👍👍 WHAT A VIBEEEE!!! It doesn’t let me post the video I made of the table and decor. Amazing place, had an amazing time. Biggest influence of coming here was how a nice lady from the store came to the restaurant next door with small bite sized pieces to taste. Would definitely come again every time I... A little pricey but for sure quality ingredients used in the products which makes it worth it. I remember this place being a Turkish dress shop previously but I loved seeing the transformation into the Turkish sweets shop. The place is beautifully decorated with a wide variety of Turkish sweets to choose from, coffee and other products. There is also a seating area if you want to enjoy it in-store. I tried the baklava only for this time and loved every piece as I didn't find it too sweet. Additionally, the filling was VERY generous and I loved that I could taste the pistachio in every bite. Would love to come back soon to try more.

Overpriced just like all other Turkish restaurants and cafes. Mandatory tip was charged almost 20% and we were not informed about it. Unaware of that, I tipped them again. We tried 6 different lokum and only one of them was fresh. Baklavas were just fine. The rest of them were hard and dry. Baklava here is also overpriced. We paid $50 including tip and tax for 6x2 pieces of lokum, 6 pieces of baklava and 4 small cups of tea. I am not planning to visit here again at all. I wish them good luck. There will always be Turkish people who will be coming here no matter how expensive they are. That is just because it is a Turkish store and there are not much of these in Canada. And just because of that, Turkish cafes and restaurants will always be the most expensive ones in Toronto without trying so hard.

Lovely Turkish baklava shop / boutique. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, nice selection of baklava ($22.50+ per lb), and a wide variety of Turkish delights ($19.99 per lb). Very pleasing desserts and decor. Didn't try the Turkish cofees, but looks like a great selection. We were offered free samples of some Turkish delights and they were creamy and delicious. The prices reflect the quality ingredients used. They look so good that we couldn't resist eating some in the car before heading home. We purchased 3 Turkish delights (crispy strawberry, pistachio supreme, and chocolate brownie), as well as 8 assorted pieces of baklava for $43. A bit pricey, but would recommend as gifts for a special occasion.

We had this kind of special lokum during our trip in Prague. I search for it and we found one in Mississauga. It’s very delicious with an utmost flavour. We can’t go home without bringing more. That’s how much we love it.😍

We came across this lovely little cafe in an inconspicuous corner of a small plaza. The presentation of coffee was just excellent. Comes along with a side serving of date fruit in a small bowl. They also have nice selection of Turkish Delight & Baklava. Just felt it to be little expensive, but it did taste great. Oh, enjoy the ambience. It is surrounded by lots of artefacts.

An addicting bouncy and chewy texture with a melody of nuts inside to provide a rich, nutty fragrance to each bite along with a satisfying crunch. Personally, I found it overly sweet for my tastes though. Got the Sultan Fancy (purple), Banana Almond, Pistachio Blackberry, and Brownie Chocolate Hazelnut (favourite).

It was a charming spot adorned with lovely interior decor, offering delightful Turkish treats and beverages. They also feature a selection of treasures for purchase, including traditional Turkish jewelry, coffees, and more. Would definitely go back for another session of chill with friends, along with a Turkish chai

Stopped by this shop because of it’s beautiful chandeliers and discovered Turkish Delights! I’ve never seen such many varieties and so colourful. They’re feasts for the eyes. I purchased a few and they all have beautiful scents but i can’t judge the taste as I never had any of these before. To me, they seems ok but not as spectacular as they look. I do love the many tea sets and coffee sets that are on display … now these are spectacular!!!

This place is simply amazing! Their desserts are incredible, extremely delicious. Probably the best coffee I have ever tried. You must check it out, very lovely and authentic atmosphere.

My daughter and I tried a few other Baklava places and we both love Almast. Our girls favourite place to enjoy the Baklava and atmosphere, and service is always great as well.
