    Results! Results! Results! If you are serious about making lasting changes in your lifestyle HOS is the place to go. I was skeptical at first to try any fitness trainer because I dislike working out with a passion. However, after meeting Travis, all that changed because I saw the changes in my body from just a few sessions. On days when I did not feel like working out Travis was my motivator. He encouraged me to exercise and follow my meal plans. I have to say for the first time in my life I consistently ate breakfast, lunch and dinner to reach my weight goal and it showed. With the help of Travis I feel confidently, energized, happy and motivated to keep going. Travis gave me great tips on working out, relaxing afterwards and setting goals. He not only talks the talk but he lives it as well. I would highly recommend HOS to anyone.

    I have been training with Travis for a short time and have seen amazing results. I worked with other trainers at previous gyms for longer and have never seen results like this. He's extremely knowledgeable in fitness, great at developing a successful workout plan for your individual needs and also has a great team for addition support, meal plans, supplements ect. Travis is extremely professional, motivating and just great to work with... he will keep you motivated with the results you get, 100 percent I recommend House of Sweat!

    I enjoyed my experience with house of sweat. Travis kept me accountable and pushed me beyond my comfort level. Travis helped me to develop a positive mindset which greatly helped my endurance through those though workouts. He was also reliable and easy to communicate with. If you're looking to become mentally and physically fit House of Sweat is the way to go.

    Awesome 30 day workout challenge as I was able to gain 7 pounds of muscle. Trainer Travis was able to provide effective coaching and great meal plan suggestions. I'm pleased with House of Sweat!

    I had a bad experience with a personal training company and was skeptical when I reached out to Travis. His quick response and ability to find a personal trainer that was “right” for me was very impressive. I have and continue to enjoy each training session with my Trainer Carina. We not only concentrate on workouts but a lifestyle change. I really appreciate the check ins by Travis as well. A big shout to Travis, Carina and House of Sweat!!!

    I'm so thankful to have found Travis and House of Sweat. Travis has a thorough onboarding program to assess and allign with my goals. From there, I've been working with Yan who has built and adapted a program and I'm seeing great results. Overall I'm feeling physically great. Yan was able to build a program well-suited to me and I feel like I have a stronger physical foundation overall. Yan has been flexible and able to work with my schedule, my limited equipment, and he has been great to provide alternatives when the odd physical ailment crops up. Both Yan and Travis have consistent communication, checking in and ensuring the day to day and overall the plan is on course. I highly recommend, Yan, Travis and House of Sweat!

    Aneeqa has been a very good trainer and has been able to develop an appropriate program for me and my son. The ability to have the sessions at home has been valuable when the day is packed with other programs.

    I've been with House of Sweat for 6 weeks so far and am loving it and seeing great results. My trainer Sean is brilliant and incorporates everything going on in my personal life into the workouts to make them super intentional and impactful. Highly recommend!!

    My training with House of Sweat is going beautifully. Travis connected me with Aneeqa and she is a fabulous personal trainer and motivator. She keeps me driven to stay on track and her workouts are always wonderful - challenging enough so I work up a sweat but not so challenging that I feel that I can't make it through. Aneeqa has customized a workout plan just for me and she even puts all of my information on the House of Sweat app so that I can see where I am with my progress. Travis checks in with me frequently to make sure that I am happy with my training sessions (which I always am). He is accountable, responsible, and provides a fair deal to those really looking to get in shape. I did a lot of research before deciding to invest in House of Sweat and I know that I made the right decision. A big thank you to Aneeqa and Travis for making me feel better about myself, in terms of my self-esteem, and more motivated to get into shape. Thanks so much. Erin

    Travis, Josh and the House of Sweat team push me to be my best. Coming back from a fairly debilitating back injury late in 2017, in only a few short weeks (complimented with Chiro and Physio) this team helped me not only recover well but train and strengthen my body to run the 118th Boston Marathon (April) 42km and an Ironman 70.3 (September) racing a 2km swim, 90km bike, and 21km half marathon. What I love about HOS is the individual tailored approach they take to my training. Before we ever touched a weight or did a burpee we sat and talked about my goals and needs. This formed the basis for my plan. The individualized approach extended far beyond the weight room as the team has nutritionists, yoga instructors, and more, in addition to the coaches to create a holistic approach to achieve my goals. Frequent check in on progress ensured we were on track and we adjusted where needed. This isn’t a cookie cutter approach to training. If you want that, go online and buy a program from someone. If you want a tailored approach designed for you that gets you results, then HOS is definitely worth it. The best time to start was yesterday, but the next best time is now. Or at House Of Sweat, ‘One day or day one, YOU decide.’

    I really enjoyed my experience with Travis and House of Sweat! His workouts are amazing and he really kept me accountable and motivated when I felt like slacking off. He is very knowledgeable and truly invested in his client’s success! House of sweat is a great personal training service!

    My experience training with House of Sweat has been amazing. When I contacted House of Sweat, Travis took the time to learn about me and my lifestyle. He helped me formulate my fitness and health goals, and he encouraged me to take this important step. I trained with Manu, who is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I'm a beginner, and he carefully analyzed what I need to focus on, paid close attention to how I progressed, and pushed me the right amount at every session. At the 3 month mark, I am a stronger and happier version of me. As someone who would have been too shy to enter a gym and try to figure out how to use equipment, House of Sweat's in home training is perfect.
