Good rooms but looks old. The hotel is in 6th floor and to operate the lift during Monday till Friday you need to put 5 cents inside a box in the lift. At reception they give you the coins if required but first time you need to have or to take the stairs to 6th floor. It is in a good location. Close to everything and walkable distance to most of the key places in Naples. View of port is excellent. It is good for kids to watch the ferries and cruise ships arriving to the port.

I had a nice stay there. For its price it's totally fine. The breakfast was good, there were apples, cake, tee, cereals, juice. The owner gave me informations about everything and was friendly. Had to wait 20 min when I arrived, but heard of other people that they had to wait longer, that can't happen! Most of spaces were clean, but for example the kitchen must be more hygienic! Sponges of the sink were old and there was a lot of old stuff in the fridge, disgusting. I really liked that there are lockers in the rooms you can use for free. Also the eating room was nice. For one of the cheapest hostels it's totally fine and you have to lower a bit your expectations.

I was booked with my sister for 2 days in this hostel. We got there during the morning and the host said that she didn't have beds for us (she overbooked) so we had to pay more for our 2 days stay in another place. We had to remind her to cancel our stay or we wouldn't receive our money back. About the owner, we tried to talk with her during the morning and at night but it was not possible since she wasn"t there. Really rude with us. Not a good experience.

****BUGBED ALERT**** The price don't worth it!!!! I'm waiting for the night end to run way from here. I use to be on the hostel just to sleep, and I don't need luxury, special treatment or something...just a place clean and comfortable to rest. Definitely this place has non of this. Bad smell, old blankets.....no need to talk about the kitchen. Please don't go there.

Great location and wifi and that's it. The venue was horrific and the manageress was not very friendly, though the Manager tried to be accommodating. I met some really nice travellers there so it was ok in the end.

the hostal is a good deal for the money you pay, but it´s weird. Didn´t feel 100% safe there, there were always weird looking people in the reception area and be ready to run out of hot water in the middle of your shower. But then again, for the money you pay, you can´t complain. And the location is amazing with most rooms overlooking the port

First off, the staff is excellent. They have been very helpful and kept the rooms nice and clean. The problem is with the room, and the 6th floor. When we arrived we found an elevator which only works after you put 5 cents in it, which we didn't have on us, which meant we had to walk up 6 stairs, after a long flight/trip. This was later solved by the staff, which gave us coins for elevator use. The room itself is small, but oké and clean. The problem was the noisiness. We could hear every toilet flush, hear people talking, hear them coming home at night, and heard sounds which I would review as 18+. Luckily we are deep sleepers, so we managed, but for most others this would be a dealbreaker. TLDR: You get what you pay for. A noisy, small room on the 6th floor. With a surprisingly good and helpful staff.

New opening, old manners. Have I read the reviews, I would have been ready for the peculiar manners used at this property. The reply by the property owner to my previous review speaks by itself (highly judgmental, mistrusting and not ready to hear guests' concerns). Again, I would recommend checking the legality of the 100 e. Arbitrary "security deposit" (which was and is not clearly indicated) and if legal, to use a clear indication of such a requirement prior the completion of the booking process and in the information provided on the website.

The rooms are solid and the people who work here clean your room daily. It is for a 2-star hotel pretty decent!

The location and the price were good. HOWEVER, the cleaning was horrible and it smelled disgusting. There was no hot water in the bathroom of our room and the were also problems with the sink. We were all using one shower in the main bathroom. The receptionist was not helpful with any of our issues and even answered us rudely and only in italian. The kitchen was absolutely dirty and disgusting, we didn't dare to enter more than once. The ceiling of our room had mold because of the humidity. The stairs of our bunk bed broke and there was only one left so it became difficult to go to the upper bed. Besides, it shaked a lot because it was very low quality, it would shake even if the person in the upper bed would just cough a little bit. NOT WORTH IT, DON'T RECOMMEND.

Perfekts Zimmer wenn man am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre weiter fahren möchte. Super freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Zimmer erfüllen den Zweck. Stadtzentrum ist 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Viele gute Cafés und Restaurants rundherum.

It wasn’t the cleanest hostel I’ve ever been to and we had kind of a misunderstanding about the length of our stay but staff is very friendly and helped to accommodate us! Also the dog is super cute!

Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a security guard at night which made the hostel feel safe. However it was up on the 6th floor of a building and the lift was the smallest, dodgiest thing I've ever been in. Beds were fine but rooms were boiling hot and air con not turned on until early hours of the morning. The bathroom smelt like rat piss. Location was good, close to the bus stop which was convenient for us as we were only staying in Naples to visit pompeii.

Clean, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Good value for money and damage deposit was repaid without issue.

Excellent location on the port watching the cruise ships coming in. Right on the edge of the posh part of town. Not a 4 star hotel by any means but location and service are excellent. Owner couldn't be more helpful.

Due to the host of the accommodation's rude and inconsiderate manner, I feel I am left with no other choice but to provide such negative feedback. Upon arrival, we were very quickly shoved in a random room that was luckily able to fit the two of us. The lady (who I believe is the one and only host) at reception was very unhelpful in terms of providing us with keys which were made for the locks on the lockers. She kept telling us we had to wait for the "others" to get back or until tomorrow. We went out for a walk and returned to see our beds had been taken. The two new occupants of our beds had actually already slept in these beds the previous night and were theirs. My friend and I were then shuffled into another room of the hostel. As we were getting settled in, a girl from another room asked us if we'd noticed the bed bugs as she had bites all up her arm. She said the lady (same one) at reception would not even look at her arm and did not seem to care that there was an issue. I looked in my bed and couldn't seem to see anything so went to sleep. I woke up the next morning to a bed bug crawling up the wall which I squished immediately. Upon trying to sleep on the second night, this same lady on reception announced herself into our room (at around 1:00am) and turned the bright light on to see which beds were available, waking everyone up. In this process, she gave away a bed that was already taken. I then shared the top single bunk with my friend as about 20 minutes prior I opened my eyes to see another bed bug crawling around on my pillow. I did not feel I could go and tell this lady as she was very quick to shut down anything that any of the guests have to say and ask, and I knew that many of the rooms there were surprisingly full. This lady also had a dog that roamed around the kitchen area and barked loudly whenever someone buzzed in. There was a dog bowl full of food and a whole lot of muck around it in the reception/kitchen area. Very dirty and smelly. Left at 3am on our last night due to waking up to bed bugs crawling all over the walls and our beds. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Clean and has nice showers. The view out the balcony is phenomenal. You can watch the sunrise right over the bay. Its amazing. But there is no common area, and no laundry facilities. It's a great place to for a bed with a view

Pros: The staff was super friendly! They gave us great tips for finding our way around the city, and they had the most adorable puppy! The free breakfast was also a great surprise. Cons: The bathrooms hadn't been deep cleaned in a VERY long time. They always smelled, and the towels used in leu of a bath mat transferred mold to your feet when you stepped on it. The hostel is also located in a pretty sketchy part of town.

Very helpful staff. The hostel is worth the money. Handy located and quiet. Close to the sea cost. And they have a lovely dog in the reception. Breakfast 👌🏼

Hotel location is close to the port and also all the tourists area but it wasn’t very clean but the hotel stuff was very kindly

The location is very good and the stuff welcomed us nicely. But as you can see from the pictures, this hotel has sanitary issues. In addition there was a noise problem. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything that happened outside our room, especially in the reception (which was very loud). They gave us a key which didn’t worked properly. when we alerted to the stuff about it, they did nothing about it. They waited until the key broke by himself and demanded 250 euro before even showing a receipt !
