charge too, so overall, expect to add 30-50% to the advertised nightly room rate. Navigation to the hotel is frustrating and tricky, as signs aren't clearly marked, and it's in the middle of a mess of one way streets and major freeways, so if you make a wrong turn trying to get into the tiny parking lot, that'll add anywhere from 5-20 minutes to your commute before you can double back. When we arrived in our room, it was beautiful and very clean, but no hot water. We were moved to a different room which DID have hot water, but the gentleman at the front desk was not apologetic when I called the front to report the problem, which kind of gave me the impression it probably happens a lot. While the actual ROOM was nice and comfy, this hotel offered a much less friendly feel than others that we stayed in on the same trip, and I would definitely NOT recommend.

The staff went above and beyond for us!!! They were friendly when we checked in, we valet parked which was so nice. Then Noel checked us in and allowed us a late checkout the next day as we were running the Twin Cities Marathon. They told us they would be sure the coffee got brewed early in the am and asked if there was anything else we needed. So accommodating! The next day we were a little late after the marathon and they were so very nice. Had housekeeping go to a different area while we showered quickly. I was very pleased staying here and will stay there again!

I was there second time lasting 20 days while husband was medical at abbott. Hilton employees shuttled me between the two 2 x day. All employees at Hilton were excellent. The valet awesome. Check in and out smooth and the room perfect! I love the Hilton and the personal chefs/cooks/bartenders were great! Last September and now this April best employees ever.

Valet cost money and was very crowded. $28 per night. T I got accessible room for my friend to share with me. No wheel chair space. Very small space . The toliet was very low without a handle bars, only the tub had handle bars. We had issues with blankets being to Thin and the temperature was cold. The staff was very helpful with getting room and providing a blanket, explaining parking. The location was decent to get to convention and back.

The only real issue we had was trying to park so we could check in and have the valet park the vehicle...it was a cluster f#ck to say the least! But other than that it was a decent hotel, big rooms, huge bathrooms and our driver (I think his name was Non) who took us the Acme comedy club was awesome he was right on time to pick us up as well! I would recommend this hotel but give a heads up about the parking mess!

My stay was fine. It’s a nice enough place. What wasn’t fine, was there was a mix up at the front desk that to date has charged my debit card an additional $750 and a week later, I’m still waiting for the payments to be reversed! When we checked out of our room apparently they switch someone else into the room we were in and continued to charge my debit card, charging an additional 3 nights. I got ahold of the hotel and first off they told me I was still staying there (even though I’d been checked out for 3 days at that point). They had a manager follow up apologizing saying the payments would be reversed. Yesterday I started receiving additional various charges totaling $180, instead of refunding, they again debited my card!!!!! So here we are, a week later, still no refunds, and now no response from the individual communicating with me.. This is completely unacceptable. If you stay here, keep a close eye on your bank statement so you are not scammed like I was!!!!!!! 🤬 Mind you, we stayed at Hilton because my dad just had heart surgery and there was. Shuttle from the hotel to the hospital.

The hotel is nice. Beds are a little outdated. Shower has no water pressure. The "continental" breakfast isn't free it's $10 bucks a person... There is no parking, valet only for 32 bucks a night. Or hunt down parking in the street and still have to pay. Just add 45-55 bucks a night to your room cost and go somewhere else!!

The room itself was fine, but not exactly high quality at $150 after taxes and we found a previous guest's dirty underwear on the floor. When I brought this up to the staff they said they couldn't do anything about the price or offer any credits because I chose to prepay my stay. Be warned that the cost of the room does not include parking (nor is there onsite parking) or the advertised breakfast buffet, so it is an even worse value than it appears. Plan ahead for parking and breakfast or expect to give the hotel another $50 dollars per day on top of the booking cost.

Getting into the place was a bit interesting. The entrance isn't very well marked and to get into it requires a turn right before the freeway entrance, miss it....which I did, lol and it puts you right back on the freeway. There is also no parking that is easy accessible without using their valet service which adds $28 to the stay so keep that in mind when boking. The restaurant menu is fairly basic but the food was great and reasonably priced. The room was fantastic, no issues there at all. The pool was so full of kids during our stay that we didn't bother using it but it looked like a nice pool area. Fun thing was there's a pool table in the lobby. We got the balls from the front desk and played a couple of games.

It was so nice to come here a few years back! I still remember it the food was delicious and filling, a bit of trouble with parking but that was fixed quickly without a hitch! The rooms where very nice to! Lovely place

Really horrible and hard to get to location. Parking is highly overpriced and valet at $28 is the only option. Staff was no help on that. Difficult to find and get to the location, minor missed turns put you on the freeway to St. Paul. Not able to get to anything else downtown easily since you're far away and either walk blocks or pay for parking somewhere else. Nice if you have limited plans and don't mind a cab but not really convenient to anything. Breakfast looked good and the room was nice. Can't say I experienced any services other than check in and a lack of parking.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff held our bags so we could enjoy exploring after check out. We enjoyed the pool table a lot - it was a good table with decent quality cue sticks. Breakfast was reasonably priced compared to what was around - wish it had been included in the room price for a room over $100 on sale.

Nice hotel, amazing location. You pretty much have to valet your car. If you are in town for a concert at the stadium they will likely keep the bar and restaurant open later which is really nice.

Best in class for a few criteria - but some urban development in the neighborhood gave me a longer point to warm up to. Room is fantastic and delightfully beautiful. Water pressure and immediate hot water are better than almost and shower I ever had... Hotel or Home wise...remarkable. Fitness room is definitely a plus too. Great equipment in great shape. Indoor pool is a bit warm & big enough for 3-4 kids to run amuck but not expansive outdoor complex for a bus load of hooligans that need to burn off a lot of energy.

Nice place to stay when in town for a Vikings game. Less than a mile walk to US Bank Stadium. The staff here are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant offers breakfast though it is somewhat limited and pricey (for what you get). Dinner menu is limited but what we had was surprisingly good (burger, chicken Caesar salad, Brownie sundae). Pool is warm and relaxing, but a little on the small side so it's less relaxing when families with children use it. And there is NO hot tub. That was disappointing. The wood frame on the beds tends to stick out so be careful walking around the bed... you'll hit your leg/knee on it. Ouch! Overall though, this is a nice hotel in a good location near lots of restaurants and downtown attractions.

Everything was clean. The lobby store didn't have many options, so we had to walk to a store. The restaurant/bar wasn't open all the time. I will always have an issue with places that charge for a continental breakfast. Also, when I requested regular coffee k-cups for our room, I was told they only had decaf. It's pretty absurd for an international hotel chain to not be able to provide coffee pods for the machines they put in every room.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel offered a restaurant with a decent grill type menu and bar options. The food was nothing to write home about but it was convenient. The hotel had a small pool area. We were an easy walk to Orchestra Hall for our event .

Had a keyboard stolen out of my valet parked car. Nothing was broken (window, door, etc.) Breakfast didn't start until 7am. Room was clean (as expected). Bed was comfortable (as expected). Staff I interacted with was courteous and professional. But, either my car keys were used to access the interior of my car or the car was not locked overnight. This rating is extremely unusual for me, every Hilton I've stayed at for the last several years has received a 4-5 star rating. I will not be back.

Recent conference trip here was ruined due to noisy and inconsiderate guests! I told them about the bass noise coming from the room next to mine (room 805), with 3 individuals playing music. They said they spoke to them but they still continued to play music until 3am, and I had to cancel a non refundable telehealth apt because of this! I wish they had just told the guests to move or enforce that if they continued to play music (which they did the next night as well). When I tried telling the front desk (after moving rooms already because the first room had a noisy AC) they said they could move me. I was moved to another room but this one had a strong BO smell and was actually a bit noisier cause it was facing two streets with more windows letting noise in. When trying to resolve the issue, this Hilton location claimed that it is Hilton policy that they will not be able to resolve this fully because I booked at a prepaid rate so they can’t make any adjustments to the total room charges for the inconvenience, which is ridiculous. I was late to my convention sessions because I got little to no sleep for 2 nights. They never offered a credit but only offered points. I’ve been to other Hilton’s in the past where the manager would actually email me directly to offer some form of resolution but instead the manager didn’t reach out directly but I spoke with the Sales specialist there. She was nice in offering the points and breakfast but overall it still feels unresolved given I couldn’t really even relax the 3 nights I was there because of the noise from the rude neighbors.

We had no issues at this hotel, it was very clean and spacious too. The mattress was comfortable and sheets were clean too. The AC can get cold! We had to turn it down a little for our comfort. Otherwise we really didn’t have no big issue with this stay. Location was nice especially for parking, we didn’t use the valet service instead we payed for a parking garage located a block away.

Nice staff. They weren’t all the friendliest but definitely helpful. The rooms were super clean except for the coffee station. Good view from the 8th floor. There was a whole party on my floor for the one night I was there and it smelled like a bar. I didn’t want to complain but I feel like the hotel staff should’ve done something when they saw 10 people come in the hotel with rave outfits and all go to the same floor. The location isn’t great. It’s far from everything and public transport so either bring a car or Uber everywhere. It’s felt a little unsafe so I wouldn’t go out at night.

I had a great hotel experience! The staff was amazing--greeted me every time, every single employee (from the breakfast servers to the housekeepers--any employee anywhere in the hotel, every time!). The rooms were clean and tidy. Furnishings showed some wear but everything worked and no glaring damage. The hotel is located right near the convention center, from which it was easy to access downtown. The restaurant and bar as well as snack shop in the lobby provided options for "staying in" if needed. I had a super lovely stay.

We were there for the hospital and the shuttle service was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, but they were kinda dark too. It would have been nice to have more decor otherwise, the staff was great!

Great location within walking distance of the Minneapolis Convention Center and several restaurants. The room was a bit small, but was clean (except a couple fruit snacks in the vents of the AC unit) and the beds were SUPER comfy. A bit disappointed that the pool was under repair most of our stay, but the rate was adjusted when we complained. Breakfast was great and parking convenient. We had the package with Breakfast and valet parking included. I would recommend this hotel.

While staying at this location for an extended stay Terrance the bartender was by far the best part of my trip! Always more than pleasant with exceptional knowledge of not only what was on hand, but specialty cocktails as well! She was a delight to see everyday and I hope she gets acknowledged for her amazing work ethic and people skills!

After some initial confusion, the service was good. The valet service is absolutely needed for this location, as there's literally nowhere to park next to to the building. The room was very nice. We ordered room service, which we had to go down and get. $73 for chicken tenders, a burger, chicken alfredo and 3 non-alcoholics drinks is outrageous. While we enjoyed our stay, I think I'll look elsewhere next time.

The staff is, without exception, warm and helpful. They accommodated several requests which, while not arduous, fell a little outside the standard services as advertised. Everything was handled efficiently and cheerfully. The room was clean and comfortable. If you're driving, the entrance is a little challenging. Maybe it's just me. Know that the Central Lutheran Church across the street has some prodigious bells. If you're staying on a Sunday, they're a real treat. If you don't like bells then maybe stay elsewhere. Bells are fantastic.

Easy check in/out, and a clean facility. I didn’t use the fitness center or pool, but our room served its purpose. Overall, what you’d expect for a hotel next to a convention center. My feedback is that they change the comforters on these beds - the texture/fabric was very uncomfortably and scratchy. The sheets under the cover were great though!

This hotel is great. It's very quiet, clean, and all staff go above and beyond for you- they are super friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The desk and restaurant staff were exceedingly pleasant. They were all accommodating and courteous. The rooms were nice and appeared clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Could definitely be our go-to place when we have events at the convention center.

Hotel wasn’t bad but older rooms trying to look modern. Location wasn’t the best for anyone walking. Be aware there’s no parking so you have to valet or park on the street. (Not sure if that areas would be the safest for it) Breakfast was $15 but did have a small kitchen making some things. Decided to not partake as for that price we felt we could eat elsewhere and enjoy it more.
