NOT A FAMILY MOTEL!! WORKING GIRL MOTEL! The rooms have been updated and are better looking then before especially the bathrooms but the area is still the same. This is a working girl motel.. Not a family friendly hotel. They do hourly rates for those quick in and outs 😂. They give you rates based on whether they know your a regular or not and if they like you or not . The Ac worked, bed was comfy but honestly take the top sheet off unless you want too sleep with cum stains on you. They also only give you a couple shampoos and soap. Nothing else so make sure you bring what you need. Expect to see police on the regular. They also frequent the local motels and run plates so if your on the run don't go here or anywhere on this strip.. Especially if you have a warrant for your arrest.

This morning I saw how 1 person paid for his room while I was checking out, he paid $60 dollars for a regular non-smoking room, I have been going to this place for several months and they have always charged me $150, yesterday the one that I was served by a man with a beard and he charged me for that, other times there is a lady and she charges me $130 dollars, what is it? to steal only me? Besides, the service is terrible from them, this message may be seen by the owner and I would like that so that he realizes that the employees are benefiting from their own hotel, I will give my (1) my rating and I will not return to this place It was their gold mine!!!

Disgusting. Rooms smelled like smoke. Lots of shady activity here. Girls coming and going. Looks like a motel out of a horror movie.

This hotel is super mega ghetto, it’s in a questionable area; however, the room I got was pretty descent. I got a last minute hotel due to canceled flight hotel is not that far had to get Uber which cost about $20CA. Beds mattresses are old semi bulking up. The building needs a serious renovation. Air condition was working great. Lots of cigarette burns on curtains even though it’s a non smoking room. People are just so disrespectful to hotels. Here are some photos of the hotel honestly this place is for last minute stays don’t recommend week stays maybe 2-3 days but you get what you pay for although the rate was not cheap either. I paid about $150CA one night only today is July 2023. Some items are old the couch was filthy so I did not sit on it. The shower bathroom was pretty clean. There are strip clubs near by so just use your imagination lol.

this is the best “trashy” motel ever (i mean trashy in the most charming, motel-ey and endearing sort of way) this place is great.

The gentlemen at the front desk are helpful but the lady just gives me a hard time everytime. She always has no rooms available because "they are all being cleaned" and she charges me more than the other people at the desk. I tried to book a room until 5 PM but she said we have to leave before 4:30 PM because again "they are cleaning". I never have these issues with other front desk workers.

Staff were horrible, It took me 45 min just to check in. The guy at the front was rude to every person that came into the lobby. The cleaning lady at the time seemed so stressed and unhappy. I made a booking through their site and then was told that there was no room reserved for me. I didn't even end up getting the room I originally requested! Will not be returning here and would not recommend to anybody

Terrible stay. Loud and noisy tenants, smoking and vaping in the hallway. Creepy old man in derelict car in parking lot smoking up a storm of cannabis. I have to check out early for work; Obnoxious night clerk refuses to give proper receipt. After threat of legal action, night clerk gives photocopy of registering card; I know I registered as 1 person, I see that it was erased and replaced with 2. Scam. Will be checking credit card this afternoon; if I am double or triple charged, I’ll be raising holy legal hell. Bullying accommodation gouges and cheats decent people because their victims don’t fight back. I will fight back with legal action.

For over $200 a night. It's so poor and not even coffee in the room. Nothing but a TV and a microwave. The clerk that checked me told me there were no vacancies even though I had already paid online. What a stressful thing at 4 am. It's just so way way overpriced for what you get and the hallway smells like urine. Nope

Needed a room last minute with my children. Guy at the front desk said $170 for 2beds. NO GUESTS. And only allowed 4 people allowed in the room. We had 5 people and they were my children and 1 of the boys gfs. So I said okay well I’ll sit in my car for 2-3hours until the kids leave. He said we can pay an additional $30 to allow us all in the room at the same time. So we paid. smoking outside my room, I noticed the room beside us had non stop men coming & going, 5 mins apart. In the morning my son opening the door and he saw a police car in the driveway. So on check out I asked why we were over charged since the room beside us had like 8+ men in her room. And I can’t see them all paying an extra 30 for being there. I was told she’s a working girl and her guests weren’t staying. I said it was my kids and they weren’t staying either. I Argued with the man. In the end I would not stay here again. Place has definitely gone downhill since the new management. And even thou the men who came were all polite and discrete. Over charging for a motel, not providing any receipts, for a room barley cleaned, smelling like sweat & shame & bad decisions, isn’t my thing. If your looking for a trashy motel with no paper trail this is definitely the place to be.

The front desk lady was not helpful at all. She didn't have any rooms available because they were all being cleaned. Our booking was to end at 5 PM and she sent the cleaning lady exactly at 5 PM to kick us out. We said we were just moving our stuff to the car and asked nicely to give us a few minutes. The cleaning lady just stood outside the door for a minute then walked into the room to start cleaning while we were still taking out our stuff. We were out of the room by 5:08 PM, but I was very unimpressed with the service and how rude the staff was.

I have friends who work here, and they are happy employees . I have never stayed here. But, when visiting my friends, I noticed many out of town construction workers stay here because they like it. I was told it is very, very clean and close to the highway, easy to go to job sites. Plus, my understanding is that it is run very well for long-term guests. Very nice staff!

Not sure why unless it's just a byproduct of the type of people going there but I can't explain why they treat their customers like thieves and riff raff . 1 of our towels was pushed under the bed by accident, when we changed them in we were told we were short one so I asked some of the other guests if they knew where it went. I had my other guest find the towel when I was gone so we assumed the maid had taken the extra towel because it was put somewhere different then al the other ones so she would be able to see it's an extra towel and we would be off the hook for it. But I talk to the lady at the front desk and she's telling me she doesn't know if I actually returned the towel? These towels while I don't doubt there are not cheap but they are also small . I wouldn't be taking their towels if I need to use 2 of them to dry off. The other time she said we had burned the comforter and they wanted to charge us $200 bucks to replace it. The burn marks were there when they gave us the room. I don't even smoke in the room I go in the bathroom so the exhaust vent pulls all the smoke out and the room doesnt get all smoky .

The conditions and service are the worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am in trucking industry, do USA /Canada runs. I found this motel a good place for short stay if your trip is not ready for next day or two. I am staying here since year and half when needed. Very good people and staff. Price is reasonable.

Love staying here! Staff is friendly and social. Has coin laundry cheap for customers. Close to food, coffee etc. Handicap accessible! Very clean and great room prices!

Customer Service aka front desk need to be more friendly

Room was in fine shape, jacuzzi tub worked well, 2 tv's was awesome, housekeeping was nice.

I have personally stayed at this Motel before it is not too bad sometimes the attitudes of the staff can be inappropriate. They put up with a lot but they should remember that it's a two-way street! Recently I was watching the Umbrella Academy which was actually filmed at this location cuz I remember all my locations around Mississauga as a community worker and I've been here before. Have yourselves a great journey and if you feel like staying here maybe you to make your own movie. Just make sure to follow labor laws 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️👷‍♂️🇨🇦👍🖖

This is one of the best motels I have ever visited. The motel manager was extremely kind and courageous. The location is of high value being close to 2 strip clubs and 2 dance clubs. The motel on Friday was very calm and quiet. I will be back.
