Lots of variety of food here at reasonable prices. It's like a mini food court with different stations. I typically get a coffee or pastry here. The pastries are ok, depends on what you get. The blueberry muffin I got yesterday was quite dry, I'll stick with their almond croissant next time Lots of seating available for dine in customers. I haven't tried any of the main meals here, but they have various daily specials and combo deals.

We had a delicious meal prepared by Romeo. He made Shrimp pasta and Chicken pasta both with a bourgeoisie sauce. These dishes we perfect, nice and hot excellent service. We will definitely be back again

Fresh Market charges you a 10 % service fee even if you do takeout. I ordered a coffee and a cookie and was surprised to see the extra charge. Staff don’t warn you at all. Highly unethical practice by this restaurant.

No where it says there is Service Charge n it is Automatically included; & they Avoid giving you The Bill too. It is not only unethical but illegal.( It should be Stopped or taken up by CBC or GLOBAL news n reported to Ministry of Consumer n City licensing office.)

This place has a really nice customer service component to it, everyone is nice and smiling and wants to provide a good experience for you! The cake was a pound cake style and appeared to be heavy but in turn was quite light and delightful to the texture! Had real fruit in it as well! The atmosphere is nice as they have several sections where they have pasta, sandwich, salad, pastries, desserts, hot meals, etc!

I had Fresh Market cater 2 days of meetings at Square One. Gary, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. He worked with our budget and menu requests and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The smoked salmon/croissants were particularly popular and flew off the platter. Overall, they offer very good value for the money. I would definitely use Fresh Market again.

This place is so greedy. I would've easily given it 5 stars because the food and service are great, especially for a mall food place. But on top of their already high prices, and 13% tax, they charge an ADDITIONAL 10% service charge on EVERYTHING including takeout and grab and go items and they don't tell anyone, there's only a small paper at the cashier. A simple coffee and fruit tart ended up being $10! How is that fair or reasonable to customers at all??

This was my first time visiting the pastry section at Fresh Market Restaurants and it was an absolute delight. The standout experience of the day was provided by Nizar, whose customer service skills were exemplary. He was kind and patient, ensuring we felt valued and comfortable throughout our visit. But the highlight was undoubtedly his crepes - they were simply outstanding and delicious. The combination of his warm hospitality and the mouthwatering pastries created an unforgettable experience. Nizar’s service definitely enhances the overall atmosphere at Fresh Market Restaurants. If you visit, make sure to check out the pastry section - you won’t regret it. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

My wife and I come to Fresh Market a few times a week. We really enjoy their pastries and coffee. Sometimes we also have lunch. Food is always delicious. The service is amazing and atmosphere is great. Friendly environment. We are always met with a nice smile and they go out of their way to meet our needs. Definitely recommend this place.

I always pass by the restaurant and notice the great variety. I stopped for a drink and snack this time. The coffee was decent. It is on the pricier side for what is simple run-of-the-mill drip coffee. I will likely not return for coffee but the baked goods were good.

I don’t know if I was hungry or the food was delicious, anyway I loved this combo it was delicious, Waseem’s service was excellent. Oh and the fresh juices were to die for. Thank u coming back Again. 😋

Chef Aldy made the best chicken stir-fry I ever had and was such a nice guy. I come here very often and honestly it’s such a good place to eat. Best in the city!!!

I always come here because out of every where in Sq1, this is the only place than can cater to my dietary needs. I typically go to the grill in the corner but today i went to try a rosti and Andy was absolutely awesome because he was able to cook it in butter instead of vegetable oil. Rhythm is my favourite.

Aldy and Gina were great, listened to all the customizations we wanted and made the perfect perfect pasta dish. Super attentive and very skilled at what they do, and had very good flipping skills, so that was entertaining as we were waiting. And pasta tasted amazing!! Depth of flavour and exactly how I like it.

I love the Muffins here!! The coffee is really good!! The staffs are friendly and attentive. Yummy treat after a long working day.

I can only speak to their muffins and crepes which are both always fresh&delicious! They’re extremely generous with the amount of fruits and chocolate on the crepes and they’re 2 for 1 Monday-Thursday from 3-9pm 😉 Enjoy!

Sometimes, when I feel like snacking, the fresh market is always my top choice. 🤤 They offer a variety of food. 😆 I recently tried the vegetable quiche, and it tasted so good! 😋 The pie is crispy on the outside and filled with savory ingredients, egg, and vegetables. I like it because the egg is really juicy and not too dry. It's perfect with the crispy shell, but it's a bit expensive. 😅

This was my first time here. I don't live in this area. I will tell you this though, I would spend the travel money and use a day to come back to here to eat again. I can not say enough or praise this place and their employees enough. You will not be disappointed or go away hunger except by your own fault. Everyone was so helpful, courteous and friendly. The food is simply amazing and with much of it being made fresh before your eyes. There are hundreds of choices with probably hundreds of options for your choice. I could go on forever about this establishment. I brought a smile to my face on a day when nothing was going right for me. If you are visiting Square One, you MUST make a point of having a meal here.

I picked up the veggie pasta for lunch today. I was served by Aldy and Danica. They’re awesome and great team players. I was impressed how well they were able to handle so much at once. The restaurant was so busy and they were both managing so well. They were both so friendly and clearly enjoy their jobs as they were smiling the entire time.

Our Cook Oli did an amazing job with our pastas. He was very pleasant and so passionate about making sure we were satisfied with our meal. They were delicious!
