This was our first order with Popeyes and we got it delivered. Crispy chicken was tender and taste good. Burger was good in taste as well. Red beans and rice was yum too. Food was not that well packed as we got ( you can see the burger in my pics) Should have used a small box. Quantity of onion rings was very less for the price. ( it was the meal combo). Overall its ok to have Popeyes once in a while.

Very tasty crispy chicken and a great Halal alternative for KFC. I love their spicy chicken sandwich but it's ALWAYS too salty!! The fries are always fresh.

Worst customer service I ever had in this location. I saw the Manager by himself, taking out a old patty from the burger which was sitting on the shelf for long time and put it in to my burger.when I told the cashier the situation what really happened and the manager didn’t even bother coming up and apologize to me for that mistake. I hope the owner looks into this matter for their better customer service

If you’re wondering why this location has so many 5 star reviews lately.. we’ll no it is not for fast service, friendliness or cleanliness- it’s because they’re harassing customers and Uber drivers into leaving positive reviews even when they’re not eating or buying food. When asked why we should leave a good review the associate replied “because we need it”… if you see your reviews are not in good standing, the only thing you should be doing is improving your service to actually be better- rather than harassing your customers into leaving fake reviews. We frequent this location as customers and as delivery drivers and the staff is usually not the friendliest, the food is never ready and it always takes way longer than necessary. Would I recommend this location? No.. and by no circumstances do they deserve a 5 ⭐️

On July 27 at 12 am, I had ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwhich combo at this location through Skip, and they gave me a chicken breast with the bones still intact in the sandwhich. Is this supposed to be a joke? Please speak to your employees to practice better care into your customers orders. This doesn't seem like it's been the only time it happened, based off of other reviews on here.

Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich and large Cajun fries. Order was ready when I arrived for pick up. The food still tasted fresh 30mins after pick up. Sandwich is exactly how it should be; crispy, tender, and juicy. The fries were well seasoned and crispy.

I love this Popeyes location. I always come here and order 6 pieces of breast chicken with buttermilk ranch dips. Despite the busy atmosphere, all of the staff are awesome, always preparing my order fresh and cooking it just right. 👍 Thumbs up for you guys. Keep it up!

I think this is the best Popeyes I have ever been to. Went at 11pm and got 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. The chicken was super juicy and tender with crispy skin. Service was the best of any Popeyes I've been to and they turned around my order very very quickly. Super impressed, I'll always think of this Popeyes whenever I eat at another one

Got there at about 2am and the cashier was super nice (Her name was Shareen/Sheryl/ Sharan something along those lines). We got our order within 2 mins. Great service and our order was perfect! Delicious!

Terrible service here as they messed up my order by giving me custy onion rings (pictures for proof) instead of fries with my order. The lady working then somehow made it seem like it was my fault she gave me the wrong item? Terrible customer service and this specific restaurant location is not complying with RBI's sustainability and recycling initiatives. Restructuring of management is required. I’m writing the review, because I really like customer service. We went there with my daughter in Saturday evening. The lady who was talking our order was very helpful and nice 👍

Disappointing service. We were told that food will be served in 5 minutes. But in fact it took 30 minutes. The staff had no idea about when will the food be ready. First they said nuggets are not ready then another server said the burgers are not ready. If the kitchen was taking time they should not have communicated 5 minutes. We ordered 2 burgers, chicken nuggets, biscuits and fries all of which were served 25 minutes late. Don’t recommend going to this joint.

Basically asked them for spicy mayo & only at this location I was told they can’t give it at all. Asides from that they are telling me blackened ranch isn’t available as well as the sauces as the supplier does not supply it . While other locations have no problem with giving spicy mayo on the side. As a franchise why isn’t this the same, also it being halal is the only reason why we consider other wise customer service is absolutely horrible in comparison to kfc, McDonald’s etc.

A large location for Popeyes. Located in a residential area and a couple schools nearby. Standard franchise/chain menu. Gotta love their spicy fried chicken. Consistent service and food here. It can be busy though, so be prepared to wait during peak hours.

Food was quick, only needed to wait about 5 minutes after I ordered for the 3 piece chicken combo. Served hot. Open drink fountain so you can choose your drinks and mix and match. Their biscuit is unique and taste wonderful. Five stars

They are kicking out there costumers for no reason, I was hanging out with my friends and eating my food until the manager came up screaming at me to get out for no reason. I do not recommend supporting this business.

Unfortunately, very bad, the cat asked for chicken pieces together with a pack of fries, but unfortunately the instincts were cold, their taste was bitter, and the amount was very little. I am sorry for the money that I paid for food from you. The number of chicken pieces was 6. I ordered 3 spicy and 3 without spicy when I received the order it was 6 pieces. My child did not eat it because it is too hot

I ordered popeyes today through UberEats and when I received my item, which is sealed and intact so my delivery driver does not know how it looks inside. (aka, uber has no fault in this) I opened my order, and I saw the most disgusting packaging. Is this how you pack your order? How is this allowed?

Staff are polite, so busy and work hard. The wait time is a bit long and lots of people are huddled too closely together waiting for their order. The first time I came their mild chicken was good; this second time I tried their chicken tenders and wow were they super salty! The salt took away all the taste and we ordered a family pack...was so disappointed.

Love the staff love the food. Amazing portions that give a lot of food and they're very organized and clean. That's what makes this location special.

Food, not doubt, is good, but your employer punjabi skinny girl who works on the Sunday night shift is a rude one. She didn't put his name tag on, so that's why I am unable to mention her here. Please tell your employer to talk nicely and not show rude faces when taking orders.

Pop eyes chicken located at central prkaway mall. Good service and good location. Ample parking but can be a little crowded during peak hours.

Make sure to ask to get all your order fresh and check your food when you get it. They tried to pass of non spicy pieces as spicy when they clearly placed a liner inside. They probably thought a mobile order wouldn't get checked.

So so disappointed today. After spending the entire day hungry, we came to this branch especially because there's always good food here. But today had the extremely opposite experience, super cold sandwiches as if they were prepared hours ago and the chicken was bare minimum and that too laid in one corner of the bun.... the rest of it empty. Not just on mine but even my husband's sandwich. 😞

Customer service is super great at this location. A girl named Hupender(i guess) she was super nice, great customer service, how she dealt with angry customers was great to see. Please let her know how great she is, its hard to find employees with this level of commitment. Overall great experience.

Compared to other Popeyes I would have to say this is a good one. My only issue why i gave it 3 stars was because I ordered a three piece chicken. Unfortunately, the third piece 🤦🏾‍♀️…….. I brought it up to my mouth to eat and this extremely bad smell just slapped me in the face. The chicken smelt absolutely terrible. The other two pieces were fine the biscuits and fries were good. So thats the reason for the three stars. I was in a rush so i didn’t bother to bring it back up to the counter. I would give this place a try again… hopefully it will go better next time

Went to this place couple of times. Probably you will be requested to wait for 20 mins for the food preparation to be complete. Washrooms are decent. Good number of tables for various group sizes. You will need to mention the food is for dine-in if you want the food to be properly served to you nicely in a plate or else expect all the items packed into a single box. The onion rings we got became soft within a minute otherwise food tastes good.

Very delicious and fast service. I love that there’s a discount everyday on different food items throughout the week. The chicken is always juicy, even the breasts. At late night I came for a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. It was extremely delicious. Perfect amount of space and for the breast, it’s very juicy! The crunch was amazing and it was a nice snack. Will continue to come here every week or so :)

I tried their fried chicken many time. Everytime, it was fresh, hot, juicy and yummy. Never tried home delivery though. So cannot talk about delivery experience.

Worst Chicken, I ever had. I ordered 5 pieces spicy tenders, and I was unable to eat even a single piece. Even though I replaced it, the second time also it was the same quality. Seems like I'm eating a rubber.

I have several great and good experience with all staff in this location but one of them always stands out her name is Bhupinder. She is prompt in service and always have a welcome smile that is so warm, Will always come to this location. Thanks for your service.
