Gains gym is fantastic, Perfect for all lifter new and experienced. The staff are super friendly and happy to help provide any information requested. Featuring some up to date kid witch is highly maintained. This Isn’t a gym as such but one big family helping each other hit goals. I love this place and consider it as my second home, I’ve searched for a good all round gym for years and found this to be the best in the area. The price is outstanding for the amount of kit available would Highly recommend!!!

Inspiring atmosphere to be your best whatever your ability. Great class timetable for those who like to train as a team. Friendly customers who all look out for eachother. Constantly adding new equipment and investing in the gym. Regular email updates on progress and what's coming. What more could you want? Best gym by far.

After using commercial gyms and sports centres I wanted to find a gym that fit with my lifestyle and ideals and with GAINZ I found the best, staff are friendly and supportive always on hand to offer advice, all the equipment is brand new and incredible, the atmosphere in the gym is relaxed and comfortable and everyone is very happy and respectful. The time, effort and energy that has been spent investing in the this gym really shows and I am now proudly a lifetime member.

After a couple of years searching I've finally found a gym that gets me and my goals. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging and I really feel that the owners/PTs care. I do the maximise class which is great value if you need that bit extra without wanting a full on 1to1 PT. The members are also very welcoming and it's a great community to be part of.

Lovely gym, never too busy. Equipment always tidy. Nice blue lighting and a great selection of weights and equipment is all up to date. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Great equipment and amazing staff. Not crowded so you can comfortably complete a workout. The showering facilities are very limited (1 shower for the gents) but not worth docking a star. Looking at getting a membership later this month

I’ve been going to this place for about a month now, and have really improved myself and my fitness since I switched. The machines and equipment are very professional, and easy to use. I have really enjoyed my time so far, and will continue to go here in the future. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly, and will help with any issues/ questions you may have. Well worth the price, especially for the quality and close community this amazing gym provides. 10/10- would recommend for anyone, from experienced lifters to beginners.

I first put a review on for Gainz when I joined in late 2022. I feel like sometimes people leave reviews at the start when something is new and do not follow up. Over a year now since I joined Gainz and I can honestly say my 5 star review remains. This is the friendliest, most positive gym I have trained at. It is also the cleanest gym around with the attention to detail being exceptional. Thank you Gainz for a great gym.
