A burger worth paying for! The Juicy Lucy on fire is an amazing burger. We got burgers here several times in the last few years. The quality and taste has not changed. They are large burgers with freshly made patties packed full of flavors. They akso carry a great selection of toppings. They have a few premium extra you can pay for as well. It's hard to find a burger this good for the price. Orders are fast and staff is really friendly. Highly recommend. Even after a 15min drive home, the burger is not a soggy mess. The gluten free bun taste great too if you are looking for that.

I ordered a classics burger combo, crispy chicken combo and funnel cake with Ice cream and strawberry sauce. The bun on the burger was delicious! It was so thick but light and fluffy. They have a list of all the ingredients you can get added at eye level. The fries were tasty. They cut them in a different way than I've seen before. Some parts of the fries were very thin. I'd prefer they cut out more thicker but the taste was great. I ordered gravy on the side and the amount given was just enough. I thought it wouldn't be enough but it was. It was slightly in the salty side. The chicken tasted great. It was very juicy and tender. The funnel cake was good. It was warm and fresh. It was easy to cut with a plastic knife. The strawberry sauce was too sweet for my liking. I would definitely come here again. The service is excellent and the staff is polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean.

First time we have tried. Quite enjoyed the burger. Patties were fresh with great taste and the toppings fitted very well. The onion rings were crispy and delicious. The tornado which is essentially fried potato slices on a stick or light and delicious. The only downside my partner and I agreed on or the fries were not that good. Delivery was within reasonable time and the food came warm. Will definitely go back in the future to try another Burger.

Was craving some hearty burgers, glad to have stumbled upon this place as it’s open late. Located in the busy Dixie plaza surrounded by multiple options, this place focuses on making your burger, just the way you like it. Ample amount of seating available inside booths and tables/chair. Wall decor portraying bolts and nuts to keep with the theme. They do have a designated prayer area. The kitchen space is visible so you can see your burgers being assembled. Tried the Beef burger with Cheese & added mushrooms & onions. That first bite when it arrived, was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, the cheese was oozing out. They were generous with the toppings/ sauce. Each additional topping ranges from $0.99 - $1.50. Overall, enjoyed the burger and onion rings and will be back to try different types.

Just 👌 wow! Wasn't planning on eating out today. I went to shop at I Love Modesty clothing, and my girls said they were hungry. Around the corner, we saw this place and decided to give it a try. I must say it is the VERY BEST BURGER i have eaten in ages. Just wow. Plus, it is halal as well. The ambiance, the decor, the washroom, eating area, and prayer rooms are so clean and inviting. I want to give 5stars to Ibrahim and Gurjit for their excellent service. Actually, my daughter messed up the order, and I had to go back in, but surprisingly, Ibrahim apologized as if it was his own mistake. My my my you don't find this kind of service everywhere. Standard Chain Burger Restaurant. Food and Service are within expectations. It has more than enough staff. Deco is good and new.

After a disappointing movie, we were looking for a nice dining experience to redeem our evening. Burger Factory to our rescue. Lovely ambiance, ample seating and an efficient service defines the Mississauga outlet of the Burger Factory. Tried the Crispy Chicken while my friends tried the Juicy Lucy and Veggie Burgers. The Crispy Chicken was true to its name, with an audible crunch in every bite inspite of being drizzled with sauces inside the bun. And delicious to boot. 😙 The Juicy Lucy was another winner for me. Took a bite and a rather audible moan escaped my lips. Ohh, that’s what sweet heaven must taste like. 🤤 The manager Abdul was friendly and helpful. He even went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and offered us complimentary ice creams for all. Any restaurant that redeems an evening marred by a disastrous Marvel movie definitely deserves a double thumbs up from me!

I ordered the cheese burger and let me tell you 😋 IT. WAS. SO. SO. SO. GOOD!! It came with tons of toppings and the burger patty was perfectly seasoned! It hit the spot! Clean joint and fast friendly service. Update: ok my family also demolished the funnel cake within a matter of 3 minutes

Oh JUICY Lucy with tons of ooozing cheddar cheese and so yummy 😋 but quite messy so get your napkins ready!! Fresh bun and toppings and the fries with skin on are so good! $13 for just a burger is quite pricey though.. Service was a little slow on the day that we were in. The internet was down so we had to pay cash. Luckily we had some. Tables and benches were a bit messy. It's in a busy plaza in a busy area.

We ordered two of the Cheesey Lucy burgers and definitely did not regret our decision. We were first hesitant on what to order and the cashier kindly assured us we made the right decision. The burger and fries were super fresh while the burger meat was juicy with the perfect texture. Penny and her team did a great job at maintaining a fun ordering experience and cooking amazing burgers!! Def recommend and will go back again!

Visited burger factory for dinner. We ordered crispy chicken and grilled chicken fillet burger. Both are extremely tastyyyy. The fries were very bland though and they didn’t have any spicy mix or peri peri mix available so that’s a bummer….

The most delicious burger I've had in a while, get one of the signature Lucy's. Yummm. The fried mac and cheese was like deep-fried KD. Just here on a layover and wish we had one of these in Vancouver!!

Absolutely awesome! Best burger place I've been to since coming to Canada. A taste of home, and Mr. Mohammed was an amazingly professional and generous host. All his recommendations were on point! I will definitely be back! This place has it all!

Great place! Staff is friendly and outgoing and always ready for a chat. They give you Great portions and don't skimp out. Food also arrived in great time and was fresh and made to order. Nothing was under a heat lamp but rather piping hot!

Came here after 2 years after the pandemic. First thing I noticed were the renovations, yellow and black compared to the red interior before. The location is decorated and has exquisite interior. The burgers are tasty as usual, juicy lucy with burger factory sauce was delicious. Staff were friendly. The food was 10/10. The funnel cake tasted exactly like Canada’s wonderland funnel cake. 100% would recommend this burger spot, my family enjoyed coming here.

It is one of the best burger places in the GTA. Will definitely visit again and bring more friends and family. Service with a smile from the hostess and the cook. Had the "The Machine" with an added fried egg. My wife had the grill chicken burger with poutine. She said burger was juice and tasty. Mine was juice and huge and worth every penny. I'm not sure how other locations are, but this one set the bar very high. Great job.

Went here tonight around 9pm. Greeted my very friendly and social staff. They made my visit feel like a whole experience. It was nice seeing everything fresh to order. Food was 11/10 literally amazing! Highly recommend this place, and the Juicy Lucey :). With a side of funnel cake ofc

As a first timer, I was extremely impressed with the customer service. When we first approached the counter, we were greeted with friendly eyes (I’m sure he was smiling but he had his mask on). We got the juicy Lucy on fire with grilled onions and beef bacon. The first bite was a whole new experience! Everything about the burger was tasty. From the factory sauce all the way to the buttered bun! Chefs kiss* When we were asked how it was the only way to explain the experience was through a hug. Was in the area so stopped by for a bite to eat. We went mid afternoon hoping it would be less busy. There were a few tables occupied with customers. We ordered: 1. Juicy Lucy on fire: the patty is dry the spice level is mild. Wished it was spicier. 2. The Machine with Toronado fries and strawberry milkshake. Burger is good. Tornado fries is light and crispy and not too oily. Milkshake is very thick. Flavour is ok. 3. Cheesey Lucy combo with poutine and ice tea. Good burger, poutine is on the salty side. 4. The compressor combo with Mac n’ cheese bites and orange crush. For a 3 patty burger it is not very filling. The Pattie’s are thin. The Mac n’cheese bites are good. 5. Funnel cake with strawberry and whipped cream. Not bad. Nothing special. The staff are friendly and the food is average and pricey as we walked away still hungry. The Covid protocols are very lax. There were 4 in our group and when we tried to show our vaccine passports and the guy just waved his hand and said don’t worry, the tables and chairs could be cleaned better as well. We had to clean our own table. The booth tables are not 2 meters apart and do not have barriers between them as per public health guidelines. We picked a table in the corner furthest from everyone and ate as quickly as possible so we could leave left asap. We will not be returning.

Not nearly as high quality as the price and images on the menu would make you think. Barely a step above cheap fast food. Doesn't even use the same type of lettuce shown on the menu. Nashville chicken is typically hot/spicy and it was not. Topping quality is very low. I probably won't be back.

Decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews. We ordered a cheeseburger combo with french fries and an utility steak sandwich combo with onion rings. Cheeseburger was fresh made and juicy. The fries were crisp and perfectly made. Crunchy exterior and a light, fluffy interior. The utility steak sandwich had lots of cheese but would have like more sliced beef. Also, felt it was on the greasy side. Overall had a good experience.

Always good food... And really good service The Utility Sandwich is so good "Philly cheese steak 😋 " the bun is fresh and soft Tye milkshakes are Yum Great place to eat after A Salaam cup 🏆 We got there late but they accommodated us great staff 👍🏽

I don’t usually go out for burgers, however this might have just become my go-to spot. The burgers were juicy and delicious, the fries were crispy yet soft and the soft serve was so creamy and tasty. Not to mention the staff and their wonderful customer service which was quite unexpected for a fast food spot. We will definitely be here more often.

came in and the lady in the front was definitely helpful with my order hence i has a lot of questions lol. she recommended what she would get and told me what’s really good. the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. the lady at the front even gave us free ice cream for even being here for the first time!! love it will come back
