Extremely high tech indoor and outdoor water park. Slammed with people but still not crowded. Short lines for slides. The only thing I didn't like was the hot tubs were not hot at all. Great place though.

It was a cool benefit to visit nice water park! Very good location, easy access to city center and shopping malls! Thank you guys and see you again!

Great hotel - pet friendly, near the lake, with small park. Ticket for aqua park is included! It was cheaper to stay here than buying 2 tickets for aqua park.

The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, otel is a cute and organized, perhaps the only downside is that there is no air conditioning. But in a general sense is a very beautiful place 👌

The hotel is intended for people going to visit Lebyazhii waterpark. Waterpark is situated nearby. Hotel is tidy, personnel there is welcoming and easy. One should be prepared to miserly water faucet and doors with poor soundproof.

The receptionist is very rood and disrespectful. And she don't deserve to work in such place. I came with my family from Vitebsk because my wife is renewing her passport they did not allow us to enter. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and they where not ready to listen to what we are saying. Please terminate the receptionist in charge
