    The manager at this place is a miserable lady that’s been working there for a long time. She speaks to everyone including her staff in a condescending way and honestly needs to take an inward look at why she is the way she is. Hopefully retirement is very soon. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and I can’t remember her being any different. Kudos to the nice hard working ladies that work side by side with her because I know I could never.

    I came in at 10:50 and ordered a sausage McGriddle, they said they didn’t have it, that’s was unfortunate but I came in near the end of breakfast so understandable. But then I ordered a hash brown and a happy meal (which comes with a hash brown) and didn’t get them, 2 minutes later I realized and they said it was 11 so the couldn’t give it to me. It’s not my fault that u didn’t make me my food.

    GM manager known as Moe provided input on a sausage McMuffin with a white egg that was not to spec as pointed out by me - he argued and said this is the way it is. I took a picture and other workers confirmed it was wrong but indicated that the manager made a decision. They didn’t want to challenge Moe as he was very aggressive and unprofessional to his staff ( do it behind close doors) as all customers can see how unprofessional you handle things. I escalated the situation to Head Office and I await a response but wow people like Moe need serious training especially leading an amazing brand like McDonald’s. The sausage McMuffin was thrown out and I have pictures that I will post back to McDonald’s H/O — people are paying a premium for a little expectation that did not meet standard in anyway (personally was insulted but not worth my time to argue my case)— McDonald’s this location under this head manager has major serious issues outside of the purchase I made which I will settle with head office. Location was Heartland ( Mavis and Britannia)

    Good McDonald's. Staff are generally fast. Don't talk much but get the food to me quickly enough. Evening shift manager is nice and says hi. I love that this place ks always clean inside.

    i just now order a chicken nuggets meal with a large coffee when i drink the coffee its warm then i ask the lady who serve me the coffee that its warm and shr ask if i want to reheat it.. i thought she gonna change to new hot one and up she just warm it.. its still the same..nothing change

    I went through drive thru at 9:00pm to pick up a mobile order. The order that was given to us was incorrect. We went back and let them know nicely that they gave us the wrong order. We were told to drive up to the first window. The lady on the first window was blasting her culture’s music at such a high volume and she kept shouting over the music and kept telling saying “what’s wrong? Repeat that?” With such an attitude. We obviously couldn’t respond to her with her music blasting from her phone. We drove to the second window where it took 10 minutes for them to give us the correct order. The employee at the first window definitely needs to be retrained.

    Great place to get a meal on the go. Parking is adequately enough. Quick stop from the Hiway or side road.

    Their service was not as fast as in other McDonalds but they really effort to give a nice experience at the place, which is clean and the service of the staff is friendly

    I would not go to this McDonalds. My daughter asked for a small refill after spending $65.00, the manager refused. I was disgusted. It's like taking from a child. All other locations offer refills. Prices go higher, service goes down and portions decrease. My family and I will never go to this location again. Very rude and not welcoming restaurant.

    Drive thru service was good. Sugar-free iced coffee is VERY sweet. Kids' meal was good as usual (or so I was told).

    Went through drive through and my order was made incorrectly. Tried calling them on a few occasions and no one answered. When I finally spoke to the manager, a few days later, he accused me of lying about my order and said that they didn't have any order like that. He then proceeded to yell because I told him I wasn't given a receipt, but told him how I paid and what time I came through.

    Outside renovations. Sign says "Come in. We're open". Mobile order got canceled. Had to reorder once I got there. I'm sure it will be better when renovations are complete

    Went to the drive thru and placed my order for an egg muffin meal and an extra hash brown. Was told there was only 1 left. I was there before 11 am and the order taker in the drive thru kept getting my order wrong so that delayed the time a little. When she finally got it right we went to the 1st window to pay. At the 1st window I asked for a recap and the order was still wrong. So we had to correct it again and move to the 2nd window where we were promptly informed there is no more hash browns left. They tried to swap out hash browns for fries as a replacement. That's not a replacement as I was seeking hash browns originally. Note to managers, You should make hash browns if you are still able to make breakfast meals. Do better here management and team.

    I recently visited the store with my friends and the crew was very kind and helpful, they even had a person come and check all the customers in the restaurant to ask if we wanted something and if everything was good. It was a lovely experience. Will definitely revisit this store.

    I was about to have a 0 stars experience courtesy of one of the drive thru handling employee. I would not like to take name. The guy literally started shouting and lost his patience to us after asking some doubts regarding the app order functioning. Komal came to the rescue and handled the problem very well. These 2 stars are because of her patience and problem solving skills.

    Really nice experience. We were on our way and stopped by this restaurant and the customer service was up to the mark. The restaurant was busy but the staff members were so patient and polite with us. The food was nice too. It was a worthy experience. Will definitely visit here again.

    I asked for my food to be changed for a food allergen, it was apparently ignored, and i owe my night of anaphylaxis to this McDonalds. I've consistently had awful experiences with the management at this store. do not waste your money here.

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was asked to pull forward waiting for hashbrowns which take two minutes. There were no cars in line behind me. I told them I am in a big rush I do not want to park for something that takes 2 minutes. The manager comes to the window and tells me to pull forward or she will refuse to serve me. She then processed a refund and tried to give me my money back when I refused she called the police - blocking up the emergency line for a non emergency. She proceeded to give them my plate number because I was still in the drive thru waiting for the food that I ordered and paid for. Approx 5 or so minutes later a employee finally just handed me my bag while the manager continued on with the police blocking ul the emergency line. She should be fired. I run a restaurant and I could never imagine treating a customer the way I was treated today. I hope that this is looked into and this manager is fired. She does not know how to handle customers and I am baffled as to how she maintains her position. I will never come back and this mcdonalds is the one closest to my house. So upsetting.

    I visited this branch of Mac..and it was the worst time I went to the Mac..because this cashier was very bad in dealing with me and the rest of the customers..and I think it is not appropriate for her to work in a respectable restaurant like McDonald's..he went out and threw the food and coffee in the trash out of bad This woman works.. Don't put her in the front because she will scare customers. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant

    I Don’t want too much complain but I have to write here for you guys can check it out your service. I spent a lot money food for my kids that’s why I earn the point from McDonald’s, I can redeem it . When I try to redeem my points you guys give me the drink so terrible. I order L size ice coffee regular but inside only black coffee and just alittle cream no syrup, doing this with me so many time when I redeem not make payments. If I make payments the coffee will normal but if redeem will be so so different, the taste so badly. My point same my money because I collect from my payments right ? If you guys can’t do that so stop do earn point and make the order like that’s . I don’t have time and go back complain it all the time , the coffee make my morning but when I have the drink make me bad mood all day . This location near my place convenient for me on the way go to work. But I’ll stop visit now I don’t want too much problem with my order and don’t want complain.

    Worst drive thru customer service ever. Got order of 2 junior chicken burgers for drive thru and other food, upon receiving food, the person who was handing out the order has no facial expressions nor said thank you or bye, and I found the order was missing one junior burger so I had to return to the drive thru to get it again, the same person handed out the burger, without apologizing or anything which made me feel very inappropriate and uncomfortable. Please train your staff at least to be welcoming and have basic manners.
