I like trying new boba drink places and i found this one on my web searches. It sounded intriguing cause they make flavored boba. Though it is a nice concept, you can't really taste the boba flavor. The cup size they offer seems a bit small for a medium drink and for the price they are charging. For me, it just wasn't worth it. The taste of their drinks was meh too. I would recommend this place if you are curious about trying it out. It may be to your liking if you don't try it.

Depending on the time and day you go. The people who work there provides inconsistent customer service. I had a brown sugar boba and the milk tea and boba tasted pretty good. Not too sweet and the tea was good. Boba tasted fresh and soft/chewy. I visited the place recently on a Saturday night close to 8pm, there were 5-6 orders in front of me, plus possible online orders. The associate did not say a word to anyone who entered and was mikding her work on boba. She looked pretty annoyed. The wait was about 20 minutes. During the wait, she had to ask someone from the back to help take someone's order. The guy was in normal clothes and looked unfamiliar with the POS system, not sure if he was an employee. The girl who was making boba drinks literally yelled at him when he asked a question. She was very unprofessional the whole time. She had glasses and dyed / bleached kpop color hair. 5 min into the order, i got a text while inside the shop saying mine is ready, so i approached and asked. She just said no and continued. I visited the place again 2 weeks after on a quiet weekday night. The place was empty this time and had 2 people working in the front. They greeted our party as soon as we walked in. The vibe was completely different and much more welcoming.

I luuuv bubble tea and almost forgot about One Zo. I’ve had it in Toronto awhile ago but haven’t had in LA. Finally decided to give it a try. For those who are bubble tea fans and haven’t had One Zo before, they make their own flavored tapioca boba. You can see and smell them making the boba through the window. Or at least you used to be able to…the location in Alhambra did not have the boba made in the front of the store like the one in Toronto. So I cannot attest to the in-house boba for this location. My favorite was the black sesame boba, very flavorful. This time I tried the taro, which was a bit of a let down as it was bland and I couldn’t really taste the taro…

Boba does taste good but doesn’t worth the wait. It was super long line and waiting time. Staffs are friendly that they provided water for people who was standing outside in line. Wish they could improve the taste of their drink/tea to make it perfect!

I didn't think that the house made boba would be that much of a difference, but it really is. The texture was soft, flavor was full... I got the standard brown sugar flavor, and it was so good.. Will definitely try to come back next time I'm in town!

The fruit tea have very flavorful. I ordered 25%, and it’s not very sweet which was what I wanted: I wanted to taste more of the flavor of fruit and tea.

The texture of their boba is absolutely soft and chewy and definitely very fresh. I liked the Charcoal milk tea with boba infused with sesame flavor. I did not like the matcha milk tea as I felt like they used pretty cheap matcha powder and this is why I am taking of a star. I guess matcha milk tea is always a hit or miss in boba places. Their milk tea is decent, comes with 3 different bobas which were all had a good texture. Overall, its mediocre. I don’t recommend the matcha drink but I do recommend charcoal sesame. Although their boba is good, I feel like their drinks can be improved.

The boba is the best I've tasted so far. The egg waffle is also very delicious you should try them.

Saw this placed promoted on facebook for making their own inhouse boba. My daughter is a fan of it, and decided to stop by. This is located inside an open mall with plenty of underground parking. I was surprised to find a line, given we arrived an hour before closing time on a saturday night. The wait was 20-25 mnts +5-10, addition to get your order. Really depends on your order and number of items. To my taste, i couldn't taste the difference between the commercially produced bobas balls. However, what took the night was their shaved ice cream, which I found refreshing and delicious. In sum, it's a trendy place for the local young crowd, not my cup of tea, but my daughter like the quality of ingrdients and my wife loved the shaved ice cream.

Great atmosphere. We got a peach boba with cheese foam which was pretty good. The only issue was that we went when there was no one there but it took 15 minutes to get our order so the service can be a bit slow. We will go again on our next trip to LA!

Nice boba milk tea, but not worth 30 minutes or more for your drink to get served. It would have received a 4/5 but service is terrible here. Waited 30 minutes for my drink on top of the 15 minutes I waited to place my order. When I placed my order, they were on order 26. My order number was 31. They were single drink orders, and most of these drinks are premixed so that left me confused. I don’t think I’ll be back even though the boba was good.
