I booked this B&B & messaged them before booking a $300+ day tour, asking & clarifying that I would need to store my bags before checking in if I were to stay there & also do this tour as I would be coming to Naples that morning & the tour was at 8 am. The host said this was no problem and asked when I would be arriving - I told them the exact train arrival (7 am), when I would be there (around 7:20 am) and that I had to be at a nearby hotel for 8 am. Since this was agreed upon, I kept my booking there & booked my $300+ tour. I arrived at 7:20 am as promised, and the Host was not there and did not answer any phone calls. I finally had a cleaning woman for the overall business building let me in. I then tried to communicate with a building security guard (no affiliation to the B&B) to no avail as he spoke no English. Ultimately, I could not leave my bags there, although the owner messaged me later indicating I should have left my belongings, including my passport, iPad, etc., with this stranger after also saying if I said the B&B name, they had a key - which I did, many, many, times, along with my name & even tried to Google Translate the whole scenario they did not have a key or were able to give me access. This meant I either had to miss my tour I had paid $300+ for & ruin my entire day in Naples and my only day before flying out to see the Amalfi Coast, or I had to get another hotel as I had no way of accessing the building. I have screenshots for all communication that proves and validates this. This Host and I had an agreement on the conditions to stay at their property, and I booked around that agreement, which is all in writing, and then they did not deliver and ultimately screwed me over & kept my money. The cherry is the Host messaging me after trying to say that if I had just said the B&B name, I would have had access, even though they clearly messed up. The short & sweet of this is to spend the extra $100 to stay somewhere that is actually legit, as they have no problem acting fraudulently.

Perfect location. It’s in a residential apartment building with a doorman. The room was clean and the balcony overlooks the lively Toledo street. Comfortable bed, nice shower and the host is very nice and responsive. I stayed 5 nights here. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. I would stay here again.

Great central location, directly on the main Naples shopping and nightlife area street. Very clean, great amenities in the room (bathroom, air conditioning, blackout blinds, closet). Check-in was excellent, and their staff (Martina) was very helpful in sending us information on what to do and where to go in Naples. Building is very secure with its own 24-he security person, and entry to the lobby and room is secure with multiple doors. Will definitely stay here again.

A nice suprise in Napeles. Finding the way was a bit complicated, but the entrance is beetwen Wycon Cosmetics and Motiva (womens clothing). The room (jr suite) was really nice, and had a big jacuzzi and 2 showers. Really nice looking room with marble tiles. The hostess was really nice, and served us water and cofee when we arrived a bit early. The bed was a bit hard, but I think that is an Italian thing.. every place we went had hard beds. Very central place. Recommend it!

Location was amazing. Although the place feels a bit a dated. The bathroom needs newer items/refresh around the sink. Wifi keeps logging in and out (after they reset the router). As we arrived there were bags of trash at the entrance. Staff were helpful. Room was clean.

This is our second stay. We love this place. Rooms are spacious. They have a nice reception area with bottled water, cafe latte and espresso machine. Antonella checked us on both stays. She is so nice and accommodating. Rooms are spotless clean. There are a few things to note. The reception is not staffed 24 hours. You can call or email. They respond quickly. We emailed and told them our approximate arrival time and Antonella was there for us. Showers are glass and a shade covers the view into the room. So, if it you and someone that doesn't mind seeing you take a shower, cool. If you don't want your roommate seeing you in the shower, they need to sit on the lobby. Again, we overlook the little things because we love the vibe of this place as well as the location.

Good location near to the metro station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very good facilities, nice and clean rooms with good decor.

Amazing place right in the heart of the city. We arrived and were given an upgrade to an amazing corner suite complete with hot tub. The staff were hugely welcoming and made a feel really special throughout our stay. Top value.
