Hotel staff is friendly and hotel clean. You can enjoy a swim in the pool which is cool and refreshing or bbq outside in the sitting area. Breakfast served is nice and on a rotation so you are not always eating the same thing. Lots of different food to choose from. Everything is well kept and clean. I was extremely happy with my 12 day stay in this hotel. I'm sure I will be back at some point.

A lovely place for a meeting. I especially appreciated the individual breakfast boxes and covid safety policies. I felt safe. Parking is free and the hotel is super easy to access. It was busy when I was there but the front desk kept things moving well and he was smiling the whole time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! RACIAL PROFILING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! The worst place I have stayed in! The staff is not friendly. The room we stayed in had a sofa bed and there was the biggest blood stain on the mattress. We asked for the mattress to be changed and they claimed to be ordering a new one yet never gave us credit or attempted to solve the issue. Not to mention we got charged $56 for a blow dryer that was never used. Keep In mind that room was occupied immediately and we got charged 3 days later. I assume this was a racial profiling. I have stayed in various hotels including Marriott’s and have never experienced such poor customer service and treatment. The staff lies when asked questions, the cleaners do nothing but change towels and kitchen trash bags only when asked one a week. We slept with the same sheets for 10 entire days. The front desk staff are only welcoming until you are an official guest. The only plus is the elder lady at the restaurant she was wonderful otherwise I would never recommend this to anyone I know or anyone looking to book.

Everything looks nice, new & clean! It was a perfect staycation for our family ! We all enjoyed the spacious room! The pool is small but we were the only ones in it so it was perfect! It was super clean too! Their gym is well equipped as well. The staff were amazing from the time we called prior to check-in, to the check in itself up until check out! The breakfast was nice too! Hot items like sausage, eggs and potatoes and the usual cereal, oatmeal, toasts, fruit and yogurt! The only we wish was available was the waffle maker but we were told it’s just been taken out due to Covid! It’s a bonus too thst it’s close to the theatre and tons of restaurants to choose from. We will be back!

Staff were helpful and answered questions when I called ahead and were very welcoming on arrival. Room was clean and bright and included a kitchen. My mom and I enjoyed our stay.

Room is good, service is also nice but the worst part is if you want to stay here for 15 days you have to eat same breakfast each day, no variety. We got fed up of the breakfast in just 2 days. Also it doesn't have anything indian in the breakfast

Over all, it was a very good experience. Location is key for me and it was amazing. Its quite new building so you can feel. Rooms are bit tight but its quite normal on new newly built hotels. Breakfast was quite reasonable all over the world variety has gone drastically. It was quite kids friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

A very New band very clean hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. Very accommodating to needs. Highly recommended for short and long stays. Near restaurants and movie theater. Easy access to airport and shopping mall.

The man during the night time staff is insanely rude to guests, was verbally abusive to us for a miss understanding. Ruined our stay truthfully. He should not be employed there with how he talks to guests. Other than him the female at check in was very nice and the Room/ bed is very comfortable and nice. Lobby is small but clean.

Friendly staff. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Great location for mobility around Toronto. Highly recommend the property.

Overall The Hotel was good cleanliness wise, location and room service. The only con about this hotel is that we requested for a bigger room but they did not accomodate us in the bathroom the sink tap was behind a bit so water was not going to the drain and coming to the countertops.

Hotel provide the best comfort with strategic location. Receptionist Nadia very cooperative and helpful for room allocation and booking.

One of the best places to stay at when visiting Toronto, CA. Rooms/suites seemed very good, clean, and honestly, i felt like i was staying at a 4 star hotel with almost 5 star quality. One of the biggest highlights were the breakfast they serve there. Tasted and felt like waking up to a piece of heaven in the morning. Pet-friendly hotel with great food and service? My kind of place to stay at for a few days or a week! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you are, however, then something is wrong with you or you've been spoiled. Take a chill pill and rest easy at Residence Inn by Marriott! 👍

I booked their conference room for our group's annual meeting. Lots of space to help with covid protocols. Great service. And the catering was spectacular - our group were very impressed!!

Recently had a stay with this property, had to mention one of the best stays I had, Residence Inn is surely making sure each guests are anticipated. As new immigrants in canada, this was our first hotel experience in canada and was definitely worth it. *Sampath* from housekeeping really helped as a lot whenever we need him and gave us a lot of advice as we are newcomers which helped a lot..great guest service really satisfied…

5 stars to Nancy at the bar! Nancy has a way of making you feel right at home even though (in my case) I was across the country. The staff are friendly and professional, the house keepers do a phenomenal job & all employees make cleanliness their first priority. Great suites for the same price that we paid for a tiny room downtown. Will definitely stay here from now on, when visiting Toronto.

All I need to say is they need to get a new room service people, rooms needs more cleaning. sheets, blankets, pillow cases....I'm not sure even they change it when they clean the room🥴 You can see perforated blankets that makes you feel they never even touch them, what about cleaning! I mean how expensive is a blanket to get changed in a HOTEL? Cant a HOTEL afford it?! When they change sheets and cleaning the bed it's not possible that they dont see a big ripped in a blanket, so here is 2 guess: 1) they don't really clean the bed sheets😢 2) hotel can't afford a new blanket🤑 Breakfast could get better and more items to offer to people. It's the only meal they do so it sapose to be a good meal at least.

Our favourite hotel in the GTA. Great quality at a great price - we choose this hotel every time we go to Mississauga. Prime location. Close to the airport but not too close, and the staff are always super friendly. The breakfast is delicious also! My one wish is that they had air freshener in the washrooms because there are no working fans. If it’s smelly in there the stench stays in the room for all occupants which isn’t a super fun time!

The wifi was down for nearly two days, which isn't really acceptable in 2022. The breakfast, cleanliness, and service have been pretty good.

Staff is not customer friendly. Need customer first training as Marriott stands for high class customer service.

Built in 2019, this newer hotel is modern, clean and well appointed. Checked into 6th (top floor) room. New modern furnishings, whirlpool fridge, whirlpool micro, whirlpool dishwasher, cooking surface, Kureg coffeemaker…counter with 2 seats. Sofa bed, work desk, 55” plus Smart TV, closet, large well lite bathroom with rainshower, abundant hot water and pressure…easily home away from home for extended stay. Lobby has 24hr coffee/tea. Free parking, free hot buffet breakfast…fantastic lady keeping breakfast well stocked, efficient and professional greeting everyone personally. Pool was nice and clean, abundant towels and sensor shower. Fitness room was well equipped thou didn’t use. Hotel has large business meeting rooms available. Great location just north of 401. Highly recommend to everyone.
