Decent place. They need to work on maintaining hygiene because every evening I found lot of insects in the washroom. The manager needs to be polite and welcoming, if the guest house is in high demand during season it does not mean that guest can be treated rudely. Cost of breakfast and tea is quite higher then the hotels at Kashmir chowk and not of equivalent quality. They have backup power which is a plus. Training the staff will help a great deal.

A great and Newly built place of Accommodation while visiting Mithi, Tharparkar. Well furnished & clean rooms. New beds and furniture fixtures... Also serve food on order, dining area available. Services was also fine. Wifi & TV Air Conditioner only works on availability of electricity. UPS & Generator facility. Car parking area available Complimentary Breakfast. Good place to stay for tourists & families on vacations.

The Best in Mithi ... wooo amazing really very much impressed to see such a cool guest house ... nice rooms deligetly manitaned... Staff is wonderfull and above all Mr Raj Kumar.. brilliant person .. In-house kithchen fairly nice cooking with close to home like taste and always served fresh. Room rent is also fine 3500-4000 .. New construction chilled ac and lot more.. In mithi believe it non other guest house compare to Ashiyana...we stayed in September mid 2020... I am very much sure you will love it... before you book any guest house in mithi ...just make a visit and you won't be able to turn off....

It is a great place for stay in Mithi...staff is so cooperative...Neat and clean rooms...24/7 electricity ...in house kitchen system is not so much impressive but if you want to cook by yourself it will be great for you...

It has AC and water, what else do you want in Tharparkar!

We stayed for 3 days. Rooms and lounch very clean and capacious, washroom neat and clean, tasty meals and cooperative staff

It's a nice guest house with cooperative staff. The room and washroom were neat and clean, with AC. AC would not work on the generator, obviously. The only issue I saw was that the bed was small. And matress were not comfortable.

From Mirpur khas umerkot nangarparkar in my visit the Best option is Ashyana Guest house. Owner Shankar himself watch all service. The thing which attracted me Smart TV with prime video and Netflix youtube. Excellent AC. Newroom clean as 5 star hotels
