    Made an online order through the App before I arrived. I then realized the restaurant was under renovation when I got here so only drive through is available(My car is over height for drive through).app didn’t show pick up option until I paid. I saw a side door with two different signs around saying Uber delivery only and delivery pick up only. The door was open so I Walked in and stay right at the entrance because I saw it was kitchen inside and it’s not polite for me to keep walking any further. Two staff came towards me and yelled at me to get out immediately. If this door is forbidden for enter then why keep it open? I came inside to pick up an app order ,if I did something wrong you can explain to me and I will get out but why do you think it is ok for you to yell at me and evict me with a rude attitude and disrespectful hand gesture? I understand this McDonald’s is near UNSW and it is always very busy but this is not an excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. If you can’t handle a fast pace job then don’t work here. I surely am not the only one who came to this confusing side door to pick up during the restaurant renovations recently, if you think it’s annoying and a waste of your time to explain to everyone doing so, lock the door or print a notice on the door explaining to people not to enter for app order could easily solve the problem. Your management didn’t do this and cause the confusion. Blaming and yelling at customer with disrespectful hand gesture to people who are not aware of your renovation situation is not only unprofessional and to be honest a bit of disgusting!

    Ordered through Macca’s app for a in store pick-up (app doesn’t let us choose until we pay), walked there and only drive through pick-up is available. Walked up to the drive through to pick up my food. Staff saw me, got shocked, screamed and left me hanging for a minute until another staff came. Staff told me they can’t serve unless I come in a car. ????? Not the staff’s fault but the app doesn’t let us choose pick-up option until we arrived at the store. Wouldn’t get this upset if the spooked staff didn’t leave me hanging in the drive through area.. Went there 29 August 2023 around 7.30-7.40 PM.

    This place has gone down hill, not that it was that great to start with. Always a mess this place, I have never been here and seen it clean and then tonight was the worst....place is chaotic, people 6 deep waiting for orders. Manager (I guess he's the manager....guy wearing all black) just shuffling around, no sense of urgency. the place is packed with people waiting and he seems ill equiped for the job. Might be time to retire. Myself, I waited 18 minutes for 24 nuggets, which are room temperature and I have had to put them in my air fryer to be able to eat them. As well as this, I have been given 2 of the sauces I ordered in non sealed small containers....is that even allowed!

    I wish there was an option to rate zero stars. It took them 31 minutes to serve the food. I placed an app order and was inside the restaurant waiting for my number. After 30 mins of wait and Aby order number was never called, people who have ordered after me have been called but not my number. I finally have to point out to the team member named Toby that my order is sitting behind him on the table. No apologies whatsoever. Finally got to eat my dinner. They have made me the wrong burger, I ordered Mc spicy chicken deluxe and they have given me mc spicy chicken. I went back to Toby and mentioned the mistake they have done. He took the burger back and just added tomato and lettuce to the same Burger and gave me back with in 1 minute instead of making a fresh burger. I realised the shifty thing they have done and went back to him for the 3rd Time and asked for a fresh burger. As this burger became cold and was stale by now as it's been sitting out from last 35 minutes. How can you serve the returned burger back to the customer? Is this in your policy?? I have to wait another 15 mins more to get that fresh Burger made and was told by toby that it was not his problem that I have to wait that long. Something that I should be aware of that it takes long to make fresh burger. Aren't all the burgers made here are fresh? Or are they serving stale burgers to everyone? On complaining the issue to the manager he had no apologies or eagerness shown to solve the issue. He was lost for words and didn't know what to do with this situation. Horrible experience with such a big global fast food giant. The store was filthy, all bins were overflowing, the tables were not wiped down. Toilets were filthy and had water all over the floor. Is this really in Australia or some third world country. It made me feel disgusted and will not be going near to any mc Donald store in near future. Please put your act together.

    The staff at McDonald’s Kingsford need to seriously lift their game after this morning. I ordered a couple of bits of extra cheese on my Big Brekkie Burger and instead they went the opposite way and gave me absolutely no cheese at all. So I effectively paid them to remove the cheese. I was several kilometres away before I noticed this, so I had to drive all the way back and hand it back to them. Very low amount of staff and was very hard to attract their attention because they were busy due to the number of people and the unacceptably low amount of staff for a Friday night/Saturday morning. Finally got their attention and then it ended up being a small age before they finally fulfilled the order again. I had to prompt them for another small fries due to the fact that they had been sitting on the counter for so long. In all this time, the grand majority of orders they were filling were also coming back incorrect and needing to be fixed. Lots of upset people. Strike rate overall very, very poor. All in all, the whole process from start to finish, from ordering to finally receiving the correct product was 40 minutes. And even the correct product was stone cold when it got to me. I seem to regularly have significant issues with the Kingsford staff making incorrect orders. Their dedication seems non-existent. Lift your standards. Has to be the worst McDonald’s in the region.

    Over the last 2 years service and food quality plummeted exponentially. Had to change my review from a four star experience to a below average of mere 2 star. The only improvement is the recent swanky refurbishment. However, the lack of cleanliness mars the ambience it could have offered. The management should try to increase the number of employees based on its large customer base especially for faster order replenishment and afterwards cleaning.

    McDonald's is just awful. I don't know why I keep going back there. Every time a disappointment. But especially this one. The place was a mess. No paper in the terminals to pront your receipt. Got chicken on my burger instead of beef, there were no tissues, the bins were full and it was cold.

    I go to McDonald's almost every day for breakfast, but lately their service has been really unprofessional. Last month, I ordered my favorite Big Brekkie Burger, but they forgot to add a hash browns for me. After I asked the front desk clerk (who appeared to be the manager), she told me that the hash browns were temporarily out of stock and were replaced with bacon. Then when I started to eat, I noticed that the amount of bacon was the same as before, not more. So I gave them feedback through the McDonald's app, but I haven't received any response until now. Today I ordered the same product, and they didn't give me enough napkins, which is fine, I can ask the waiter at the front desk for some. But the little boy waiter only gave me one, yes, only one and he was fiddling with it while giving it to me, I don't know if he is professionally trained, this kind of customer service is really bad!

    This is the worst Mcd I ever been...service are slow, staff will try as it their last day in earth to avoid you. The only thing their do fast is when taking your order, and after that you will have to 6th generations to get your food done. no problem with drive through though.

    Unfortunately, I was negatively surprised by the lack of professionalism and rudness of the employees. It was an in app order with table service. After 15 minutes we went to the front counter, to wait another 5 minutes to collect 4 of our 5 drinks. Then we waited another 5 minutes to get the wrong shake. The waitress was unapologetic and made me wait another 5+ minutes to finally serve me the correct order. Handed it over to me mute, without apology. Disappointed.

    They never gave the right order even though I had the receipt and asked them to change it but they didn’t it’s not my fault. And the employee I think her name was Vanessa she was rude when she brought the right order she slammed it on the table and said that we had to pay even though it was already paid and we paid for this mistake by giving us the wrong order that we didn’t ask for that was upsetting you should hire better people to work there. Disappointed never going there again .

    Very bad service. From manager to staff. No respect at all to their customer. What kind of manger will allow her staffs lie to her customer? I can wait but please show some respect. Their attitude keep telling me a same thing, they don't care at all. WORST McDonald's I have ever visited in Australia.

    This is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service is so slow and most of the time things come out wrong. I waited 20 minutes for three ice creams and even then it came out wrong twice. Staff are generally rude and don't offer apologies for late or missing items. I do feel for the workers as I feel it is a management issue rather than an individual issue.

    The absolute state of this. There was a hair in my chips, a piece of plastic embedded in my wrap and they didn’t put a leak proof topper on my drink so everything got wet. Avoid at all costs

    Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. There were maybe 2 other customers in the store. Many staff saw me, but no one acknowledged my existence. I eventually went to one of the service machines to make an order. Are we phasing out face to face orders McDonalds? If so, you should probably let your customers know, or tell your staff to stop being so rude.

    I ordered the chicken burger last night and got number 93 from the machine. After 25 mins, I didn’t get my burger yet and number one hundred something already got their food.I checked with the manager, nothing in their system. She asked my bank transfer but anz app down last night. She just ignored me……………..I end up angry and hungry and drive back and lose 16 dollars. Stupid Macca.

    Have never rated such low tany place. 3 weeks ago ordered kids meal picked up from drive way, got home kids open no hamburger in it. Last Saturday ordered kids meal no toy, and ordered coffee frappe no chocolate and no cream, drive out already have tasted only milk, they even made the coffee frappe no coffee in it!!!

    It’s the food presentation that is letting McDonalds down (not just at this branch). My Angus burger arrived with the burger contents sitting half out of the bun. I had to get sauces all over my hands to realign everything so it didnt fall apart! Very messy. Secondly, I used to come to McDonalds just for the chips. I am cured!! These chips were luke warm & soggy. Sorry to say that the McDonalds high standards of 15-20 years ago no longer exist. I may come back in a year’s time to test the products. Meanwhile I will settle for a sandwich at the nearby servo.

    Every time I go here my order is given to me wrong. Today I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe. I get home and it is grilled, not crispy. Last time our drinks were completely flat and tasted like the end of the post mix bag. Time before we got no straws at the start of our road trip and time before that it was a sausage and egg mcmuffin instead of the ordered bacon and egg. Every time my order is wrong and they do absolutely nothing about it. I am not driving back to the location to pick up the correct to pick up the order i should have gotten in the first place.

    I ordered an ice cream and did not have receipts. I mention it to the staff and they tell me that there is no problem, but I have waited 20 minutes and they have not given it to me. I ask the staff twice and they don't give me a solution. Very bad service sorry

    On Sunday 21 May I wanted to have french fries. I had a very bad experience when I look at my chips. They were complete white. Not crispy or anything. I think you have to change the setting of the oil to be really hot to make the proper french fries. Then I asked for a LONG BLACK coffee, but I've got a cappuccino. Iam milk intolerance. I had a very bad experience on a Sunday.

    Place is usually tidy for the most part. Depending on the time of the day, food can be extremely fresh or a bit stale. Always a hit or a miss, but if it's a hit, it's good maccas. Just need to work on the consistency especially on the coffee.
