Saw Instagram flyer for Ramadan special at Fumes Point. The worse dining experience ever. Awful. sleepy service from start to finish, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they stated that their kitchen was backed up, yet the restaurant was damn near empty. The place is horrible. Food was not edible. I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0 (zero) star. Don’t spend your money there. Street vendors foods are much tastier. Everyone who works there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. It shows both in the service and the food. Waiter could not answer ONE question that we asked. Managers just gave us blank stares and glared at us when the complaint was made You will never see us eat here again Heir only concern is $$$$. ALSO this place and staff had been penalized by Peel health authorities for serving water pipe (shisha) tobacco on the same day. I met the officer of region of peel health and smoke free Ms Maybellynne Biley in the parking lot and was educated on this particular outlet and also, they are authorized to fine the customer for smoking waterpipe. I recommend avoiding this place for Health’s sake FOOD SUCKS BIG TIME. And your cafe was adivce to fix and as I know that you were again inspected after you change the name of your establishment. Stop screwing your customers health and telling your customers a scammer. By changing the name of your establishment you cannot run away. Also anyone can contact region of peel to verify my comments on shisha and the related fine. Also for their food quality I am not the only one with negative feedback and comments.

Always empty. They’ve only been open a few months and already changed their name. They had a very limited menu. It’s basically shisha but there’s already another empty shisha joint a few blocks east. And they have more reviews here than customers, so it’s all fake

Came with my family here to celebrate a birthday! The staff were extremely friendly, understanding and compliant. Helped us wherever needed and also decorated a floor for the birthday event for us. How thoughtful! Food was yummy, more options could have been better. Overall, good experience, pretty lounge set up and amazing staff!! Thank you.
