I was surprised to read afterwards that this is a 5star hotel. There are other 5 stars hotels in Minsk which are not spare that much and could offer slippers, tooth brush etc which you do not get here even so here you pay more than in some of other local 5star hotels. Be honest I cannot find a reason to come to this place again, no single reason. Maybe the view on the water and green area on the other side. But it is also possible to come to have a walk there to enjoy the view, but to stay at another hotel with a better service.

I was here for three nights, the staff are friendly and try there best to make you happy. The food was good for dinner. The breakfast buffet is also good but when you want to order something from the menu instead seems like a bit of confusion. My wife and I did order room service one morning, just the bakery and toast. The coffee was warm and not hot and only half of cup each. Should of had the coffee in a flask to keep it warm and more than half of cup each. They also forgot the jam. They did fix the mistake when I called. When we both got back to the hotel room in the evening the room service breakfast table was still there and the bed was never made. But the towels had been changed and the curtains closed, strange. I hope they work on all the glitches to keep the 5 star rating. At the end of the day was happy.

Excellent in all ways Room was lovely, shower was perfect Staff were really pleasant and helpful And the food was amazing I will not stay anywhere else when in Minsk from now on

Very Elegant Hotel ; with great service ; special the Conferance room and all venue

Beautiful location. Nice rooms. Modern and clean. Perfect for a nice vacation. The reason I gave only 4* is that the breakfast during those times now is a mini selection which is ok but the pricing for that is inappropriate and over charged. I would come back but skip the breakfast.

Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast caters all nationalities, but the coffee machines are terrible slow, creating a queue of guests, in particularly when one the two need to be cleaned. Suggest to add a third, faster operating, machine. Amenities are pretty basic for a five star hotel. For unknown reason, it is not allowed to make photo's from the lobby and from the area behind the hotel. But it is known that the Belarus administration is sensitive for photographing.

The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine during my stay. A hotel experience that reflects quality and has great results

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel kann man es schon als Enttäuschung bezeichnen. Das Personal zwar freundlich, aber oft überfordert und wenig Gästeorientiert. Die Zimmer sind klein und bieten keinen vernünftigen Platz zum Arbeiten. Die Betten sind sehr weich. Das Bad ist groß, hat aber praktisch keine Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Alles musste man auf den Waschtisch legen. Das Frühstück war auch nicht überzeugend. Das Nachfüllen war oft ein Problem, das Saftmaschine hatte immer wieder Probleme und ansonsten alles kühl eingerichtet. Der Pool viel zu klein für ein as o großes Gebäude. Für mich war es der erste und letzte Besuch in diesem Hotel!
