A ruined lunch. Ordered a garlic bread that was not even grilled properly. It was stone cold and soggy. Order corn on the cob with lime and herb seasoning the corn was completely bland like no seasoning at all. On top of all this ordered 10 medium spiced wings, they were all burnt, cold and completely inedible.

Paying more than $15 for a veggie bowl which contains rice, argula, little hummus, boiled corn and roasted red peppers. Not worth the price and the quantity they serving. When asked, was told this is standard quantity. No wonder so many nandos have closed down! With these rising prices, atleast give customers what they are paying for. Ripping customers with such kind of food and not giving them the quantity for which they are charging. The location took more then 30 minutes to serve 1 bowl and 1 sandwich. It wasn't overly crowded that it should take this long. Staff was more focussed on their breaks rather than serving customers. Wont be returning to nandos again!

So frustrated at what happened with their quality and service lately . Nando's heart land location was always our restaurant for BBQ chicken and was usually recommended for friends and family . Last order picked up on Thursday was such a big frustration whether in quality ( was very dry not spiced at all and even looked as if the meat was not fresh ) and not remotely BBQed . Called to inform them, as a loyal customer that cares about choosing them again . Requested to speak to the manager, and the person that answered said not available and she is the supervisor . explained our issues , and she confirmed that it is for sure BBQ as usual . I asked her to get their delivery to pick it up and see for themselves , and that i am not asking for a compensation . She said she will check with the chef , put me on hold for maybe 10 minutes and came back saying that she apologizes that their BBQ is not working !!!!! and she will give us a voucher for 1 order out of the 2 we ordered. I explained to her that i did not request a refund or a voucher , but as you did not fulfill the order i requested and did not tell us from the beginning that it will be baked !! not BBQed then they should replace the 2 orders . She put me on hold again and came back saying ok will do that . Now I wouldn't recommend Nando's to anybody else as they failed to keep their quality and service .

Got Avocado Bowl with Roasted corn on side . Friend got Chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes on side . Tasted good but would love to see more vegetarian options . Getting boring now

Food as usual is peri-peri good!.. we made it all the way from Oakville as Nando's was one of our favorite brands before moving to Canada. On the service front, we waited for 30 mins and no signs of our order, or water or plates. But once the supervisor was told, she got into action and recovered the service experience quickly. The all woman team is working really hard to give seamless service and I appreciate them coming to check if we were satisfied. That is great! On the atmosphere front, our table was experiencing some cold drafts from the back-door when it was opened for supplies, so just ensure you take an better table and you'll be all set !!

I visit Nando’s once in a while, I like there chicken and rice, most of their options are amazing, the staff is always friendly and they’re accurate with their time. A bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Food quality 10/10 Cleannesses 9/10 Waiting time 10/10 Costumer service 10/10 Price $$$$$

Really loved Chicken skewers and 1/2 chicken. Perfectly flavored with Peri Peri and fries is one of my go to evening thing. Must try.

First Nandos in GTA which has actually great chicken. (As opposed to the one in downtown Toronto which was pretty disappointing) Service was good as well (Caveat: I Didn't go during peak hours)

Friendly staff but management needs to evaluate and change how they operate and provide services because this place is so chaotic and overwhelming. Literally played musical chairs. After ordering and paying, we were told to go find a table and sit, as they will bring the food to us. We would approach a table then we would be told it’s taken. It took us three attempts to find one. The restaurant overall was small and limited seats to choose from. They should have a hostess to bring the customers to their seats rather than cafeteria style where you can sit wherever you want. Lastly, our food came in different times. My friend had to wait for me to finish eating lol

It took a bit of time for the food to arrive but once it did it was very fresh and warm. The best comfort food

The staff was undertrained, confused with the items from the menu & their sides. Slightly disappointing to see they don’t even know what’s in the menu. (Training needed!) The food was good in taste, served right. Except for the bun. It was stale. Barely toasted. But… Very limited menu. Very few choices. Nothing like my experience in UK or Middle East. Very basic. Just two drinks besides the usual pops. Had run out of desserts during lunch hour. I don’t blame the location to be honest. Just the franchise needs an uplift with some enticing additions to the menu.

Very nice decor that welcomes you into the restaurant. Food is delicious . I just loved this 1/4 chicken breast that we ordered with lemon and herb. Just visit place though ..!

A must visit place if you are craving for good chicken . Atmosphere , food , staff is top notch 👍 this chicken breast that we ordered were topping . Also you must try there sandwiches 🥪

Awesome experience. I ordered take out but they allowed me to eat in. Served with plates right away and drinks also. Best customer service i’have ever witnessed. Girls were treating me and my friends so nicely. They made my visit so memorable. The girl who was on cash counter with spectacles was so humble. They even helped me to fill my drinks. After I got free they did see us off at door. Highly recommend this place

The lady at the cash with glasses and coloured hair should to be fired. She has no basic manners she was rude to me and my friends while taking order as well as to her co workers. Someone who talks like that and leans on the counter does not deserve to be in Customer Service. I have been to various Nandos locations around the world but never had a rude experience like this.

I drove from the border of Mississauga and Oakville to this location. Got back home and sat to eat, but was met by an unpleasant smell from the coleslaw. It was obviously old and stale. I called the location and the supervisor informed me “the chef said the coleslaw is fresh” and that they used a new sauce in the coleslaw which i’m probably not accustomed to. If i were closer or had time to waste, i would take it back for them to have a smell. I know what fresh food should look and smell like, and this was far from it.

This location doesn't go with the name bcz they chose their own business no take out glass for drinks which you paid $ 3 they give you water like daba bcz they save money I will not recommend this place to anybody look the quantity they give of large it like plate only i have been going to nanado from 15 year this was the worst place.

Tried the peri peri chicken bowl. It took them an hour to make it. It was during a busy day but I ordered online and they told me it’ll take around 40 minutes and when I got there they said another 20 minutes. The bowl was mainly rice and arugula with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Don’t know why it took them 1 hr to make 3 pieces of chicken. But overall it was decent if you’re looking to spend some money on a rice salad bowl with some chicken.

Came here for lunch and was not disappointed. In a previous visit I got the half chicken with mango sauce, this time I got the double leg with medium sauce. Both were really nice. Both times the restaurant was busy, it's a popular place! But the food came out good (ex expected), the service was nice (nothing special - but friendly), and everything appeared clean and in working order. No complaints!

I think this is one of the best places to have chicken. We had a platter which had full chicken , 2 large sides(rice and fries) and 4 slices of garlic bread. Chicken was super yummy giving the smoky flavour, we enjoyed it with the beverages. I would recommend to try the whole chicken and skip the sides if you’re not a fan of sides. Worth visiting Nando’s

Went here for a quick lunch during the weekday. The place was very popular, being nearly full during lunch rush, so we were fortunate to have come early. I went with my usual choice, double leg with herb and garlic. The medium garlic peri-peri sauce is a trusty sidekick. My wife got the chicken bowl, which looked great on picture, but fell short on execution. There greens were great, but there wasn't enough chicken, and the spiced rice needed more kick (hence the medium garlic sauce). Due to the lunch rush, the staff forgot our pastry, so I had to remind them. Also, please fix your Coke drink dispenser! The touch screen keeps lagging and not recognizing user inputs.

The food was very good. Specially the Chicken. Staff is so cooperative, I recommend to visit, and if you don't have idea for what to have,just ask the staff and you won't be disappointed
