A
good
idea
of
what
a
small
(tiny)
mall
could
be,
but
just
like
Many
Malls
the
world
over,
this
one
finds
itself
behind
(way
behind)
time.
In
its
hay
day,
it's
amenities
were
well
thought
out,
flowers
and
shrubbery
well
kept.
It's
walls
were
clean
and
paint
visibly
clean.
It's
restrooms
were
clean,
faucets
worked
and
had
handles,
toilets
had
actual
toilet
seats,
a
handle
to
flushing
and
fare
I
say
tissue
paper
was
actually
in
the
stall
(cubicle).
As
for
the
restroom
stalls,
they
weren't
covered
with
gunk
and
a
cacophony
of
bits
of
biological
mater
in
differing
stages
of
their
fermentation/putridification.
And
as
unimaginable
as
it
may
seem,
there
was
a
time
when
you
didn't
have
to
wade
ankle
deep
through
water
and
other
liquids
🤢
on
the
restroom
floor.
The
elevator
used
to
work
and
wasn't
always
just
another
maintenance
item
that
will
never
be
fixed.
Outside,
the
pavement
and
concourse
used
to
be
an
actual
pathway
for
walking,
egress
into
and
out
of
the
facility,
now
and
for
at
least
the
last
5
years,
it's
broken
concrete,
rubbed
smooth
in
some
areas
and
sharp,
cracked
and
broken
in
others,
is
a
veritable
obstacle
course
for
the
fittest
of
the
fit
where
the
weak,
Old,
very,
and
anyone
who
underestimated
the
terrain
are
instantly
brought
down
to
the
floor
as
the
latest
looser
in
"Wipeout,
the
Bay
West
Edition".
What
can
be
found
there.
The
western
regional
office
of
the
local
light
and
power
company,
a
pitiful
excuse
for
an
office
of
Flow,
a
Digicel,
a
Branch
of
NCB
Bank,
the
worst
restaurant
in
all
of
Montego
Bay;Sakura,
a
hoge
podge
offices
for
lawyers,
doctors,
remittance,
cambios,
Etc
A
few
stores
selling
computers,
smartphones
and
related
peripheral
devices,
a
shoe
store,
a
book
store,
barber
shops
and
a
salon
and
a
pharmacy
completes
the
mix
of
tenant's
on
the
building.
Of
note
is
a
series
of
tenant's
seemingly
shoved
into
all
the
crawl
spaces
under
the
stairs,
behind
the
elevator
etc
and
others
in
the
main
atrium
who's
existence
seems
to
be
rotational
as
the
same
thing
is
sold
but
by
revolving
and
differing
vendors
who
must
be
the
ones
who
drew
the
long
straw
that
quarter...
