$600 for 2 nights ... Kinda shabby place for that price. Everything is pretty well used from room furniture to outside furniture, breakfast was a disappointment at best, coffee was gross, staff was ok,they over charge you on any thing and everything they can here. From better Internet service to thier little market store. As someone who has been in the hotel industry I assure you you are not getting your money's worth at this joint.

Couldn't be happier with my recent stay. Hard Rock stadium is not too far and there are plenty of amenities around. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Used the pool, gym, and had breakfast... they were all great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Karla for making us feel like home away from home, always available and ready to help, making it a very positive experience to remember! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a friendly, confortable, and serene place to stay.

Professional staff However: Loud kitchen appliances, bathroom exhaust fan, and AC. Clean but dated and heavily worn finishes and furniture. Thin walls. Noise from hallway and adjacent rooms. Subpar lighting. Not sure why others would rate it highly.

Family of 4- all adults stayed 6 nights in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. The rooms were laid out well with lots of space, we had a lot of luggage and it never felt cramped, granted we live in Europe where everything is small. The kitchen had everything we needed but we didn’t cook any meals there. The room was clean and the maid came every other day for a spruce up. The breakfast was good, not great, my adult kids enjoyed the waffles & we had the yogurt w good fixings. The hot breakfast was not worth it. The workout room was great as we used it everyday, all 4 of us. We were next to the laundry and that worked out well for us except 2 of the machines were not working and we paid twice until we realized. Everyone at the front desk were delightful and so gracious-always with a smile. The 2 ladies that took care of breakfast were very grumpy and felt very unapproachable if the coffee was out to ask, but we overlooked them each day. The value was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Staff is good. But shame on Marriott services. It’s been almost 45 days and still their IT & support cannot update my membership even though I stayed for 4 months. Cannot use the benefits of enrolling as a member. Will share this on twitter further and recommend to avoid.

EXCELLENT ROOM, BREAKFAST, Good Price PRO's +Big Suite with full kitchen, sofa +Clean +Location safe and easy access, free parking +Good breakfast, with wide variety, I liked selections of healthy oatmeal w/ lot of toppings (not starchy instant oatmeal that is unhealthy), scrambled eggs (with salsa), good brand of yogurt, real half&half for coffee (not Coffemate) but coffee was tasteless, fresh oranges and bagels. CON's -Breakfast could use more healthy choices like bananas, bran cereal or bran multigrain bread, better coffee. -Check-in/reception staff a little curt/unfriendly

I stayed here for quite a while. I found daytime staff to be exemplary, welcoming, and very friendly. Housekeeping is top-notch. The only downside to this location would be the traffic. Getting in and out of here at peak times is, well, let's say not fun.

Very happy with staff and especially Amari, I’ve been coming here a couple months. Amari has a really lovely disposition, she’s very professional and very speedy. Thank you again, Amari.

The first thing I encountered at check-in was a cockroach in the lobby. The room smelled terrible and I stubbed my toe on the flooring. My room was missing toiletries and no one responded to my amenities request in the Bonvoy app. The night staff wasn't helpful. HOWEVER, the morning staff when I checked out were really great!!! They were knowledgeable and attentive.

The staff was nice. The rooms are well kept and spacious. Linens were clean and lots of towels were stocked in the rooms. The staff was helpful. Continental breakfast included started at 6am on the weekdays & 7am on the weekends.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel and room were clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, close to food, shopping, etc, but it is also easy to get in and out of. Felt bad for breakfast attendant as many people didn't pick up after themselves or their children as they were making their plates so she was always cleaning and made it harder to restock items, common courtesy can go a long ways people. It was frustrating to watch, so I'm sure she was feeling the same if not more. We made sure to pick up after ourselves and even people who made a mess as we were leaving. I believe there was a language barrier, but we thanked her, and she nodded. We didn't catch her name, but please thank her for us.

The room is infested with tiny ants. The shower was never clean, Lack of towels and blankets. Housekeeping really doesn't clean the room. There seems to be two individuals grabbing all the food at breakfast. I do not think that I will be returning to this hotel. There is nothing to do at this hotel. The pool is small.

This is my favorite place so far when I am in Florida. The rooms are studio type, with kitchen with it conventional refrigerator, living room, office space, bedroom and walking closet type with your walking shower. I don’t have any bad things to say about this place. You have your breakfast buffet every morning starting at 6-9 AM Monday’s thru Friday’s and from 7-10 AM on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I would suggest to not keep the same breakfast. They do have a breakfast that repeats every day, no room to expand it throughout the week so it’s more enjoyable the stay

Our room has an unpleasant smell, The staff tried air freshener but the smell is still in the room. The staff said there is no room available for us to switch to. It's a very unfortunate experience. We other have better experience here.

The staff was very courteous. We had been traveling all night and were exhausted. We planned to sit in the vehicle until check-in. The manager had a room that someone had checked out from early. They expedited the cleaning of the room & allowed us to check-in early & be able to rest. The facilities are great! We stayed in a studio that had a sofa bed & a full kitchen with pots, pans & silverware. They had a gym with free weights, a bench, treadmill & elliptical. They had a basketball court and even a grill. They had a full size breakfast that was plenty good. Probably the best experience we have had at a lower than 5 star hotel ever. They made it feel like 5 stars! 👏👏

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Miramar/Ft Lauderdale located at 14700 Hotel Rd, and I must say that my experience was a complete turnaround from my previous disappointing encounters at other Marriott Bonvoy locations in Florida. Having encountered numerous issues at other Marriott Bonvoy properties in the past, I arrived at the Marriott Miramar/Ft Lauderdale with a sense of trepidation. However, my concerns were swiftly alleviated when I met Jason, a member of the hotel's team who went above and beyond to empathize with my previous experiences and ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. What impressed me most about Jason was his genuine concern for my satisfaction. He took the time to listen attentively to the issues for hours I had encountered at other Marriott Bonvoy locations and expressed his understanding of my frustrations. It was evident that he was dedicated to rectifying the situation and making sure that I had a pleasant stay at the Marriott Miramar/Ft Lauderdale. Not only did Jason address the concerns I had raised, but he also took proactive steps to ensure that I felt valued and appreciated as a guest. He swiftly resolved any issues that arose during my stay and made certain that everything was to my satisfaction. His commitment to going above and beyond is truly commendable. Furthermore, the overall experience at the Marriott Miramar/Ft Lauderdale was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center, half basketball court, dog friendly, full kitchen in some rooms, top-notch, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The exceptional service provided by Jason and the staff at the Marriott Miramar/Ft Lauderdale truly sets this hotel apart. Their commitment to guest satisfaction and their willingness to address any concerns is a testament to their dedication to excellence. It is reassuring to know that there are still individuals like Jason who genuinely care about ensuring a positive experience for their guests. He deserves a bonus for his outstanding customer service I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at the Marriott Miramar/Ft Lauderdale. Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jason and the entire team, my faith in the Marriott Bonvoy brand has been restored. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and hassle-free stay in the Ft Lauderdale area.

Completely epic long stay extended stay place. I mean basketball courts. Cool beautiful views. Super cool location. Close to everything and work and gym and basketball courts and food continental breakfast and stuff. The rooms are completely amazing, nicer than most houses I've lived in. I really enjoy this place a lot.

Vanessa, new front desk employee is doing a great job!! Courteous, very pleasant, professional & she doesn't charge a fee for her fabulous smiles!! Olivia training her, as well did so with respect, appropriate support and knowledgeable feedback (I witnessed this!!) Good job Vanessa, and on your future endeavors I pray for ur success!! Breakfast was really lacking for their RESIDENCE INN standard, even other local Residece inns offer a much better breakfast. And the breakfast attendant could smile more and offer better customer service. First meal of the day, you're greeting people in the morning... Scouls on faves aren't pleasant The Room is super clean!!

Place was under renovations but all of the staff were excellent. Especially 2 beautiful ladies at the front desk Ms.Trenia and Vanessa. Breakfast was hot and even kept out a little longer for those running late. (Which was a plus for me!) My husband and I enjoyed our time, we will definitely return in January! Thank you Residence Inn

Fake rose pedals were still on the floor under the bed from the last guests. I check the rest of the room, especially in and around the bed to make sure no other remnants or surprises. Other than that it was a pretty pleasant stay.

Excellent price and spacious, clean room (it’s a “Residence Inn” so King Suite was normal selection for a standard single King room). However, the internet connection via WiFi is not secured forcing running a VPN on all devices for business and personal needs, and lack of dining in-house and amenities (toothbrush, etc) not even available for purchase costs a star. That said, as a hotel and place to stay, it’s fantastic with just a couple quirks like a separated main and lobby building. Great shower - best hotel shower in maybe 5 years - and truly spacious for the price. Staff was incredibly friendly - I am terrible with names, but they were all kind and helpful and generous. I plan to stay here again any time I cannot get a rental car (lack of sidewalks is not the hotel’s fault, but something to know if in the area).

I'm super comfortable here. It seems like I have service every day. The room is extremely clean. Breakfast was not the best compare to other Marriott but it was ok. If I come for vacations this is not the party zone. The area is nice and calm. Its close to everything

They offer 1 or 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. You must reserve early, they go fast fast... Family fun. Mini family reunion. Hot breakfast available, but with a kitchen at your service, you can show your skills as well

Rooms are clean and have just enough space for an extended stay. Always facilitating, helpful and friendly. Location was ideal for our stay and close to many restaurants and entertainment and sawgrass mills is just 20 mins away. Breakfast.. can have more variety for the hot meal. But all in all great stay and we will definitely go back again
