The variety of menus was so good. A typical restaurant has one menu to skip, but it has everything. Every little thing here seems to be handmade. The food was as fresh and so good as their efforts. I hope more people visit here. Bruschetta, Cozze, Pancetta e Patate, Spaghetti allo Scoglio, Risotto ai Funghi, Tiramisu 👍

The best part of the meal was the pistachio cheesecake by far. It was so amazing. The rest of the food was good, but not amazing. The service I found was lacking, and the space is quite cramped and packed so it’s not the most comfortable dining experience. We had the funghi and seafood risotto, the seafood one was better for sure. The charcuterie board was yummy but I didn’t feel like it was anything special. The free bread at the start was really good though.

Always a great time at Casalinga, the food is always good. Service is spot on and the ambience is good. Have been here multiple times, it never disappoints.

My expectations for Casalinga were rather low. We ordered the wood oven pizza, but my prosciutto pizza left me unsatisfied, receiving a 7/10 rating. The extensive menu felt overwhelming due to its variety. Additionally, the seafood salad I tried was somewhat bland. However, it's worth noting that the service was truly impeccable and outstanding.

It was ok. The pizza was pretty good! The lamb gnocchi was pretty good. Soft with good texture. Sauce was flavorful, not acid, not bland. I did ask for extra salt, though. The pasta also nice. Overall good food, just wasn't something spectacular, that I couldn't cook myself at home. But maybe I'm just a good cook? Lol. I probably wouldn't come back, but I don't think anyone eating here would be upset or disappointed. Im just always searching for at least one item in the menu that's unusual, interesting, that leaves me intrigued and thinking "wow, how did they do it?".

Nice family Italian restaurant. Good food and service. Seafood pasta and pizza were fantastic. Pistachio cheese cake was also a delight.

So good! My husband took me here for Valentines Day during the price fixe menu and it was so good! We ended up coming back within the same month for a double date. The pasta was so good and they have a really good selection of items on the menu. Everything was cooked perfectly, nothing overdone. Great ambiance and customer service!

If you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant experience, this is the place for you. After many years, we returned for a family dinner, and the food was still phenomenal, and the service was excellent.

If I could give 6 stars I would! My husband and my son and I had NYE plans that were cancelled last minute at another restaurant. We called this place as they were local and we wanted to give them a try. We had no hopes of getting a table but somehow within a few minutes of calling, they called us back and said someone did cancel a reservation and they squeezed us in. On NEW YEARS! The menu was a fixed menu and our 5 year old was accommodated by the owner who graciously made him a chicken pesto pasta just for him so he could have a new years dinner with us. I had the crab cakes, the rack of lamb and the pistachio cheesecake. All were delicious and lamb cooked to perfection at a nice medium. My husband had the carpaccio and the striploin with prawns (surf and turf). Let me say the striploin didn’t taste like striploin it tasted like a buttery rib eye and melted in your mouth! The service was amazing, the staff was so attentive and the owner literally saved our new years. Thank you!!!!

Big fan of this place. Food always delicious. Service always warm and gracious. Today we had the Ragu special and a pizza. Both crazy delicious. Stacie was our server, she fabulous!

We chose Casalinga to celebrate our wedding anniversary, marking my first visit there. Right from the start, it had an authentic vibe. Despite being vegetarian, I found plenty of options to choose from. My wife went for their veal chop, which she proclaimed as officially the best steak she's ever had. I indulged in their daily special soup and the fungi pizza, both of which were fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, managing to be attentive even on a busy weekday night, ensuring our order arrived just in time. We're glad we made a reservation, as the place was even busier than I could have imagined – now, I'm not at all surprised why. This anniversary turned out to be exceptionally memorable, all thanks to the wonderful team at Casalinga

Amazing food. We had the pesto pasta, duck special (so yummy) and kids pasta. Everything was superb. Portions are generous. Staff attentive. We got the last table. The place was packed and several walkins were turned away. Reservations seem to be needed- even on a wednesday! 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The staff is exemplary and goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy. The food was good and the toppings on our pizza were all delicious and fresh. The salad was outstanding. I would highly encourage people to go here and support an independent restaurant.

Wonderful little slice of Italy tucked close to the lake. With wonderful staff, and a pleasant atmosphere, it felt homely. We came when it wasn’t busy so the service was fast. The only thing I may say I didn’t like was the clams in the spaghetti. However the soup of the day, complementary bread, great service, and wonderfully cooked pasta makes up for it.
