The bathroom was not as clean as it could be. The staff seemed friendly enough and the location was okay. The issue was the people who live above me not being considerate. I guess because it was a family they did not get he need to keep quiet but even after midnight and early in the morning. They were obviously unemployed and the kids out of school. I knocked on their door and notified the front desk and nothing has happened. Will not recommend staying under ANYONE

Don't stay in this place. I needed a week's stay before my APT was available, researched something close and cheap and ended up falling into this trap. On arrival I was told that the only one that was available was one that had been painted the day before. Being that I had made the reservation 4 days before the chagada. The first two days were almost impossible to breathe, the place was very dirty, old and maintenance-free. At all times other guests were chatting and smoking for hours in the hallway. The first two days lacked hot water, on the second and third day the internet stopped working after 8pm. I went to the workshop to ask about the internet and a guest was yelling at the workshop staff. I've been to 7 different countries and I know 40 American states and I've never been through a humiliation like this. If I could go back, I'd have slept in my car and saved a few hundred dollars.

IT'S GOOD, NO DRAMA, NO CRIME, IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG , IT'LL BE FIXED WITHIN A DAY. YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES IF YOU'RE LEAVING YOUR TRASH RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR, OR KEEPING IT IN YOUR ROOM. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

The premium rooms are remodeled really nice rooms but the service here is so poor. Its literally no service at all and paying a lot of money for nothing. They have no staff except one maintenance who is nice and friendly but it's impossible to get a room because there's no one in the office and it's always closed. I love the location but they need to hire good poeple because the ones they have now are liers. Been waiting since 2:30pm because we booked a reservation and no one showed up to give us the room after first given me two different times that someone will come in to the office they finally told me after 5:30 that they person got COVID 😂 what a bunch of liers

Does have a roach issue we constantly sprayed and put down boric acid. The waters off every other day. The manager is friendly enough but as a whole they need to do better. $400+ a week is alot of money for those conditions. It sucks when you have to stay at a hotel temporarily

Came to the location and at first sketchy far as the areas but the staff and manager Shawn seemed to be on point. Everytime i came with a issue they resolved it and recommended other Intown. Will stay again.

Located well. After that you have a nightmare!!!! Horrible service. Drug dealing maintanance ( yes right beside the police station) . No hot water for days. If you email corporate they do not care. No air conditioning they just keep saying tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow never comes .. do not walk...RUN away!

Was FORCED TO STAY 4 DAYS NO HOT WATER AND MY KEY WAS TURNT OFF MY LASTNIGHT COULDNT GET IN ON TOP OF THAT IM 15 WEEKS PREGNANT OFFICE CLOSE AFTER 7 WHEN I LEFT MY KEY WAS WORKING I COME BACK IT DOESNT WORK I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY YALL CANNOT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY

Management and staff is mostly great. I have expressed concerns multiple times and sometimes they are addressed and sometimes they aren’t. However, I am grateful to this location during this hard time as it is close to a grocery store, bus stops, and pricing.

My stay at Intown suites was amazing thanks to the general Manager Shawn Lyons. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and provided assistance in all areas of my stay. Thank you kindly to Mr. Shawn and Intown suites.

I stayed for a week or two on the 3rd floor and like others have said Sean is awesome. He assisted with everything we needed. As well as other workers I met while there were pleasant! Water issues here and there but nothing major! I'd go back here before any other extended stay!

I would like to thank the manager Shawn for being courteous, kind, and reasonable with my stay. His character speaks volumes! Great manager and the staff were nice and respectful.

Very clean Room. This location of In Town Suites is very nice. Everything you need is close by. Clean building. Compared to another In Town Suites location that I visited, this location is much better. The general manager at the desk, from day one he was very polite, kind and always there with a very good attitude. Thank you In Town Suites and Shawn Lyons the manager responsable of taking care of a nice place like this building.

My family and I have been here for almost 6mths and I can say that the general manager Sean is the main reason I continue to stay, he has made sure that every issue we have is handled with a sense of importance and urgency.There have been many issues with the rooms such as the water being off constantly and having to switch rooms. Also the laundry room is extremely unreliable. My suggestion is this property needs to be fully renovated and corporate needs to be held accountable as its seems as though they are being cheap with fixing major issues like plumbing. Outside of that this location is convenient with stores close by and affordable if you are in transition.If this general manager leaves the property I would not recommend wasting money to reside here.

I have been here with my two babies for alittle over a month this location is really nice they work with you. Very clean and stable. I have had no problems at all with this place i highly recommend coming her to this property nice staff and beautiful rooms.

This place is great! The staff is great! Location works out well if you need a quick bite to eat in the area. From the manager to housekeepers all the staff go above & beyond to accommodate! Definitely staying here again.

There is a large bed bug problem at this facility.... Management of this property is incredibly sad and pathetic. Personal property at this location is at risk constantly for break-ins to the rooms ....do not stay here.... You're definitely taking a risk if you have a vehicle here or if you leave anything of value in your room. Management is completely devoid of compassion. Should you actually drive around the property you will be in dismay of the level of trash at this location.

Roaches, lots of roaches. Also was bitten by what I think was bedbugs on my legs. Dirty and rundown. The photos online are a lie. The rooms are nothing like the pictures

The Manager and Staff are friendly, professional any issue is addressed in a timely manner. My over all stay is peaceful, quiet and safe. The Corporation is addressing building issues as well. Roman wasn't built in a day!

Keeping it real..i stayed here a year and it wasn't easy but former employee Brett and current employee Shaun made my experience comfortable. Intown suites is NOT to blame for the way the rooms look....as someone who also cleaned rooms.. most of the renters are disgusting and leave the rooms tore up! Its a shame. So if your room is clean but needs remodeling...blame the people who stayed in your room before you did.
