We
got
married
at
the
Glenerin
Inn,
and
last
summer,
and
even
though
we
are
biased
because
it
was
our
wedding,
we
think
it
was
probably
one
of
the
best
weddings
we’ve
ever
attended.
All
the
staff
were
amazing,
and
the
make
wedding
planning
really
easy.
We
didn’t
have
to
hire
a
wedding
planner
to
keep
things
going
because
they
seemed
so
well
organized
and
on
top
of
things
it
wouldn’t
be
needed,
and
it
wasn’t.
Faye
was
great
at
making
suggestions
and
had
a
lot
of
great
ideas
and
solutions.
The
pacing
of
the
event
was
prefect,
we
wanted
the
ceremonial
part
of
our
wedding
to
be
short
and
sweet.
We
basically
just
wanted
it
to
be
a
fun
day
and
party
and
the
venue
and
vendors
all
delivered.
Everything
from
the
ceremony
to
cocktail
hour
hors
d’oeuvres
to
dinner
was
a
really
well
timed.
We’ve
been
to
weddings
where
it
really
feels
like
you
are
just
waiting
around
for
the
next
event
to
happen,
getting
hungry
and
bored
but
the
venue
really
was
on
top
of
things
and
kept
everything
going
so
we
could
just
celebrate.
The
only
negatives
we
had
that
day
was
the
weather
and
our
room.
Unfortunately
our
wedding
day
turned
out
to
be
the
hottest
weekend
of
the
summer.
While
they
can’t
control
the
weather,
I
think
being
a
historic
venue,
their
AC
could
not
keep
up.
Both
in
the
reception
room
and
in
the
bedroom.
Also
the
room
that
you
can
reserve
for
the
wedding
couple
wasn’t
accessible.
I
forgot
to
tell
the
reservation
staff
that
we
needed
it
to
be
accessible,
but
we
did
let
the
event
staff
know
that
our
venue
had
to
be
accessible.
So
my
eldery/sick
parents
weren’t
able
to
visit
with
us
while
I
was
getting
ready
and
the
room
is
3-4
stories
up,
and
there
weren’t
elevators
to
what
felt
like
a
tower.
Again
that
wasn’t
fully
their
fault
as
I
didn’t
tell
everyone
but
it
would
be
helpful
if
there
was
better
communication
between
the
event
staff
and
the
booking
staff
in
case
people
forget.
So
overall,
it
was
a
great
and
gorgeous
venue
and
we
had
a
really
fun
time.
But
I
would
recommend
being
a
little
careful
booking
a
summer
wedding
if
you
cannot
handle
the
heat.
